Verizon made an appointment for me for my Samsung phone. The appointment was for 30 min, but the store quoted me for 3-4 hours to repair a phone screen. The staff were nice if a bit slow. When my phone was completed, I was NOT notified and had to follow up with the store instead. They did do a good job though. I will be back with my laptop for the free diagnostic they offer.

This is the fourth time I have used this company. I have been impressed with their cleanliness, their professionalism, and their pricing. They are on time with their estimate of time and prices are reasonable. This last time was a warranty issue and they were awesome. Thanks guys!

Theyre a Google authorized repair shop, so if youve got a Pixel with a cracked screen or other issue you dont have to mail your phone in. Employees are friendly and the storefront is clean. I went in this afternoon for a cracked screen repair since they had confirmed my Pixel 5 replacement parts were in stock. I lucked out that they checked to see if it was my screen protector & not my actual screen before a work order was started. So I got to cancel my claim & refund my phone insurance cost for the repair right away. I appreciated that they were cool with putting one of the new screen protectors on that I brought.

They were going to charge me $130 and 7 days to fix my power button. 4 days into giving them my HP laptop they called me and said they couldn’t fix it. I took it to another local tech repair shop and a 20 year old college student fixed it within 1 hour with no help from anyone and charged me only $49! In my personal opinion ubreakifix is going to over charge you and take far to long “fixing” or updating you on your product

My phone battery died they ordered it and fixed it and got the job done easy and in my case Google warrantied the battery so it cost me nothing! Good way to go!

Easy to find in the shopping center. I came in for a cracked screen. Quoted two hours but they ran additional tests to make sure everything worked properly. Good service, nice dudes that work here

They installed Windows from a corrupted SSD I had to a new drive and updated me every step it took them. It only took a day and they even attempted to make a backup so I wouldn’t lose my personal files. Non successful, but my fault for not already having a backup in the first place. Highly recommend!

Took a week to get the part. Brought the phone in at 12 noon was told 2 hour wait. Came back 2 hours later and they asked for another hour. I gave them 2.5 hours and came back and they still made me wait a hair hour until 5pm. I left with the phone and it turned off multiple times. Had to have them put it back in the old broken body which only took 30 minutes to do which means I didn’t need to wait 5 hours. They knew I needed to catch a flight as well. What an unprofessional mess.

I came in to replace the battery for my Google Pixel 4 XL, came out with a broken phone.I visited the store for total of 6 times (back and forth to pick up and dropping off the phone). First time back, the battery was repaired, but once I got home, the phone was not charging through the USB port. I took it back for them to fix.Second time back, they said nothing was wrong and it started charging again. I took the phone back and had some water splash on it, and phone started to malfunction again. This time, the touchscreen stopped working. The next day, the phone completely stopped turning on.My suspicion was the phone seal was not properly put back. However, going back to UBreakIFix a third time, they said the phone was properly sealed with Googles standards and parts.My biggest issue is - if it was properly sealed, why does my phone have water damage now?In addition, UBreakIFix doesnt take any phones with water damage. They did not compensate for their own failure to repair my phone.Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Sometimes the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. got the run around when I took my xbox one here for repairs.was told that they dont repair xbox one by a store employee. so I left and called back to inquire about what I was just told,and behold they said we do fix xbox one.

I was referred here by my phone manufacturer. The guy manning the desk had an attitude from the outset. I had been to the AT&T store the day before where the salesperson who helped me inspected my phone and had told me it was warranty compliant but I was just past the warranty period for them.Within seconds of approaching the counter at this iBreakiFix store, my phone was ripped out of my hand and the guy said, oh, the screen is cracked and rhe phone is bent and the manufacturer wont fix it.Mind you, it had been inspected the day before and was fine, no cracks. I also take very good care of my things. He quoted me $350-450 to fix it.I told him AT&T had inspected it the day before and it was fine other than the top of the touchscreen being unresponsive, so why was it completely not fine today, he basically said too bad and I cant do anything for you unless you pay me. I went back to the same person at the AT&T store and he even said that the black spot in the bottom corner of the screen wasnt there when he inspected it. And I hadnt dropped it between visiting AT&T and uBreakiFix. More like uBreakiScrewYou.I will never go back to this store again.

Not trustworthy business. Please don’t go here, after I took them a perfectly working Phone to repair the screen they sent it back damaged. It was a waterproof model phone but after they “ fixed it “ water got inside and Samsung wants to charge me $750 to fix their mistake. They took absolutely NO responsibility and dropped my customer service calls repeatedly. A joke.

I called three times today to verify my Galaxy Samsung Note 20 Ultra screen repair and when I was arriving. This was because I was traveling over an hour for the repair while going through tolls. The last time I called I spoke with Kevin and he told me that the part was there and he would see me at 4. When I arrived someone else with the same phone as me had gotten it repaired before I came so the part was out of stock according to the front counter attendant. I was pretty upset at this point because I did not receive a call back or a notification that the part was out of stock. I then asked to talk to Kevin he was working in the back and I never got to see him but the attendant at the front counter went to talk to his manager about the issue. He then came out and told me it was a misunderstanding and the I could not get the part replaced today. I kept insisting for my other options and the manager then decided to go to a sister store and pick up the part there was only one left in stock. To my surprise they informed me that the phone would be repaired by today. Even though I had to push for this repair and question their actions I understand that work can get busy and mistakes are made. The fact that they went out of there way to grab my phone part from another store and still do the repair after hours shows a lot of character. The fact that they fixed a mistake and got me my phone today is all the mattered to me in the end. Great work these guys will go above and beyond for sure! Thank you.

So I brought my Xbox in to have HDMI port fixed and they looked at my device told me that it would be fixed in 3 days. I get a call three days later and the person tells me that their Solder guy left a month ago and the part needing to be replaced requires a soldering. Then tells me that he doesnt know why the technician working the counter didnt tell me this???? told me i could try to find a solder guy!! Super Disappointing!!!

I would give Zero if that is an option. I took my Google pixel saying it was not charging, ultimately it was charger issue whereas the guy said my battery is gone and it needs replacement. So I paid $100+, got my battery replaced and when i got the phone back it was still not charging. When i went back to the User to check, now the new guy said it is charger issue and not with the phone. Then when i asked him why did they change the battery, he told me that now it is replaced, nothing can be done. So i am not sure how in the world the battery was replaced when all the time charger was the problem.

Horrible experience i took my Samsung s20 plus to change the screen under warranty it has dead pixels and i been told it will stay water resistant as it was, a week later it got some water in it and it all got inside burning the LCD and the Motherboard i had it for a year and that never happened, i called them to tell them what happened thier respond was call Samsung we cant touch water damaged phones i think thats unprofessional and unfair to not try to see what happened the phone now worth nothing i bought it for 1200 now worth 0 thank you UBREAkiPAY

Terrible terrible terrible. I was sent here under warranty to get my screen fixed. As I am waiting to be helped there is an irate man talking about how poor the service was. He said it was his their time in that day and everytime he gets his phone back something else was broken. I know for a fact they were charging him every fix because he as a consolation they offered a minimal discount for his difficulties. I work in retail so I really didnt take this interaction as an indication of anything.I handed my phone and was told the wait would be 2 hrs vs the less than 1 hr I was originally quoted. But I thought. Covid.. everything is slower. Ok.After 2.5 hours and no call that it is ready I went in to see. And not just one but another 2 customers were there complaining about other things being brought in and they break it and charge you.I asked for my.phpne and was given someone elses.... Finally got my phone. The screen is fixed but my sound no longer works...This place should be shut down.

Not trustworthy count to 100 before you take your phone thier even if its under Samsung warranty i prefer sending it to Samsung directly and wait little bit more, better than letting unprofessional Kids work on your phone and miss it up

They could have lied to us and told us we needed to replace the camera or something but instead they told us the truth and fixed it by running a test on it. Quick and ez fix. Jazz provided a service that Ive never quite seen before in a cell phone repair shop, comfort. When my cell phone went down advise the best course of action and gave me excellent unbiased advice. He has customer for life. Incredibly knowledgeable able to break down all the technical details of my device do something I could understand as a laymen.

Ordered a replacement battery by phone. They called us as soon as the battery arrived. We went in to have it replaced. The gentleman ran diagnostics on the phone and determined it was not the battery but the age of the phone. He recommended our money would be better spent on a new phone and not maintenance on current phone. Very honest and no charge! He even helped me find an urgent care nearby. Highly recommend.

I tried to replace the fans in my laptop (HP Spectre x360 2 in 1) but I chickened out after I wasn’t able to disconnect the plug from the motherboard. After a few days of frustration, I took it to uBreakiFix still unassembled with fans dangling. They took my laptop and my replacement fans to the back and had it done in about 20 minutes. Fans are working perfectly for the last 3 days.If anything ever goes wrong with my laptops or phones I’m taking it here. I’m not even going to try and mess with it myself. It’s so much easier having pros take care of it.One side note, HP has disappointed me. My laptop was only 14 months old and the fans started clicking and I was receiving the attached warning when booting up. My first HP laptop is amazing though, still working normally after 7 years.

Super knowledgeable staff. They replaced my Pixel camera in just a few hours after I brought it in without an appointment. Went there today because the phone would not hold the charging cord and instead of trying to upsell me to replace the charging port, the gentleman there took in back for 5 minutes and told me he was able to clean and fix it quickly with no charge. Horrible experience. Went for screen repair only to pick up a badly scratched screen. A week later, the replacement part came in. I was told 1-2 hours for the repair. 3 hours later I called and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up an hour later and still had to wait an hour, and my phone settings had all been changed.Avoid!

Don’t waste your time with their lowest price guarantee. They quoted an average price on a phone glass repair, $30 higher than my lowest quote, which I told them. They didn’t want to make any changes to their quote unless I provided the name of the store and the employee that gave me the quote so they can contact them. I explained I am not going to let them mess up a deal I worked out somewhere else, but would consider the best price they want to offer. (Price after all isn’t everything.) They held on their quote and we didn’t do business.

When i got to this location, they quoted me at $179.00 for a new screen and LCD replacement for my galaxy s7, which i was fine with. When i came to pick up my phone, the price jumped up to $189.00 plus another $40 for what the guy said was a labor fee plus tax. So my total jumped up from $179.00 to $244.31 and i will never go back to this place because if they had informed me of this before, i would have just bought another galaxy s7 for $100 less.

They fixed my completely broken galaxy s9 in a couple short hours. It has worked perfectly with no problems for 4 months now! They were super nice also.

Repaired a cracked screen on a Galaxy S8 plus. Not only did they replace the screen perfectly, they also replaced the trim. Lowest price, factory Samsung parts, great customer service. Highly recommended!

Was apprehensive about having someone fix a phone. Went to these guys and waited while the phone was fixed. Got the phone back and they had broken a sensor taking the screen off. They ordered the part and replaced it a couple days later at no charge. Upfront guys that do great work!

Customer service does not come naturally to these folks. I ordered a battery and they didnt follow up at all... I constantly had to chase them down on when the battery would arrive. It came in (I had to call them to find out) and they did the replacement. Unfortunately, they broke another part in the phone.They got the replacement part same-day and fixed it, but the bezels of the phone were tweaked and they bent part of the metal frame. Not one offer of a discount or anything... just rang me up while apologizing.While the phone works fine, it was quite a hassle with these guys. I would look elsewhere.

Another terrible ubreakifix service. If youve got a google pixel this place is one of your only options for repair. They are slow, expensive, and usually dont repair stuff properly. Today was not my first bad experience. They replaced the screen but broke the camera, and the screen is flickering. I went back and its yet not repaired. Now they want me to wipe the phone out and leave with them again. I wasted so much time, paid a lot of money and got a broken phone and terrible attitude.
