UPDATE:Mr Baker have made 2 attempts to do RIGHT by fixing the problem.He contacted me and offered to fix the check engine light and provide a rental. Free of charge.This is my first negative review. But this Mercedes BMW shop and it is owner Steve Baker left me no choice.I was completely ripped off by Mr Baker. I took my Mercedes to the shop and ended up paying twice my budget and was left with no car for 28 days. It started with a simple bait and switch tactic and ended up with no response once they got my money. I was charged double for parts, that can readly be found with a simple search on google, same OEM parts..! I was given every excuse for using one part and switching to another. They used the OBD reader trick to complete expensive un-needed repairs. And at the end my car still not fixed and worse yet, and a week later it still smells like gas.As I mentioned this is my first bad review, after hundreds. But if you got any thing after reading it. STAY AWAY, take your car somewhere else.

Great shop, great service. They have always been able to navigate complicated automotive problems where other shops have left me high and dry. Would strongly recommend them.

I got my 2007 GTI running rough and some other issues so brought it here. They figured out nothing, did the code scanning and charged me $140 for one hour of labor.

It was Friday after Thanksgiving, and my indicator showed that my right low beam was out. I was in dire need to get it fixed that day since I was leaving town that evening and knew I would need working headlights. My regular guys were closed, so I randomly looked for a place nearby that could possibly help me. Steve at Mercedes BMW Shop was extremely helpful. Called me back to let me know that he would be able to get me the lamp and get me in to replace it. I showed up at noon, waited for less than ten minutes, and drove off having paid a very reasonable price, considering that it was a holiday weekend and they could easily have charged me more. I can highly recommend them.
