The team at SVC are some of the best and most knowledgeable in the off-road and automotive world. I purchased a bumper and some suspension components; the team treated me like I was spending $100k on a full trophy truck build. I can only imagine the service and treatment for a full build. 10/10 would use again and again with no hesitation.

Very Happy Gen 2 Raptor owner. Jarrett at SVC went above and beyond to get the Gen2 CAS system installed on my truck. He went as far as sending me Fox 3.0 shocks with the CAS system installed so my local shop could install easily. Truck is now completely level. If you have a raptor, prerunner or UTV, these are your guys! Im running almost their entire catalog on my gen2. These guys went above and beyond to get me sorted for baja, then helped me fix the non-svc parts that broke when i came back. They took it a step further and went all the way out to JV to tune my setup for me. My truck is DIALED now. You wont regret going to SVC. I got my moneys worth and quite a bit more.

I bought my Raptor about 2 weeks ago now. My off-roading experience came from almost 20 years with my old Ford Bronco. I was all about mud and rock crawling. I wanted something different as I have always been fascinated by pre running. It’s been cool to get on the forums and the Raptor community Facebook pages etc. Plenty of nice experienced people to bounce ideas off. I knew what I wanted to do with my Raptor as soon as I got it. First thing was getting my Roush Super Charger installed. I called Roush and they recommended a place called RPG (want to make it clear I have nothing against RPG). I was able to get a quote from them. I had posted on the Raptor Off-road Community Facebook page and got recommendations to check out SVC Offroad or a place called Evil. SVC was closer to me so I thought I would give them a shot first. I got instant call backs from Jeff and Jarrett. I ultimately worked with Jeff who was extremely responsive, resourceful, professional and helpful. I have had probably 20 trucks/cars in my life and all of them I have had customizations done. This place takes the cake for best service and best work. It’s a breath of fresh air finding a shop like this. They instantly beat RPG’s quote and were able to get me in within a couple days. When I arrived and was greeted by Jeff I was instantly impressed by his knowledge. He was able to educate me on many things about these trucks. I am in sales and one of my things is instantly being able to tell if someone is a bullshitter or not. Jeff was confident in all of his knowledge and responses and you could tell this place was the real deal. It also helped that the place is filled with some serious truck porn, some of the most insane Raptors I have ever seen were being worked on/fabricated. I went in for a Roush Supercharger install and left with new wheels from Method and tires from BFG. Frame support/bump kit, trac bars and deaver leafs. I picked up my truck yesterday and can’t wait to go test her out. Man is she fast and all the support holds her so well. I will definitely be back at some point later this year for lights and a long travel system.

Absolutely perfect place to get work done in the correct way. They are super experienced in modifying raptors. I drop off my raptor for front and rear suspension and also bump stop on 22nd and it is ready today(2 days). super fast!!!! they also pack my old parts very carefully. definitely will come back when I need to do something else.

If you are looking for the best offroad suspension period look no further. Not only do they have the absolute best product money can buy they stand behind their products no questions asked. I have never experienced better customer service in my entire life. The team of people that make up SVC Offroad are some of the best in the business. When Ford comes out with a Gen 3 Raptor with V8 like it is supposed to be (please God) I will be purchasing one and taking it straight to SVC with a blank check.

If I could give 6 stars I would. After previously having some terrible experiences at other businesses I was initially hesitant to have my truck rebuilt again. After asking around, a majority of people had said Jeff and Jared would take care of me. They were all right. Living out of state makes eyes on progress and quality impossible. They sent me pictures and updates whenever asked and many times without prompting. The level of service and quality of craftsmanship is unparalleled in my opinion. I would not only recommend them to all my friends and use them again myself, but felt like I made some friends along the way. Its no wonder their schedule is busy, its a byproduct of great work and customer service. Well worth the wait. Thanks again guys.

The best there is, especially for any Raptor owner. Worth the drive to Lake Forest. Their work quality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile is incredible. Svc has now built my second raptor and like my gen1 the work and customer service on my gen2 is second to none. If you thinking of doing anything to a raptor don’t do it till you talk to Jarrett or Jeff. They are great guys and really stand behind their work. In the Offroad industry it’s next to impossible to find a company that follows through or even calls you back. This company really takes care of their clients and embodies the phrase service after the sale. Wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else.

Bought an SVC tuned programmer for my 6.2 Raptor and Ill never look back. After doing research on them all I liked SVCs philosophy. Their tune us made for longevity while improving all aspects of driving and after 7k miles with it I can say it damn well does that! Night and day difference.

SVC is one of the best around when it comes to off-road parts and installation. I personally own three trucks all of which have their bumpers. I have been doing business with them since 2014 and their consistency is truly unmatched. Their customer service and experience is unrivaled. These guys are the best! Actually gave me excellent customer service. Sometimes I wonder what happened to customer service...The products they designed are all top quality and priced very reasonably. My Gen 2 Ford Raptor always turns heads and the SVC branded products are spoken highly of by the spectators...Looking forward to a Baja run soon
