I had a run in with a pole, on the side of my Toyota Sienna, automatic door was crushed as was wheel well. FABRICANTE AUTO BODY did an amazing job of replacing door and wheel area. They worked with my insurance and communicated with me letting me know when my car would be complete. My car looked brand new and the paint work was excellent. I would highly recommend FABRICANTE AUTO BODY!

I took my Mini Countryman there after an accident. There was quite a bit of damage needing to be repaired. Steve and everyone here made me feel like they were going to take good care of my vehicle and they did!!!Also through the whole repair process they were great keeping me in the loop as far as how it was going.... This rating is purely based on customer service and not for the service offered by Fabricante Auto Body! Initially they told me it would take 3 days to fix the car, and later they called me said it will take 5 days total. During this time they also offered me a car rental for 5 days, and they also said that they would pay for the car rental, and that was a great offer! On 1/29/21 supposedly car was ready to pickup but I never got a call from the body shop, and when i called nobody picked up my call on 1/29 but I left a message stating that the car rental is going to go over 5 days, and I would have to keep it over the weekend because I never got a call from body shop to pick it up. On the day of pick up I specifically asked if they would cover the additional 3 days, and they (Steve) said yes they would cover it. After a month and a half I get a bill from enterprise stating that I owe 84.92 for the additional 3 days! I called Fabricante Auto Body shop and spoke to Marisa and she said the guy (Steve) who helped me is no longer with them, and they dont want to take responsibility for what he may have said or done!I am glad to pay $84.92 but please dont blame it on the person who is not with the company anymore! I was treated with the utmost respect the moment I walked in the door; from receptionist, Susie to Rep., Steven that estimated my repair. Steven took into consideration my circumstances and made it possible for me to have my car repaired. The manager at the Lake Forest Location was also extremely accommodating when I returned for my car repair. This location has a staff that truly has integrity! I am very impressed and will let everyone know about my positive experience!

Fabricante Auto Body is very unorganized.They told me the car was going to be ready in 10 days.The car was ready today after 23 days.They did not call me to update me, during these weeks. I needed to call them to check.This morning my car was still dirty.A part of the car(plastic) left in the trunk that belong to the right top tire, was not there .They left the 3m paper to keep the carpet clean there.Very bad. I will never reccomend this Auto body shop.

Fabricante Management and staff did an outstanding job of providing customer service, negotiating with insurance providers and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship and care in rebuilding the front right side of my Mercedes AMG damage by a collision with a large deer. My car back bumper was changed there and the paint is pealing off .they didnt sand and didnt put any primer.they just sprayed the paint over the plastic . This shows how unprofessional they are .(update) after the owner replied my review, i made a call and they are telling since the ownership has been changed the warranty is gone but u can bring it in so we see there is no responsibility in their business they checked my Vin number and saw that the car was checked in but still giving me that empty unworthy answers. not spraying primer was enough to prove that they are unprofessional and i did a big mistake by calling them back .they are worthy of this review

Great personal service, everyone is so nice. Super skilled body shop. Ive taken my accident cursed vehicle to Fabricante twice and they hook me up every time. My dad commented that the work looks better than factory, and it does. Car rental is just down the street which is convenient.

Came in following insurance recommendation after a small accident for vehicle repair. Mechanical work was well done. Painting was initially done with a color mismatch which was a surprise for me questioning how they treat customers. Repainting was better but not perfect IMO. Also found some scratches on plastic parts inside and outside the vehicle. Finally I didnt get back some parts which were replaced...

It was apparent that nobody even thought to take a cloth and wipe off the dust from my plastics or even vaccum the carpet.I would suggest (repair types permitting) that you detail a car to the extent your able before returning it to a client.I would also suggest that when a customer comes to pick up their vehicle that you have someone walk them to the car and show the repairs rather than handing me the keys and saying yup its outside you can just grab it.The parking lot is a zoo too. Nowhere to park.Overall Im not very impressed. Had this not been an insurance claim, Id have gone somewhere else, but the insurance company makes it really difficult to take my vehicle elsewhere. A live person always answered the phone. Was helped immediately when I walked in. They kept me updated on the status of my car repair. Enterprise rental cars was half a block away, so I did not have to wait to get picked up, I just walked over. The restroom was clean and beautifully decorated. The front office and customer service staff were nice and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I showed Dave my Infiniti G35’s rear bumper and he was like, “what the heck did you do?!?!” Just kidding. Dave completed his inspection, had a colleague consult, and my estimate was ready, with the caveat that if they find something under the bumper that he’d update me. He offered a ride to the local rental car place, and I went about my day.Dave contacted me that there was other damage underneath and explained the proper course to proceed. After a couple of days of my car under Fabricante’s care, my Infiniti looking awesome again!I recommend Dave and Fabricante Auto Body, for their comprehensive inspection and thorough work. BIG LIARS AND PROCRASTINATORS. Said they fixed my bumper, in-fact they didnt. Just repainted it and put it back up without remounting the bumper bar or replacing the broken cast. Following up while they did this was a pain too. Called, left messages with the receptionist, they never called me back. If you dont know anything about your car, they will take you on a ride charging you a ton of money and not delivering the honest service. SUGGESTION - DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM
