I’ve had brakes, alignment, oil change, and general inspections done and received great service each time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, service is fairly quick, and they call with any updates if changes need to be done outside of what was previously discussed. The only shop we go to for auto services.

Trustworthy and helpfulRecently needed some work on my Audi for a faulty connection. The staff at Elite were very kind and helpful. They identified an issue with my ignition and after an original estimate, when they went in to correct the problem they noticed it was slightly different and let me know that it would actually require less work and cost. In addition, I feel they turned the car around very quickly. Thanks elite, you have a recurring customer with me.

I love this place. I needed an oil change for my car yesterday. They picked it up from my office, did the oil change and delivered it back to my office. It doesnt get anymore convenient! The service always includes a multi point inspection so you are aware of any potential issues and top off of all the fluids. I recommend the team at Elite to anyone that wants quality work done at a fair price.

I couldnt compare the price because I didnt have the same things broken before. For the customer service, it is 5-star. My car is running smoothly so far and I am happy about that.

Quick service at price less than dealership

I went there initially a few months back after spending over $300 at pep boys only for them to not find the problem. I so glad i found Elite, my car had a leak, David helped me out, he was very informative and patient with all my questions, he explained the best way to do it. & unlike Pep boys I only had to pay ONE time and the problem was fixed!!!I went there again just yesterday for my oil change and the entire staff is amazing, they are all so nice, Tona (front desk) helped me and he was super nice and informative as well.Glad I found this place, theyve been so much help.

This place replaced the alternator in my wifes car and drained the battery 5 months ago so I had to pay out of pocket to replace it, now the car dies every day after she starts driving. We took it back to them and they told us they couldnt find anything wrong, and charged us $100. Poor and shady work, would recommend going to a dealership over them.

I am a first time customer. I found them through the AAA approved mechanics. They offer a AAA discount so I liked that right away. David was very courteous and straight forward with what repairs I needed and the cost. I felt they charged me at a decent rate and I can feel the difference in my car when I am driving. I will be back to try them again for my next oil change.

I called around to several shops in the Orange County area about an air conditioning issue I was having with my truck and Elite Automotive made me feel the most comfortable over the phone that A.) They knew what the issue likely was, and B.) That they would be very fair in pricing the job.They were very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, got me in right away and drove all over town to find me the right parts to get the job done in one day. I had Elite touch up the paint on my car after we agreed on a price. Wherever they painted was a good job, however they did the strict minimum by not even removing the trims. On the door, they went ahead and fixed the damaged area (there were no dents to fix) and painted only three-quarter of the door, leaving 6” with the old paint. Make sure to detail, what should be obvious, in the quote or you’ll get the half fast job I got.

I drove in to Elite motors with my old battery ( the car was dead the night before and AAA jumped started it), for peace of mind I bought a new battery at the dealership.I spoke to Eddie in the counter about installing the new battery,Eddie said to wait a minute, lets check it out first. I had my Motorhome service work done which included changing engine and generator oils & filters, repairing the generator gas leak, replacing the leveler springs and cleaning and lubricating the levelers. I have a difficult time believing that these reviews are legitimate. For oil changes, tire rotations and other routine services, Elite Automotive does a good job. I wouldnt use them for more complicated repairs, however. I had them replace my transmission a few months back. It failed within a few thousand miles. They repaired the transmission but it never worked properly after that. Finally, when the warranty ran out, I took the car to a dealer and was told that the transmission that Elite Automotive sold me was not the recommended transmission.

These guys worked on my vehicle through a horrible heat wave. There were some challenges and returns but they honored their work and completed the job to my satisfaction. No human can account for all the possible variables while repairing machines. I understand this as I have been in their shoes. To take responsibility for an error and fix it on their dime and to take the time to fix it right is all you ask for. Great job!

I made an appointment online, took my car in for the service and I was in and out within 1 hour. As usual, the folks at Elite took great care of me and my car. Which is why I take both of my cars to Elite for whatever service, fix it problem, etc I have. Its nice to be able to not only chat with Ivan and Joel, but also to have two of the owners, Eddie and Z stop and say hello and chat for a few minutes. We have used Elite 4 times so far and every time they have exceeded our expectations. We have had some terrible experiences (in the not so distant past) with unethical mechanics and had lowered our expectations. Elite has shown us that we can still demand high quality work from honest people at a reasonable rate.

Ive been bringing my car to Elite automotive. Initially they provided amazing service, offering a tailor approach to fixing my cars problems. Recently however I inquired to see if I could get a light bulb for the my cart that in order to do that, they would have to remove the front bumper. Im use to their quality service, now im having second thoughts about their services. However they did provide helpful advise despite my frustration. Thanks again!

Something fishy with Elite and their relationship with AAA Batteries.Had a battery replaced by Elite via AAA less than 3 years ago.- Took car there to check. Confirmed it fails load test.- They said they dont have a battery (24F) and sent me away- Never called me to see if battery came (never bothered to order?)- I called 2 weeks later, they said to just call AAA roadside- Got it replaced by roadside assistance, but AAA says they cannot find original record from Elite, so I had to pay full price.Not happy.

We moved to the area not knowing anyone. The team at elite automotive have done a wonderful job in troubleshooting and maintaining our vehicle. We have had some engine lights come on and they have done the troubleshooting and repairs. They have been honest and upfront.

This place is very unprofessional, I took my sons car and they told me that the will call me in couple hours and they never did I have to keep calling them to get information and when they finally called me they told me that it will cost me more than 4000 dollars. When they see a single mother or young kid they take advantage of that. I took my car to a different place and instead of over 4000 dollars we paid 1100 big difference.

These guys work on all 3 of my familys cars. Its been a long time since I had an auto garage that I trust - I cant recommend them high enough!

So glad I found Elite for my 7 year Volvo. It started with a defective battery that was purchased through AAA MidAtlantic but they replaced it for free based on the warranty. They did an examination and came up with 2 other problems that they fixed today within my 2 hour requirement as I had to get to work. You can tell they are honest and I am grateful to have found a place that is not out to take my money but to earn my trust and have me refer future clients.

I have been taking my car to Elite now for several years. I live in Placentia, CA. Needless to say it a it of a drive, Joel usually handles me with my cars, we have different cars and all three gets serviced from them.I have had other wait on me and always have been treated exceptionally well. Obviously with the distance I would not drive that far! So because of there professionalism Im rating 5 stars. You will be treated with dignity and get the vip treatment.

There are parts people out there galore and then there are real mechanics. Elite has nothing but real mechanics. They took the time to really find out what was wrong with my car instead of just replacing things. Really honest. Thats refreshing!

Joel and the boys always bend over backwards to help. I trusted them with my last 2 cars. Great people who are genuinly friendly and willing to help.

Had the guys look at it because it was revving. Maintenance required was on. They called me after several hours and told me it was the transmission was slipping and the oil was burnt, I also needed new spark plugs and so on.I took it to another shop and he did an OBD (on board diagnostics) and it was fine. He even looked inside and nothing was wrong it just needed an oil change.This shop was better at its old location. Maybe theyre just getting greedy around the holidays I dont know. Im not coming back.

Like always service was excellent. Had an exhaust leak. The problem was corrected and as I drove off I realized I had more power. Who would have thought a simple exhaust leak would cause loss of power and poor fuel consumption. While in for an exhaust leak the mechanic found that a leaf spring on the rear axle had shifted. The mechanic corrected the error in the spring and now my truck drives straight and does not float. All these issues were resolved by the outstanding experience of the technicians of Elite Automotive. I call them my one stop shop.

Joel and the staff were awesome. We had warning lights show up on our 2007 FJ Cruiser the day that we were heading out on our camping trip. They cleared the codes and diagnosed the issue (Broken lower Toyota TRD Air Box) in about 5 minutes.The part was ordered and came in when they said that it would. Joel contacted us to let us know and the service was done very quickly at a very good price.

I have been coming to Elite for auto needs snce they opened their doors in Foothill Ranch. Always the best service and great rates. I do not believe I have ever had a bad experience here and I have 6 cars of varying degrees of maintenance and repairs. I moved to Lake Elsinore but still get my vehicles to these guys becasue I trust them and know that I am being taken care of.

I called in the morning on a Friday to price brakes on my daughter’s Lexus. Jim explained their free inspection and asked if we can leave the car with them promising if it needed work they could get it done that day. Dropped it off and within 2 hours had a call from Jim confirming what the Lexus dealer had told us and also confirmed the rear brakes were not far behind in needing replacement. Jim gave me a quote for brakes all the way around using OEM pads and trueing rotors that was less than the Lexus dealer’s price for just the front. Good, honest and timely service at a fair price. I will definitely use Elite going forward for service on my cars as they come off of factory warranties.

My experience about a year ago was very disappointing. I brought my 1999 Ford Explorer in for a front driver side window repair because it couldnt move up or down. Every time they fixed it, it failed within a day so I ended up bringing it back three or four times in a row.
