I’ve taken my car to the Caliber Collision in chino more than once and I’ve referred family and friends there who have also taken their vehicles their and they have also had excellent service as well as great communication and they were fast. They were just on top of everything! I thought the caliber in Lake Forest would do the same, I have never been so wrong! They kept my car for about 3 weeks and had very little communication with me. I was wondering what was going on so I emailed them and it took days to get a response. There’s really no excuse for this. You’re busy? Yeah so is the Caliber facility in chino and they were in communication with me every step of the way. Why didn’t I take my car to the chino facility? Because the caliber in Lake Forest is near my place of employment so it was easier to drop off and pick up. Or so I thought 🙄. Never again!!

I dealt with Bob for the most part and he was great, super helpful and understanding. Made the whole process very easy, even with miscommunication with insurance on my end. Very helpful and the guy did a great job on my car. Definitely recommend.

The service we received was outstanding. The owner and her staff were personable, outgoing, customer-focused and clearly interested in providing excellent work. The process was easier than any of my prior experiences with auto-related problems. Our car was returned to us essentially “brand new“ and two days earlier than the estimated time of completion.I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repair in the future.

I had used Caliber before for a previous repair and auto body repair work. I have found that the Manager (Rachel) was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. She always tried to provide top quality customer service. I am very discriminating when it comes to providing reviews for service received from various companies I have worked with. Please trust me when I say that if there was any possibility that I did not received top quality service previously, I would have NEVER come back to this great shop. I will continue to use them if I ever need Body work completed on my vehicle.

Excellent service, polite, informative and professional.

They replaced the drivers side mirror, which was broken by a hit and run driver while my car was parked. They cleaned the whole car.

There is not enough Good I can express. My 95 car is mint and was ran into. New fenders and front bumper cover were installed along with internal steel bumper and bracket damage repaired. All of that was perfect and the paint is absolutely amazing. Top quality. The entire experience with this shop was flawless from estimate to completion. Rachel, John and Robert were curtious, professional and every time I called with questions I was on the line talking in 15 seconds. The customer service is exceptional. My car was complete in 3 days and they treated it no different then if I dropped off a $300,000 Lamborghini. Serious business these people are such pros and care about thier clients. Initial estimate of $5k ( thought theres no way, but I have no choice cause they give insurance a better labor rate) but ok. 1 month later and the bill is close to $16k....which the just happened to not say anything about until the work was done and it looks terrible. None of the paint matches because they could only paint what was affected by the accident IF they would have submitted a more accurate quote from the start, instead of just trying to get the business, my vehicle would have been a total loss and I wouldnt be stuck driving a vehicle that looks like it has leprosy because the doors and back are a different shade than the rest of the body.

Ricardo and the manager provided a very thorough repair process for my insurance claim, they even went above and beyond and replaced my car battery as a courtesy!

Now that I have 2 cases where and unfortunately I chose Caliber for my repairs at 2 different locations (Irvine and Tustin) in OC area. I regret making that decision every time I look at both of my cars. Quality of work is not par. It is sad that I had to go back and tell the repair shop about the mechanical noises that were coming out of my car, that was supposedly REPAIRED. Sorry guys, you guys gotta do much better job then this. Strongly advise to find someone else for repairs.

Best care ever! My Service Advisor, Jose Gonzalez, kept me informed all the way through my care repair. The entire staff was personable and there to serve; they took me to pick-up my rental and returned it for me. The work on the car was excellent, done at the original estimate and ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Repair work was a great job, the paint job has been two years and the paint is already peeling off my front bumper. Moved to Irving, Texas wonder if the paint warranty can be fixed here. I found a Caliber Collision in Dallas off Cedar Springs and they repainted and clear coated the bumper. Lifetime warranty on paint and clear. Edited my review to five stars!

Friendly staff. Didnt make me feel uncomfortable in a place Ive never been. Helpful, and they took me to go get my rental car.

Actual rating negative five stars! My insurance recommended this repair shop I also seen that was rated high on yelp .Work started January 2nd, finish date Jan 18th then 22 then 24th then 26th or 27th . Finally got car back the Jan 30 . called the insurance company several times asking when I would get my car back . After getting car back had to contact Insurance company bumper was missing pinstripeing .
