The bumper on my 2014 Toyota Prius C had to be replaced. McLaren did a beautiful job! Finished the car in less than one day....gave me a great loaner car to use....and even buffed out a separate part of the body at no extra charge.After I picked it up, I noticed they had even put tire black on my tires when they washed the car.This is a 10++++ body repair service. Cant recommend it highly enough!

Took my car to get repaired after an accident. This was a AAA preferred vendor. I received continuous updates on the progress of the repairs.The car was completed earlier than expected and looked great. They even detailed the car. I am very satisfied with the quality of their service and work.

2015 Lexus RX needed body and paint work due to minor scrapes over six years. McLaren was efficient, professional, and timely in completing the repairs. Alec communicated clearly over the two days the car was in the shop and finished the job on time as promised. There were no surprises and the finished product looks great.

Alec did excellent job of having the repair done. I did have to follow up to get this complete. After getting home I did have to call back and email of picture to have an estimate of other repair on the front passenger door. It would have been great if he would have offered a quote for that work. Overall it was a good experience.

This shop was one of the AAA referral shops in my area. They were always giving me text and email updates. The car was delivered in emaculate condition. they detailed the whole car inside and out. They also did some minpr paint tpuch ups...... great ! great ! shop

I’ve had two cars over the years serviced for body work at Mclaren (via insurance and out of pocket) and they have been amazing to work with. In addition to the quality of their work, their communication with their clients is what separates them from others. You know exactly what they are doing, why, and when complete. They also send pictures as they are performing their work to show progress. The team is professional and easy to work with.

We stopped by CARSTAR McLaren, Lake Forest to inspect our 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. Gama and his team performed the inspection and completed the estimate in less than 15 minutes. Once we approved the estimate, they then offered to complete the repair while we waited. It looks great! Thank you again for your professionalism.

I was very happy with the service I got from McClaren, they did an outstanding job and kept me informed of my car progress. They took care of all insurance paperwork for me.

This is the 2nd vehicle I bring to McLaren for an insurance claim. There is great advantage to having ties to most major insurance companies and car rental companies... The transition of dropping off car, getting rental, etc, is simplified and smooth for the claimant. Thats just icing. They also left my vehicle looking brand new.

Took my car there by recommendation from my car insurance. It took them 9 weeks instead of the original 4 weeks estimate. Had to take car back couple of times to fix minor issues. Keep discovering new problems with their repairs until today. Loose screw, broken pin, missing bolt, growing gaps between panels and bumper, etc, etc.

Went in because my driver side window was not working and wouldnt go up. They checked it out and told me what was wrong with it. I worked with Dustin, and he was beyond helpful. I needed a piece replaced that they did not have in stock. They were up front and told me how much everything would be. Gave me the option to order the oem part or the after market one and gave me quotes on both, they told me that the after market would be less expensive but I chose to go with the oem because Ive already had bad experiences with aftermarket parts. (Not at this shop.) We ordered the parts and made the appointment. They were awesome enough to duct-tape the window closed while we waited for the part to get there! (Which would not have taken long, but i went in on Friday morning and they close on the weekends.) The first visit (when they told me what I needed) i was not charged anything. The appointment we had made ended up not working for me and I called and they were very helpful in rescheduling for me. I went in on my next appointment day and they fixed it up for us and charged exactly what they had quoted. They even gave the car a good wash! (Of course they asked first if I wanted to wait a little more to get that done.) I was thinking they were going to charge something for that, and I would have been more than ok with that( my car really needed it) but it was complimentary! Overall, great great experience. Will definitely be coming back whenever the car needs something. Super clean and modern facilities and great staff.

Over due review. They do not honor their warranty on paint jobs with out receipt! They were able to find all the info on their system and even printed it out... then they say I need the reciept.I dont have it so theyll have the owner call me.. He never did so I called back weekly, each time I called they will give me the run arounds, put me on hold for awhile then tell me theyll get back to me...After 3 years the paint was faded and flaking off until you can see the metal. This was a $3000+ job..
