I have been using El Toro RV for many years for all of my repairs and maintenance needs. Their service and expertise are top notch. I am always confident that work will be done correctly, timely and at a fair price.

I had them replace my refrigerator about a year ago. About 2 months ago it stopped working again. I brought my trailer back to them hoping it would have some sort of warranty. After sometime they let me know that the manufacture would provide me with a new cooling unit, but I would have to pay for the labor to install. I assume the cost to install would be minimal, so I agreed. After them having my trailer for a few weeks (they had issues getting the part) I went to pick it up and was hit with a $700 bill. They charged me almost $180 per hour labor rate for 4 hours work. I asked if their was anything they could do for me on the rate and they refused to do anything. I was very disappointed that I was charged so much for something that really should have been covered under some warranty. If you went to a car dealer and they installed a new motor in your car, which then failed in less than a year, would you expect to pay for them to install the motor again? Just very disappointed they made no effort to stand behind their work or meet me 1/2 way. I will never go back.

This was my first experience with El Toro RV. I read many reviews before going there and most were very positive, so I decided to give them a try. I had to have quite a bit of body repair on my RV due to a few minor accidents. When reading the reviews I noticed that a number of people referred to Tony that works there as a good guy that delivered on his promises.Long story short, the work quality was excellent, but more importantly Tony lived up to his positive reviews. Kept us very informed and was a real professional to work with. I trust them. I also didnt have a good experience at Barton but much different today. Having my RVs repaired over the last 40 years around SOCAL - its nice to be parked across the street at Storage. They go over and get it when ready for service. I still use two other RV service dealers but El Toro is my go-to. Their EXPERIENCE makes a huge difference - as Ive been RESTORING a Class C for the past 14 months, which has its CHALLENGES. Just did my first trip through AZ after the mechanicals were completed and no issues!

Tony and his crew did an awesome job on some fiberglass repairs to my fifth-wheel. Im a picky Guy and could find nothing wrong with the quality of their work.They inadvertently caused some damage to the hitch on the front of the unit but Tony replaced the part without hesitation.Highly recommended!

Ok ...... picked up my Montana Yesterday.... had a Extended Aftermarket Warranty.... they did Repair on 8 items....some were Supposed to be Warranties.... I paid for Everything Never even called Warranty Company..... will not EVER GO BACK.... Eric Even called and asked for Warranty info.....Butt he Never bothered to Contact

Good place to come in quick and get a propane refill. They have a selection of sometimes hard to find trailer parts. Everyone is courteous and helpful.

Recently I have discovered an electrical component on my 25 Chinook Glaciers battery bay which needed to be replaced but could not identify. I searched online, I called several RV repair shops but none of them were friendly to talk to me, unless I was a current, or previous customer. When I called AM Solar for help, the person who answered the phone even asked for an INVOICE NUMBER to make sur I am their customer. As I kept googling I ran across El Toro RV Service. As the phone rang, I was ready to be rejected again, but to my stunning surprise the person who answered the call, TONY, said no problem when I asked if I can send a picture of the component. A few minutes later Tony emailed me with the precise name of the part, the availability and the hours they are open to pick it up.I read countless 5 star reviews on EL TORO RV SERVICE, and here I am, adding another one to the list. Ive been taking a Monaco Executive here for years and I recently bought a new (to me) Dynamax Ultra GT that just needed a few items to make it perfect and El Toro was the place I took that coach as well. Theyve always treated me well and done a great job.

Had a terrific service experience here. Not like the old Burton Road El Toro RV. Mike my service guy sent me photos of all pre work for approval and then follow up photos. I highly recommend El Toro RV.

This place is awful... I brought my RV in to get the brakes checked and see if they could hunt down a leak. First off, Tony is awful at following up... He advised that he would give me a call back with a quote. He never called back. I called a day later and he said that he tried to call... (I had no missed calls or VM.)He let me know that one of the oil lines going to the cooler was leaking and it would cost $400 to put a piece of hose in. He also recommended to change the serpentine belt which would be $250. Needless to say, I declined the repairs.About 5 minutes after hanging up he called back and advised that they already changed the leaking oil cooler hoses and it would be covered in the original diagnosis ($400 charge magically disappeared).I picked up my RV and when I got in I noticed that there were grease smudges on my walls. On top of that, I got home and wanted to check out their Oil line fix. It was already leaking!I will never go back to this place. Terrible work and unfriendly staff...OH YEAH! Check out their yelp review score... MUCH different than all the fake google reviews.

Ive used a number of mechanics on our 42 Allegro Bus over the years. El Toro RV Service has been the best experience Ive had and Im so happy to have found them. They have excellent customer service and superb communication. The shop does what promise and they get it done on time!

I now have two separate experiences with this place. So far, so good. They seem to know what they are doing and it doesnt look like they are hurting for customers. I dont have another place to compare it to. Lets hope to keep it that way! 👍🏿

I store my Airstream near El Toro RV and had an unexpected failure of my powered tongue jack 3 days before a long-planned trip. After doing Internet research for the best replacement I visited El Toro RV and they independently recommended two options, one of which was the same jack I had already decided on for my first preference. They did not have it in stock, but said they could have it before noon the next day. Presto - it arrived well before noon and my repair went quite well.I often purchase online (and could have bought this jack cheaper on several sites), but if I could always be assured this level of friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service I would prefer doing business with local brick and mortar vendors/professionals. I highly recommend El Toro based on my experience.

Five star service across the board! Major damage was done to my coach after an accident. Tony and everyone else at El Toro RV did an amazing job putting it back together and making it look like new. They even accommodated me when I wanted to take it camping before it was completely finished. Tony was also very helpful when it came to dealing with difficult insurance companies on both sides. I would recommend El Toro RV to anybody who needs service or repairs done to their coach. They are very friendly, communicate well with customers, and really take the time to take care of their customers needs.

We came in to have our inverter replaced and they were done exactly when they said they were going to be finished. They also helped us get our slide totally dialed in and working perfectly. Highly recommend!

El Toro RV is small (compared to Camping World, etc,) privately owned facility with which I have been dealing since they were located in Irvine. I have them work on my motorhomes because they are a highly ethical, honest organization. The quality of their personnel permeates all parts of the operation. I had a small issue when I picked up my travel trailer which I discussed with Tony. He immediately looked into it and asked to keep the TT one more day. I came back and everything was great. I then had a fuse issue with my truck, Larry spent at least one hour trying to figure out where the problem was. He found the problem on my truck and fixed it. He didn’t charge me even though he could have. I’m so appreciative of both Larry and Tony. Great customer service.

UPDATE - I called and talked with Tony and agreed to give them another shot. I took my RV back that same afternoon and Tony ensured the work was done. I will say that they did a great job and redeemed themselves after the morning fiasco. Thank you Tony for stepping up and resolving the situation!!The absolute WORST excuse from the service department on why they couldnt use the RV fabric I had already purchased to replace my worn one. I talked with them twice on the phone about bringing my RV to them for the work. Nothing was ever said about any potential issues with my pre-purchased fabric. So I take a couple hours off work and spend about $30 in gas to bring my RV to them by 8am, as agreed to on my last call. When I get there I was asked what kind of fabric I had. When I showed the service clerk he says (not exaggerating, he actually said this). Oh we dont do that kind. So I ask why not. It takes 2 guys an hour to install the bead into the fabric. By the end of that their hands are smoked. Dude if you are trying to sell me another fabric that attempt was WEAK. That or get some tougher mechanics.For El Toro RV - This was step one in refurbishing this RV (suspension, alignment, resealing the roof, etc). I guess Ill take my business to Mike Thompson. It may be a farther drive but they dont make weak excuses.

Great Work. We were having some issues with our RV and the throttle cutting in and out. Even though we are in north Orange county after talking to them on the phone I felt very comfortable and decided to get it looked at before our next trip. They took care of the throttle issues and happy I took it to them.

I have been a customer of El Toro RV for more the 13 years. I find their customer service to be excellent. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of RV repairs. I’ve had everything from body work to regular maintenance done and have felt their prices to be fair and reasonable. Their diagnostic and trouble shooting abilities is usually spot on. I’ve had two Motorhomes and have found that El Toro RV’s workmanship to be far superior then even the manufacturer’s local dealerships.

I brought my trailer in for axle and wheel bearing inspection. I was told that one of the bearings was bad and needed to be replaced, but it was my option to replace all of them. I felt uncomfortable with just replacing one based on what the gentleman told me from El Toro RV store. I went ahead and replaced all of them. I later learned that I probably didnt need to replace all of them. I felt taken advantage of. A few days later, I received a phone call from Tony, one of the store managers. He had read this post and understood how I felt. He wanted to make things right. He offered an additional RV service for my trailer at no cost. I thought this was very professional of him and El Toro RV. I will be back.

El Toro Rv the only place to go!! We brought our Coach in. Tony and Mike greeted us and we told them our wants and needs. They took the time to listen to us and went through our coach and found items we did not even know had an issues. They went above and beyond to get our coach to our liking. We had TVs, stereo, satellite, dish, back up camera, service and so much more. They took the time to show us how to use all the electronics they installed for us. Even when we got home we forgot some of the instructions that they went over. My husband called and they helped him get everything up and working for us over the phone. Very knowledgeable,courteous customer service. Told of problem with our rig they ordered the parts schedule a date, and did repairs all within a week, whereas when taking to our dealer would look at repair, told to come back in two weeks then would keep for a month our longer, and still service not done correctly. Great job El Toro RV

Im kind of bummed because i was recommended to go here. I want to set up solar and auxilary battery on my vanagon, and i thought if i went to a brick and mortar store they could help with installation, tips for set up etc, since i dont know anything about it. Id be willing to pay for that service as well. Anyhow they were not helpful and i wasted time and gas money going there to buy a battery which i could have got online. It also took forever to come in and they werent good about communicating that to me other than always calling me and telling me it wasnt in yet but it should be soon ( this went on for3or 4weeks) not impressed.

Excellent assistance in the installation of a satellite system in my RV. Mike was extremely persistent in finding the best way to install the system in a professional manner. This was inspite of inadequate guidance from the manufacturer.

The front counter man told me that he didnt have a way to check my battery and also didnt know how to read Interstate Batteries date code put on during manufacturing.I had a 3/2017 manufacturing date on my battery and paid full price .So where is the warranty? Poor Interstate Batteries dealer!
