My car was rear-ended on the freeway by another whose front bumper was equipped with a few hitches. Needless to say the damages were more severed than normal.I picked Fix-Auto for the repair because it was listed as one of the certified repair shops on my insurance’s list.They have several locations but I picked the one in Lake Forest. It was nothing short of a pleasant experience. FromThe minute Travis answered my call to the day I got my car back, everything went very smoothly and as I was told. Travis even went beyond his call of duty to fix a few other items unrelated to the accident for me. Travis helped with organizing the rental car pick up and drop off.Everything was super professional, courteous, honest and superbly done.I am very happy how my car turned out. The paint job they did was perfectly matched.And to top it off the actual cost was slightly lower than the original estimate- who would do that!!!And all items were delivered just as scheduled.I just couldn’t ask for more from this place.Thank you so much for your wonderful service.I wish all other service places use this company as a model - it would make for a wonderful world of happy customers.

We are extremely happy with the work and customer service by Travis and Fix Auto Lake Forest. Our Tesla Model X looks amazing where they repaired the rear quarter panel (without having to change the part) and replaced the bumper. We would highly recommend using Fix Auto Lake Forest and would take any of our cars there should we need to, but hopefully we won’t have to.

Travis was soooo helpful. He made me feel at ease during a difficult situation after my car accident. He helped correspond with enterprise and help gain insight on tow company’s eta. He stayed in contact with me every part of the way through car being scheduled to being towed there, car arriving, very thoroughly evaluating the damages and keeping my insurance in the loop. He was respectful of my belongings left in the car and had great customer service in person! Was nice and refreshing to have someone be so nice and helpful especially during a time where I was a hot mess from true car accident.

When I searched for repair of a company car, I found Fix Auto near me, contacted me and went to get a quote for repair. Immediately get a quote, book a repair next week and visit again. After that, I get a phone call and e-mail about the situation every other day, and when the repair is completed, I get a phone call and pick it up. I was able to save nearly 10% compared to the initial estimate, and I am very satisfied with the repair condition. The repair shop has a rough image, but he was smart and kind.
