The manager at this location is not well trained and had no idea how to help me solve the problem with the service I was having. More important, she didnt want to try, insisting that I had to call customer service. Customer Service means talking to someone about in Mexico or the Philippines...very tough to hear and understand them -- and cricket wont allow their staff to say where they are located - cricket wants to hide this from customers. Phone customer service staff are not empowered with access to historical account information, and they arent well trained either. They keep apologizing but offer no intelligent solutions, or even a clear understanding of how to find solutions.Overall, from the local store to the online and phone customer service, Cricket is a sub standard cellphone company. Dont waste your time. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple dollars more a month and go with another cellphone company. It will save you time and money in the long run.
First time using cricket after quite a few years of prepaid service, I decided to switch my number and take part in a free phone when switching deal. The ladies that work there are absolutely fabulous. It took us nearly two hours to figure out my account information from my old carrier and she did a wonderful job explaining the reason/reasons for the delay, deals and every other question I had. Wonderful staff wonderful service. I couldn’t be happier switching for the first time. They also have a surprisingly good selection of accessories like Bluetooth speakers, chargers, glass screen protectors and phone cases.
They need help. Long wait to get served. But after getting help Francisco is a great help and a great sales.person.
I Love this Location for several reasons. For example, you can come in to pay just your phone bill and the cricket wireless agent can be with other customers and they can be buying a phone and instead of making you wait FOREVER she will either excuse herself and walk over to the other computer or ask another cricket wireless agent to help you well she helps a different customer.... Or you can come in not knowing which is the cheapest and vest way to meet your specific NEEDS when buying your phone and she can give you the best overall choices that meet your criteria and are in your budget ... There are plenty of other reasons why I love this store especially because it is always always clean.... With the covid-19 crisis that is going on right now the cricket wireless agents are always sanitizing and cleaning wearing face masks and gloves.... They go often to the back to wash their hands.... Honestly Im impressed

Miranda didnt pay attention as to what I wanted. I was buying a phone and adding a line. Instead she shuts off my phone puts my number on new phone. She nor Xavier have any clue how to fix. 2 hrs later still no phone service. Upon returning to store. Miranda doesnt recognize me. Xavier is hiding in the back. Once I get to the counter an explain who I am she gets Xavier. He tells me were going to wave your activation fee. Youre not waving anything. I didnt buy the phone. I want my money back. Was Mirandas mistake. Refusing to refund my activation fee. I didnt activate anything. I didnt even buy a phone. Called Corporate. Went to 84th and Washington and they took proper care of me. Mr. Salazar I have been a long time loyal customer of Cricket. Your store has Always been my store. The staff that has worked for you in the past, fantastic! The staff you have now, so inefficient. I will not be returning to your store nor would I recommend your store to any prospective Cricket customers.
All the girls who work here are so nice and always so happy to help. They always seem happy and they offer great customer service! Never got this type of service at T-Mobile
Very disappointed by my experience. I went to buy an Iphone, there were some issues going on to restore Icloud. They looked at it for 10 mns and told me that they did their best and I should go to the Apple Store. I said I was expecting more help from them since I was a long time Cricket customer and I was the only one in the store at the time, their answer was that they were just supposed to provide phone service, not anything having to do with transfer between phones. They went on saying that they would not help me more because I was rude. I was stunned. Maybe they were upset because I refused to buy the few accessories they proposed.
These employees are the worst. I understand that they dont have control over the crappy company policies, but I really needed help with a 7 month old phone purchase that was covered both by warranty and insurance. Something broke with the charger port, so my phone was not able to connect to a charger- after it died Id have no phone. I have 3 young kids and felt really uncomfortable about no phone. All they did was throw an 800 number over the counter and send me on my way. I just wanted help and ended up finally leaving when they started whispering and smirking to each other about me...TERRIBLE customer service!! Gave the 1 star because I had to. They deserve nothing!!!

Ive never had such a great experiance changing phone carriers.Karen at this location went above and beyond to help us get set up quickly - she even stayed an hour late just to make sure we got our phones up and running. Ive had bad experiances in the past with Cricket and especially this location but gee-golly Karen really changed my mind!
4.7Katherine and Cassandra know their stuff, and had the case needed for my phone...Great. Coustomer service.Still with Xfinity, this may be an option for others without my broadband provider.Cheers
I guess I have a pretty good experience with Cricket Wireless even though people say it is their lower level phone company I get my phones cheaper have the same coverage that the premium mother carrier AT&T does which nobody really knows and a reasonable rate

The employees dont know what theyre doing. Its like theyre trained to sell you a phone and thats IT. The associate that sold me a phone actually told me it wasnt her problem after I got home with my phone and noticed it glitched terribly. It still glitches and malfunctions and Cricket refused to assist me in getting a new phone to replace the faulty merchandise they sold me.
They have good customer service in the store, but not so good over the phone.

Walk in no welcome one lady at computer blowing bubbles not helping anyone! ignore! Sad. I stood 5mins then left zero customer service ! I gave one star only cause I couldnt give less.
First off they werent very friendly and the technicians have a habit of blaming especially the managers believing the customer for their screw up so I went to a better cricket down in Denver it doesnt have idiots running it

Didnt have much on stock. Sales lady was great, but the manager/owner had no info on sales and promotions. That left the sales lady in a bad position.
