I fixed my phone here and had problems, brought it back in they fixed it had another problem, and once again they had fixed it! Same for my other device. Every problem was under warranty. Very nice and helpful people! Definitely would recommend!

Terrible service. Told me they’d call when my part came in, never did. I had to call multiple times. When I went in almost 2 hours before closing, told me they didn’t have time so I had to go back another day. They ordered the wrong part for my phone, so I had to wait for the part to come in again. I had to replace my lense on my Iphone 7 camera so the lens was off for 2 days until the second part came in. Then when the lens was changed, and I got the phone back, the camera was worse than when I had it before. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing more they could do and it would be $100 to get a new camera considering it was their fault it was worse in the first place. I will never be back there again.

I was working on an aircompressor like really wedged up in there, when I pull my phone out on break its completely shattered and the screen wont turn on. I got in at 6:10 and left at 6:25 my phone works great. Its a little pricey but its worth it for the speed in which you get your phone back

Very helpful. They replaced my screen on my Mac and it was $250.00 cheaper than Orchard or Apple Store. They did it on time which is rare to find a repair shop to do it in the time frame they suggested.

So, My iPad was badly shattered by Delta Airlines. It still worked, but needed a new screen. The CPR guy was friendly and professional. He called me back later that day to inform me that along with a new screen, I needed a new home button. Because he wasn’t sure if the home button was damaged by Delta, or when the shattered glass was being picked out of my poor iPad, they threw in the new home button for free. That was great. They overnighted the new button, and it was fixed by 1:00 PM the next day. I recommend you use CPR, and don’t fly Delta.I know what your thinking, “That guy shouldn’t have tossed his iPad in his suitcase” Thats not the case. It was velcroed to my laptop inside a Pelican Case model 1490. This hard case is specially designed to protect a laptop even under the harshest conditions. My laptop was also cracked.#delta
