Call store I need a new phone the lady who answers my call was not very helpful. I can barely hear her there was so much music noise it sounds there were having a party. This is the second time that I had to try this store and I have been not satisfied with the service. I decided to travel out of my way to the Broussard store because I found out their service is an A-plus. Thanks, Amy!

Just went in and the guy working was clueless and totally did not want to help us! I had asked him about a trade in and he just said that they dont give cash unless youre buying a new phone with them. I told him that was what we wanted to do, but he still didnt want to look up the amount wed get...I had to ask him again to please look it up for us... he seemed so bothered!

Very poor customer service. My father who is 65 years old and not very knowledgeable of cell phone lingo, was treated terrible.The manager kept telling him his phone was broken and his phone was brand new. His sim card had broke so we bought at universal Cricket sim card kit from Walmart. It would not activate online so he goes in, only to be told that cricket couldnt activate a cricket sim card. So the manager said we had to purchase a sim card from them in order to activate it. We purchased another identical Cricket sim card. Had to go back in the store 3 times because the phone still wasnt working. Only to be told the phone was broken. After the 3rd try the phone is working.My dad has had the same Cricket number for over 4 years . Im pretty sure he needs to switch to another carrier.
Rep told me the accessories were going to be free but I just learned that I have to pay for it. She told me that they were free on the leasing program. She also added the 3 dollar insurance that I knew nothing about. Iโm not happy and considering leaving cricket
Stop playing with there phone and concentrate on the customer
