I would have gave 5 stars. Except when I walked in the store I was told with an attitude to put my mask on. It slipped my mind.I am from Florida where I lost my mother from covid after another illness and our numbers reached in the 20,000 deaths a day. My county alone had more cases then the full state of Louisiana. I was purchasing shoes for a funeral so I was distracted. It was fine she told me to put a mask on except she was wearing hers as a chin diaper not covering her mouth and nose.The other employee was extremely nice and professional which is why I rated what I did. Next time simply reminding people without rudeness and with actually wearing the mask correctly.

I have two children still at home and have purchased at Rack Room Shoes(on Louisiana Avenue) several times in the past for the entire family. Usually it is a pleasant experience...but I guess that was because I didnt have any issues that required assistance.Recently, I bought a couple of pair of shoes for my son and myself. I was wearing sandals and needed to use one of the sample socks to try on shoes. Once at home, I put the shoes on with regular socks and noticed it was a little tight. The shoes were worn a total of about 20 minutes. I brought them back to the store a couple of days later to exchange for the next size up and was told that these were now used shoes and they couldnt do the exchange.Unless someone hijacked my shoes and ran a full marathon in the 3 days between purchase and return there is no way these should be considered used.For an $80 pair of shoes lost this company has lost a customer(with kids). I will not purchase from this store again.

Good shoe prices but the employees arent friendly at all.

The girls that were working were super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable!!! One girl remembered my husband and son from the week before and asked how they were enjoying their shoes. Great Customer service and great shoes!!!

Went in here a week ago with no mask due to health conditions I am exempt from mask mandate. Tried to go in there today and was told I have to have one and my 2 year old needed one. Staff clearly don’t know laws.

Staff is veryyyyy rude. We had 9 pairs of shoes we left and refused to buy them because of their ugly attitudes.

Workers too busy with personal conversations, small selection of shoes with an even smaller selection of sizes across the board. My least favorite location, a lot of the shoes look like they have been worn and returned just gross.

I like the kids tennis shoes & dresss shoes. They usually have the sale where you can buy one and get one half price.

They have got the cheapest low quality shoes they dont look any better than what you could buy in K mart or Walmart. The leather boots in bowties look like theyre made out of the cheapest pleather look possible. I wouldnt waste a dollar in That store
