One co-worker in particular maid me feel like my wife and I shouldnt have been there!!! Next time wait until the customers are out of your presence before giving a face gesture to another co-worker. I hope that no one ever makes you feel that way because it doesnt feel good. Just to put your mind at ease, we wont ever go back!!!! Went in to buy some work boots found some I thought about buying but while I was walking around making sure those were the ones I wanted one of the employees walks up to my and tells me let me take the boots to the from for you like she didn’t trust me it made me feel like she thought I was going to steal them if it wasn’t for me needing the boots for work on Monday I would have just left the store then. Every 30 seconds I had someone walking up to me asking if everything was okay I mean dang can I just shop without being bothered I can’t stand when someone try’s to tell me what I want and not just let me look and let me figure out what is comfortable for me

The store is well stocked but there were not enough associates or they were very attentive it nay noted it was 20 minutes before closing time and it was Thanksgiving night so Im sure they were tired and some were cleaning up. There is plenty inventory and it was assessable

Loved the service, love the great options for style in womens boots. Price not so liked but thats my opinion. But service was amazing would go back for that alone if I had money to spend.

Friday we brought boots from the Boot Barn in Lafayette, spent almost $500 and today we walk in and they followed us all the way out the store and tried to say we stole boots, although the alarm didn’t go off!! How dare they!! They lost our service

Went in this morning looking for some specific work boots & even though my request might have been outside of what their inventory had, the staff & store manager helped me out tremendously!
