Amazing customer service!! I have worked in management in the customer service industry for 15yrs; I was amazed and proud at the customer service from the 1st step i took in the store. Every worker was helpful, polite, upbeat, and professional. Very refreshing to see. Store was very clean and organized. If the phone rang the staff answered professionally and by the second ring. Awesome job and thank you to the management teaching their staff at this location. Also, to the line staff for striving for excellence. Again, amazing job!!

I was highly disappointed to find out that the Shoe Carnival no longer has buy one get one 1/2 off. That has been theyre special for years. It is what theyre known for.

The selection of mens Adidas is almost non existent. The sizes available in both men and womens shoes are lacking as well. I was lucky to find one pair of Adidas in a size 9. Maybe there wasnt much of a selection because its so close to the holidays. The prices were good, and the BOGO was a great deal.

Experience horrible costumer service here and will not be returning. I purchase two pairs of shoes for my daughter with BOGO 1/2 off. One of the pair of shoes was too big and I had forgot I had a coupon at home so I returned to get the coupon applied and to switch out the shoes. The employee refuse to apply the coupon because I didnt have it the first time I purchase it.

My girls had a great time looking for shoes. They have lots of styles at affordable prices. The staff is amazing and helpful.

My grandson is...picky (translated: big pain in the butt) about shoes. He is also very hard on them being just five. The gentleman helped us the entire time just like they used to do; measured his foot and tried on several pairs until the boy was happy. I spent significantly less than I expected, and walked out of the store with a happy kid for the first time in our shoe-buying history. I had a great experience and will be going back... Forever.

Took me longer than I expected, somewhat due to the selection in my size wasnt very large (12 wide). And partly due to having to look at every box. I was asked if I needed help, but didnt receive much other than being told they have my size, theyre sure and then walking away. The price was ok but not good enough for me to shop there again.

Dunno much about shopping for shoes, but they were cheaper than the dept store I checked first and they have better prices and much more variety. Although the best of all was the people, and one lady was in particular very helpful.

I went there because I needed to exchange some shoes. When I arrived I did have to wait. But, not too long. The process to exchange was very easy. I would definitely recommend. And there are some really nice clearance items.

Prices are unbeatable but customer service is horrid. I just exchanged some shoes for my son after purchasing them only the evening before. The store clerk didnt want to except to swap because of dirt on the bottom of the shoe. There was very little gray marking on the white bottom. He did not wear them outside and only walked around our home for maybe 15 minutes. She eventually said that they had cleaner but made snarky comments to whole time and offered no assistance with sizing my son until I asked. I had to prompt her to help and it seemed I was paining her. We ended up needing to order shoes and I had to ask all the questions BC her and the other clerk were lost. Not a pleasant experience at all but the shoes are Nikes for less than $50 and I cant beat that.
