The services I had done were done in a good time, professional, and friendly. Jackie, the young lady behind the counter was friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything to me. While waiting for my car I observed Jackie working quickly for other customers, very helpful and even seemed to know some of her customers by name. I even forgot my pocket book when I left and she called me and held on to it till I got there. She is a hard worker and should be recognized for her excellence.

I called for an appointment for an oil change. I was able to get one within 3 hours. And then my car was ready in an hour!! Everything was done to my satisfaction. Jeremy at the desk was great. Outstanding customer relations! Not just with me but with everyone that came in. From my first phone call Fitzroy was amazing. Then I met Jeremy who helped me choose a tire and schedule an appointment. On the day of my service Fitz greeted me and went over the process. Jake did the service and showed me the brakes as well. We decided the front brakes needed to be replaced. We added an alignment as well. The truck feels brand new! I have found my mechanics!! EVERY person in the building was satisfied and all said they will be back!!!

I’ve been a customer of various VIP shops in NH and ME for 15 years or so. I have 4 cars and one pickup. While the unscheduled nature of automotive issues generally make me annoyed to be anywhere near the place, I must admit that VIP hasn’t let me down.Almost everything they’ve done for me has involved brakes or tires. Maybe a battery or two.It’s a great place to go for polite, reliable service.

Very professional and helpful I forgot to grab some PB blast when I was at Auto Zone so I stopped because I was going by on my way to fix my jeep and a gentleman who works there noticed my looking for something and came right over and showed me rite where it was I was impressed with how professional he was and saved me time Ty for that I definitely will be going there again.

I gave VIP a call and Andrew answered, I told him I just received a quote from a dealership on 4 knew tires they said I needed for a state inspection. He was shocked to hear that the dealership said I needed knew tires with only 16,000 miles on my car, so he invited us over to the shop, when meeting with him, he was very cordial and professional. being new to the area this put us at ease immediately, Not only did I not need knew tires but he did the inspection for me and due to my veterans status, there was no charge. thank you Andrew for your professionalism, A note to my fellow Veterans, stop by VIP and shake this mans hand, he will take good care of you.

I cant say enough about Fitz and his team! We were in NH for the 4th of July weekend and my car stopped running....twice! They made sure my car was ready and safe for our trip back to CT and all with smiles on their faces! Would use them anytime we are in the area!

I have a 2012 Jeep Patriot and it gives me sporadic problems every now and then as it has just about 130,000 miles on it and VIP takes care of me every time last minute so I can get me and my family around safely! I recently bought a set of tires aaat VIP because the price was good. While there mechanic inspected the car and told me new rotors and brakes my dealer wanted to replace were fine saving me hundreds in repair costs.A few weeks later I returned when I noticed a shimmy when accelerating. VIP diagnosed it as bad axel. They replaced driver side, but said there road test showed no improvement. They replaced original axel at no cost for any of that work, and ordered one for passenger side. That fixed the problem at minimal cost to me! In addition a tire was damaged getting it on the lift. VIP replaced it free. I could not have asked for more.

Made an appointment online for 4 new tires which was confirmed by 2 emails. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the guy said I was supposed to be there at 3:30, not 5:30. No, email shows 5:30... then he says I dont have that tire in stocks. And then adds I dont even have that size in stocks in any tire. My vehicle isnt an uncommon one, and I closed my shop an hour early so that I could drive there to have this service done. What would they have done if I had arrived at 3:30? Isnt it someones job to check the daily service schedule and make sure those parts are in place? And if they arent, shouldnt someone call the customer so they dont drive an hour one way, only to get sent away with nothing? The guy tried to blame the website... I didnt drive to the website genius! Laconia NH... your customer service sucks!

I stopped in for an unscheduled oil change recently. They opened at 7:30 which was sooner than a nearby competitor and they were able to get me right in. The technician even reset the maintenance reminder, which is tricky. Very friendly people and I would recommend them to anyone.

Expensive they tried to charge me 350 dollars to install spark plugs and wires. 29 bucks apiece for spark plugs! give me a break. you can buy plugs at Oreillys for 9 bucks

Dont get your car fixed here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. I called for a quote on tie rods - all 4. They actually told me it was going to be $1,000 to replace them. A THOUSAND DOLLARS! Thats insane. Tie rods WITH an alignment should cost no more than $400, $500 absolute MAX. Dont let them fool you with their prices. Do some research, contact other services in the area or ask a friend that is knowledgeable about cars if you arent. This place is clearly for people who dont know anything about cars or what it takes to fix them.

My husband took my car here to get an oil change, tires, and an alignment. From my old tires being worn & a belt broken, my car had a horrible shake. They were done in less than an hour. My car has never rode so nice, not even the day we drove it off the lot. The mechanic that had worked on my car, had come out, to thank my husband for his service. Best VIP I’ve ever been too.

Ive gotten my car inspected there a few times and its always been an easy and excellent experience. Theyre always friendly, their waiting area is clean and comfortable with a TV and magazines and they provide free coffee if you want it. I made an appointment online, which is such an easy process, and the inspection took just as long as they said it would. When it was all done they let me know about an outstanding recall Id forgotten about and they worked to find any discounts they could for me. I was all ready to pay for it because I saw the free state inspection promotion had ended. But they looked for me and saw I registered online while it was still going and they honored it.Ill definitely be back!

My wife and I called ahead the day after Thanksgiving to see if they could fit us in, Bam come on up! We had 4 new tires installed and an alignment. My lug nuts had been damaged by a local Ford dealer, They found a set @ competitor and picked them up for us to complete the installation. Above and beyond. Will Definitely be going back in the future ! This is a pic with the old tires which the dealer sold us. Never going back to that dealer again.

Made an appointment, even spoke to the manager. They ordered tires for my car, and when I showed up for my appointment, I was told they sold the tires to another customer.They gave me the option of a different size, but I wanted the tires that were ordered for my scheduled appointment.Not pleased. Went somewhere else that wont sell my tires before I show up.I understand my name wasnt on them and I had no money down, but it was a total waste of my time to show up to only discover they sold the tires to someone else.They could have emailed me or called me.

I recently move here from Maine. I have been a VIP customer for 8 years. Of course moving to a new area we always dread finding a new car place. Dennis made and appointment that worked for me. Jackie was so helpful, helping me feel comfortable in a new VIP. Jackie called the old office to try and find my records-she took the time. I appreciated that very much. My work was done and with good care. And I didnt have to wait long either. Thank-you Dennis and Jackie and the mechanic guy. Wish I had got his name.

I arrived @ 12:15 for a 12:30 inspection sticker appointment. I was taken in right away & I was treated with the utmost of respect. It was my first time at this location & I was very impressed with the operation. The inspection of my vehicle was done in a timely manner. Both the service writer & the mechanic who performed the inspection were both very informative. I plan on returning to this location in the near future to have other services performed on my vehicle.

We have always gone to this VIP, and they have been great to us EVERY time. I went today for an inspection, and the service was no different, EXCEPT I was very surprised that I saw atleast 4 employees not wearing masks. As a Healthcare worker, I was very disappointed especially during this pandemic. That is the ONLY reason I am giving this location a 2 star rating.

The free inspections are just to get you through the door so they can replace everything they can in your car. Paid 650 for basic maintenance I doubt actually need to be done, and definitely wasnt required to pass an inspection.

Im relocating to the area and ran into a problem with a flat tire on Saturday night. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see the store was open all day on Sunday. Everything went perfectly! Online appointment for inspection.It took way too long for a simple inspection; over an hour. They were also at least atleast 15 minutes behind.As expected at a commercial place, they checked everything to see if they could make a few extra bucks. Admittedly I accepted a new air filter, but that somehow added another 15 minutes. I had a 4yo and a sleepy baby. Did not expect to be here this long for a 15/20 minute State Inspection.The staff was very friendly, even with the long wait. I wish they asked for a check up before checking alignment, air filter, etc.They however gave me a coupon for a free oil change if I left a review. That was cool.**Edit** 3-5 starsSecond visit I scheduled the free oil change and alignment. The alignment was well needed... During visit the manager, Dennis, noticed my review was down a star or two and asked if he could discuss improvements. He apologized for initial visits need for improvement and I could tell he really cared about his service. My experience here seemed to truly matter.His sincere and proactive approach impressed me. I gave them straight five stars for their honest apology. I appreciate shops that talk to you straight.

Popped a tire today and showed up 15 minutes before closing (which is conveniently an hour later than some other auto repair shops nearby on a Friday). Dennis and Tyler were quick, professional, friendly, and accommodating. I got excellent service, a fair price, and no nonsense, exactly what you want in a surprise tire purchasing situation. Got a snow tire change over. The manager was very helpful and was also training an employee at the same time. He got me set up in a timely fashion. The tech Sean that did my tires was very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very thorough checking to see if anything was wrong with my car. I will go back to this specific shop for sure.

This was my first visit to VIP for tires and an inspection for my Prius. I was very impressed with the service from Dennis and the Technicians. I especially appreciated seeing exactly what they were working on and recommending by being taken to the car and the computer charts (for the alignment) . Their price was the best in the area, all staff were friendly and the services were completed quickly. I will definitely go back!
