He was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Tire warehouse should be proud to have him as an employee. My family and I have purchased our tires here for years and will continue. Stopped in after work with no appointment, kind of a last minute decision. Was greeted by the manager Travis and explained that I was stopping in last minute and wondering if I could get some tires mounted and balanced. Travis was great and got me right in with no issues at all. 2 young men worked on my vehicle and got my tires installed very quickly! Great job guys! Not please with the tire I purchased. I asked for quiet running tire and the new ones are worse than the tire I replaced. Not happy with them at all.UPDATE: Within a half-hour of posting the above review, I received a call from Tire Warehouse about it. They told me that they wanted to do whats right and the exchanged the tires out for another brand. These tires makes significantly less road noise...very happy with them and the Team at Tire Warehouse...if you need tires with great service, go to Tire Warehouse...cant say enough!!!

I went to the shop where I bought my set of tires 7 months ago and they told me after I had a nail in two of them, that the tires were completely unrepairable and that I would need to buy a new set of tires (mind you, these premium tires were $900). So now the shop was trying to get me again for another $500 for the two tires. I called and spoke with Travis and he said that he could absolutely repair them. 30 minutes later two repaired tires, $500 saved, and a customer for life! Thank you Travis and Tire Warehouse!!

This place is great. Theyre all really friendly and super knowledgeable. Travis was a big help to me as I tracked down an out-of-stock tire, and when it came to the mounting and installation, it could not have been easier. They were ready for me right as I arrived, and everything was professionally done in minutes. Very highly recommended.

Travis & Jon at Tire Warehouse really hooked me up with super fast accurate service over my lunch break. 3 other tire and service places quoted me from 1 day to 3 day turn around on my boat trailer tires. I called for a flat repair and made the appointment for 12. I have been pumping up my tire like every other day and I thought I’d go get a new one. I showed up about a half hour early and they didn’t bat an eye they took my keys and got right to work. Guy comes back with a nail. I guess that was the reason! I waited a little bit. And they said I was all set! And I got the counter he said your all set. I’m all like it’s free??? He said yeah. It was free I didn’t pay a thing! Thank you guys!!

Ive been going to Tire Warehouse for years and theyve always delivered. Every time. Never a bad experience. All the employees work extremely hard and are devoted to making the customers experience as pleasant as possible. Travis, the manager (or as hes known in my family as The Michael Jordan of Customer Service), does everything in his power to make sure that every customer walks out satisfied. At one point, I lived in Wilmot and would make the trek over to Laconia because I know these guys get stuff done.

Flat tire gald an hour before they closed. 2 children in the car with me and we love an hour away from where we got the flat. The owner stayed an hour and a half PAST closing to assure that me and my kids would be all set. Truly went above and beyond for us and we are very thankful. Thank you Al!

Ive been going to Tire Warehouse for years. I always shop around prior to buying tires. Tire Warehouses prices are the best around but its not always about price. Service and product support is their specialty. Yes, Ive had tires that sometimes werent to my liking, but TW has always come across one way or another to meet all my expectations. Highly satisfied with TW.

This was the easiest and more professional opportunity to change out my winter tires for the original tires that came with the Nissan Sentra. The manager was so easy to work with and the crew who did all the tire removals and replacements did it in under 30 minutes compete and clean.All tires were balanced and tested for the exact pressure and the lug nuts were all tighten to the correct tension. All done with smooth and neat team work.i would highly recommend Tire Warehouse to handle all your tire purchases with their great unbeatable prices of top of the line tires. They stand behind their work and were very pleasant to work with by far.

Over all the guy who runs the front counter is amazing at customer service. I will surely keep going there as long as he is there. However this guy Matt that works there is completely disrespectful and surely does not belong in customer service. I clearly heard Matt yelling at another guy that was working on a car. When he noticed I could hear and see what was happening. He told this guy Matt that there was a customer there. Matt then looked at me and turned around and continued being disrespectful to the other employee and very aggressive. Matt walked by be after and asked how I was doing with aggressive tone. Like wow very disrespectful and foul for customers to be subject to him.

Went here for a tire rotation. Was waited on by Travis who was super friendly & professional. I was taken on time & the work was done quickly. I have new tires on right now but when I am ready for tires, an alignment, or any other work that they perform I will be taking my car there for sure! I was told by an unreliable mechanic that I had 4 bad tires. So I called tire warehouse in laconia and made an appointment. When I brought my car in they were quick and professional. They were so nice and friendly. They could have easily taken my tires off and helped me buy 4 new ones. But they pointed out that my tires were in fact completely fine. Ive never met another company so trustworthy like that. They ended up rotating and balancing my tires and gave me an alignment. Ill never go anywhere for my tires again. Ill recommend them to anyone who needs tires!

My mechanic told my girlfriend she had 4 bad tires and needed to be replace asap. We bought them 8,000 miles ago elsewhere and my mechanic mounted them. My mechanic said all the belts where no good.. We showed up late in the day with a flat tire, and even though Tire Warehouse was fully booked up for the day - we had a four hour trip coming up and they were kind enough to fit us in to make sure we were safe on our journey. Mike was incredibly helpful at the front desk, and we were in great hands with Josh and Mary Jo who were able to find a tiny pin hole in our tire and patched it up in a couple of minutes. It’s clear how much they cared about solving the problem for us and went the extra mile, checking the rest of the tires too just in case. Would highly recommend. All at a very fair price too!

Only place I order my 33 inch BFG KO2s....they always match the best price and have really exceptional service. The manager isnt there to sell you whatever and make a buck. They genuinely try and help out the customer to the best of their abilities. Ive had some very expensive highend rims purchased and installed there without issue.

Got tires here with a good price and great service. All the technicians know there stuff. I go here often an have never had a bad experience here. If you go elsewhere you will pay more.

Disappointed that they couldnt complete an alignment on my Porsche Macan, but then again, it is a Porsche. They did not charge me and referred me to Porsche. These folks are just awesome to work with, friendly and efficient.
