Traveling with little ones with car issues, I went to this Meineke and was more than satified. MIKE did everything he could to make sure I was traveling in safe vehicle. Unfortunately my alternator went as I was there. They took care of.as much as they could.for.me.to safely travel home. They identified issues that needed attention complete with photos to.give me.idea of.what needs attention. I got an education for free. The kindness was a bonus. I give 10 stars.

I was happy with the service & the customer service. They try their best to make you happy, which is nice. The only thing Im not happy with is their loaner cars. They always say they want to keep you safe, but their loaner cars wouldnt even pass state inspection. My first loaner car stunk like mildew & was filthy. The second loaner car I got was worse. When I first got into the car I tried adjusting the rear view mirror & it fell off. Then, I tried adjusting the side view mirrors & the power didnt work. It was also filthy & missing the cover to the gas tank. They shouldnt be offering you a loaner car if they are not adequate. That was the only unprofessional problem I had. They have definitely made improvements since its under new management though. I can see the effort they put in, which makes me happy. I am going to keep going here, as most of the other mechanics in my area are rip offs & lie.

As a stay at home mom, my vehicle is an extremely important part of my everyday life. When the I got my transmission lines changed out by my mechanic, that I have been using for years, i thought i was all set. Sadly not. My transmission went, I had no car and the mechanic i was originally using didnt do transmission work. I was desperate to get my transmission fixed, quickly. I called so many places. Meineke was my last call. Mike told me over the phone he could do it for a reasonable price and have the part in by Thursday and Id have my car by that weekend the latest. He then called me back and said he would have the part earlier and Id have my car by Friday. I cried, on the phone. I couldnt believe he could get me in so quick AND get my car back just as quickly. After calling so many places and being told they couldnt take my van for at least two weeks, I jumped at the opening. Im so dang glad I did. I will only ever use Meineke from here on out. The professionalism and kindness Mike showed me at a time where I needed it was what makes this business the right choice. He took care of me and my car. He understood I was having a hard time and wasted no time in helping. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for them. Hands down best mechanic around.

Quick turn around on repairs, a lot of communication, Mike (front office/customer service) was GREAT. Have scheduled service for a second vehicle. Did not feel pressured, bullied, or condescended to in the very least at any time...which has happened way too often at repair shops. Definitely recommend.

Worked with the manufacturer of part installed to get money off because part failed and only 2 yrs old. Very pleasant to work with. One thing to improve on is the mechanic that worked on my car should use gloves when getting inside car. Had grease residue on steering wheel, seat and door.

At meineke they are friendly, efficient and professional! Mike at the front desk was more than patient with my questions about what certain things about my car meant. He was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They take pictures of each area of your car that gets inspected which I found very helpful when they took pictures of my rusting strut so I could see. They then send you a full report including the pictures they take. They tell you what needs immediate action, action soon, and whats good. I found they were very honest and fair which you dont find much at local car shops. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will be back!

I was about to go on a long distance road trip when my car decided it needed an exhaust leak. I called Meineke Saturday morning and told them my situation. They got me in, fixed and out within two hours. They were straightforward and professional, going through all my options. I am extremely happy and grateful for their help and plan on using them again in the future.

Meineke is a scam company. They are the repair shop that acts like a dealership, their company policy is to make sure they find something wrong with your vehicle on every inspection, so that they can fail you and offer to fix it.

Had a very positive experience here. My brakes needed replacing and they were able to show me in person how bad they were, while also texting me annotated photos of my cars parts as proof of the work needing done. I was pricing out brakes for our company vehicle that failed inspection. Meineke came in 300 dollars less than anyone else. The service was done in a very timely manner. They also re-inspected the vehicle at no charge saving me time to not have to go back to the original service center.

My auto had failed inspection due to front brake pads. Offered assistance on getting the job financed, as I wasn’t sure how I would be able to get this done same day. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness extended to me. Fixed my brakes and completed the unsuspecting I didn’t have to go back to the other place. Love this place! If every business, company, and organization had a Paul managing it, then there might be world peace! Sounds like Im kidding, but really - integrity, honesty, and efficiency is what was relayed during our visit and we are now a life time customer. Paul did everything to make sure our car was in top shape (broken calipers), serviced fast, and got us safely back on the road. (Was his name Paul or Mike? Not sure, but the guy with quick wit is who were referring to).

Amazing people. We had been stuck at the Steelle hill resort for a couple days because our vehicle broke down and Mike was great. Took us in right away. Gave us tow and a taxis number and helped our family home. 100/100. We were so stressed but this one call fixed all our issues. Great price too. 10/10 would recommend.

Well lets be honest this is a place that I took my vehicle to for service and I just have to say these guys they do a wonderful job very respectfully and I would always take my car there for anything else needed

This is the first time in my life that an inspection station needed to take my vehicle out for a ride before a vehicle inspection. I arrived at 345 for a 4 oclock appointment wasnt seen until 430 and thats when a tech took my keys walked out to my truck and just drove away?! Not one word was ever mentioned to me that my vehicle would be leaving there property. It took 7 minutes for the tech to return with my truck! This will never be acceptable to me, who is responsible for any damage when the vehicle is out with the tech? They took pictures after returning with my vehicle before the inspection but in my opinion thats a day late and dollar short. Not happy will never return!

Very fast and efficient, I was surprised at how fast they were able to change my brake pads and rotors, and have it done 5 minutes before they closed. Helpful, knowledgeable mechanics that know their business... I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done right and on time...

Overall they did good work although there were 2 things that I wish were better. First off it took way too long. One and one half hours for an oil change. Second, they said that my air filter needed replacement, which I said okay to, then they didn’t have one in stock but never mentioned it and left me sitting there while I waited half an hour for one to come.

I went for simple inspection, they said I needed a right wheel wheel bearing and would cost me about $600. I immediately said no and called another shop, Holley auto in Bristol and was told they can do it for $175! But since don’t have a computer to do inspections can’t do the inspection part. But a $425 difference shows how crooked that location is!!

Appointment made easily and conveniently by phone. Prompt thorough service and good documentation of the work done. Good value and great staff.

Meineke has always been fixing my vehicles as long back as 10 years ago. They have always been considerate and got the work done even without an appointment. They have saved me from missing work and even looked over the car before we went on vacation. We are grateful that they are there to help.

I have had my car serviced at several garages around Laconia. Nobody matches the service at Meineke. I have finally settled on an excellent car repair center. The staff are thorough, detailed, and very knowledgeable. Really appreciate the print out they provide. Theyre the very best in Laconia.

Ive been to Meineke several times over the years, the last few times I have been the service has been great, friendly, fast and professional. Today I brought my car in and needed to wait, I was losing air in one of my tires and I have a long highway commute. I was able to get an appointment right away and be in and out in 30 minutes. Great fast service!

They did a great job replacing all 4 brakes and routers. The price was $400.00 less than what the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me.The only problem at Meineke was they didnt have the right size for my car the day I showed up for my appointment... I thought was odd because I made the appointment 2 days, in advance, to change my brakes and gave the make and model number of my car. I drove 70 miles to Laconia only to have to come back the next day for the service. Im still giving 5 star rating because they made up for it with the quality and price. I would go back again for service.. I used to do my service here few years ago until I temporarily moved out of the area..

There is a reason I will not bring my car anywhere else! I must have ran over a nail or something because my tire suddenly starting losing air very quickly on a hot and sunny Saturday afternoon. I called in a panic hoping they could look at it and they were super busy and hesitant on finding time to look at it, but took me in 10 mins after I called and patched it up right away. I started taking my cars there a few years ago on a recommendation from a friend and I will never take my cars anywhere else. Staff is always super friendly and professional and they never pressure me to do any unnecessary services like other places do.

Came in with worn down wheel bearings, which had caused me to fail by annual inspection. The manager could sense my frustration so he offered me a loaner car since the work was going to take six hours. It was a very welcome gesture. I recommend these guys highly. And they reinspected the truck at the conclusion of the repairs at no extra charge.

Upfront with you not beating around the bush type of people. Will tell you straight up if they are behind and it will be a wait. I would highly recommend going to them for anything!

The good - they could take us in right away when we got stuck nearby while traveling, the service was very friendly and they did their best to get us back on the road as soon as possibleThe bad - the alternator they put it was faulty so we got stuck again a few days later, it cost us 3 days of traveling, and the prices they charged both for the part and for the labor were very high** Follow up on Meinekes comment **I actually already reached out to customer service at the 1-800 number three days ago and told them everything that happened. Was already told that they will escalate it to higher levels. Still waiting to hear back from them.

They are very thorough (for better or for worse). However, they are not perfect m. They missed a few items on the state inspection because I took my vehicle to another place that found a gas leak and a brake line leak.

The day before Thanksgiving. My car needed brakes. I was driving 3 hours the next day. Norm and Tyler not only squeezed me in, but gave me a loaner car. I needed calipers, which drove the price up. They gave me a hefty discount (greatly appreciated as I am self-employed). Norm told me that he didn’t want to hear about me dying in a fiery car crash because he couldn’t fix my brakes. We were greeted very nicely by the counter tech! Work was done neatly and in a reasonable timeframe. Tech suggested that we get an inspection to save time, which was very helpful.

I have now gotten my brakes and part of my front end fixed by these guys! They are great and willing to help you out! They treat you really well and will even give you a ride to your house (if local) if you are leaving your car. Don the owner is super nice and was willing to help me out with a problem that I had that could have effected my safety when driving! I will be bring my car back there from now on :)

I’m new to area and was very picky to who works on my bmw saw the good reviews and decided to go over got there and the front desk personality was very professional they said they could get my car in and get it done with a couple hours full brake job and inspection they kept me in the loop with text and pics of what was going on until the car was done there were no surprises no extra costs very hard to find a car repair place that will treat you car as there own drove home and was very happy with how all the work was performed and the car feels like new I highly recommended to try them out honest repair shop very hard to find

Went in for an overall health check on my vehicle with some specific complaints regarding an exhaust leak and oil pan leak. Not only was the man I spoke to, Josh Crosby, very helpful and explained things in a way I could easily understand, but also did not try to upsell at all. I ended up having my exhaust welded on the spot for very cheap, and with great speed, and will be back shortly to have my oil plan replaced. Car has been quiet since! I will be doing all my business here from now on, and cannot recommend Josh and his team enough. Looking forward to future visits.
