After months of online searching I found a truck at Irwin Ford that was exactly what I was looking for. I reached out online and was able to reserve it for a test drive the next day. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Michelle our sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle and there was no pressure. The price I got for my trade-in was fair. The finance manager was easy to work with and explained everything clearly. I was in and out in less than 3 hours which included the time on the test drive.

This is for my Service Department experience as the sales department was great to deal with when I bought my truck new their. Disappointed, went in for my first service. Made an appointment for 9:30 AM Just basic oil change and tire rotation. Figured since I made an appointment means my trucks going to get worked on an I can wait while it gets done. WRONG....Took forever even though I had an appointment. Had to get my wife to leave work to give me a ride. Lack of communication all day. Had to call several times. No call backs. Was told I was left a message when I wasnt. The whole experience was pretty awful.. Ultimately it took 8 hours to get my truck back for something I could have done in my driveway in 30 minutes without all the inconveniences.. I cant recommend getting a vehicle services here based on my experience.. I wont be going back...Update: Just so others are aware, when you set an appointment on a specific day at a specific time, that is only to drop off your vehicle.. So to be clear you have to schedule a specific time out of your day to drive in an make all the arrangements so they can take your key an service your vehicle whenever they might be able to fit you in that day.. Guess I just had a false expectations that an appointment meant it would be worked on at that time or at least reasonably close to it... Hence the appointment..Guess I was mistaken. Really customer focused practice..

Noticed my 2013 Ford F-150 was leaking coolant so I decided to try Irwin to diagnose and fix the problem. Glad I did. Scheduled an appointment easily online and brought the truck in the night before the service was scheduled. The next morning I received a phone call to tell me my water pump needed to be replaced and unbelievably within 2 hours after that call the truck was fixed. Super fast, done right and I thought the price was very reasonable too. I’ll definitely use Irwin again for future Ford maintenance.

Great service. I had an airbag warning light and they found the issue, ordered parts and fixed it perfectly. Also during an oil change, they found a leaking differential seal and will be fixing that on the next visit. All work covered under warranty and done right.

Was interested in a car from this dealer. Reached out two days in a row, both days showed the same price which stated right under it is the “pricing information for that day.” Submitted all my information regarding my interest and someone reaches out to me with a price estimate of $1000 more than the cost listed on the website. When I inquire why so much higher I get no reply back. I check the website about an hour after they sent the pricing email and they raised the price on their website!!! I have screen shots from this morning that showed 1000$ less before we talked. They claim it was a mistake. How about honoring it if it’s a mistake published on your website for over two full days. Talk about click and bait to get my information. Will never purchase from this dealer. Unethical sales tactics. Classic car sales😒

First and foremost we experienced no pressure to buy the car, no pressure to take their offer on our trade, and no pressure during the closing process to buy additional things. Ive been purchasing vehicles from Irwins for approx. 10 years. I recently went in to trade my vehicle for a new one. The sales manager was a joke, Spoke to me like I was a teenager trying to buy my first car. They also stated that they are selling vehicles 2000 dollars over msrp because of the supply shortage, sounds like price gouging to me, also the price on the website does not match the price they are selling for, add 2000 buck. Irwins claims that they will match any dealer price, wrong, lye. Dont ever buy a car from this place, go to Plymouth ford where you will be treated with respect.

Although the appointment took slightly longer than expected due to mechanics’ lunch break period, Joe O’Donnell, the Assistant Service Manager was great; very friendly, informative and nice to deal with. He is an excellent employee and good ambassador of the Irwin brand. The waiting area was fine for social distancing although it would had been nice if like some other dealerships I go to there had been some small water bottles or maybe energy bars while waiting. All in all an excellent experience because of Joe and I will be back in the spring for the air filter that Parts didn’t have in stock for my 2014 Mustang. - Bill Woodfin

Everyone was nice and that’s about it. It all started with the financing. I said I was pre-approved with service credit union but was told it was way easier to go through the dealer. I told the sales manager and my salesman that I wanted SCU. After a few days I was told I was approved with Bank of America. I got an alert that I had a credit pulled by Bank of America. I said I didn’t want them I wanted SCU. I then got another alert for a different bank, not SCU. Thank you for the two hits on my credit for banks I didn’t want. I ended up just going with Bank of America who I just closed all my accounts out with a few months ago. After waiting two weeks for my truck, I made an appointment to pick it up and was juggled around but I will say the salesmen helped the best he could. It took way longer than it should have for the amount of stuff I did ahead of time. Well, after spending 55k on a truck that was certified I hopped in to find it at a little above a half tank of fuel. I then, was PULLED OVER on my way home for a headlight out. Not only is this a certified check but a state inspection check...I spent the next day taking my grill and headlights out to replace a bulb. The bulb was unplugged and filled with junk. The salesmen offered for the dealer to fix it. Surely I am not about to drive another hour and a half each way to get a headlight fixed. After looking under the hood during my headlight fix, my coolant was also well below the fill line. I had to add another gallon of coolant. This was on the certified sheet that it was filled. I would never recommend this dealer and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. I have no idea how they have the ratings they do.

Took my Ford f 250nin for a possibility of a head gasket was gone but was not sure well talked to the service manager and I told him I wanted the worse case senerio not what whatbibwas hopeing of course but he assured me what ever it was it would be fixed would just depend on what thay found once in there well luckly that was what it was and did did a couple other things for me that I needed done faster than I expected thank you irwins for.give my lady back safe and sound.

I dont live in NH but got a flat tire and needed help. I brought my Explorer to them last minute and they were able to look it over to see what they could do. Even though they couldnt do anything that worked for my schedule to leave the state, they at least moved the tire from the front to the back and didnt even charge for their time. They were VERY friendly and as helpful as they could be for my situation and I appreciated it.

I had a good experience with Mark Chertok. The entire process was done online without once going in to the showroom until the day I picked up my new truck. Mark was very patient and helpful as I many questions as I could not physically come in to shop. On the day I came in Mark was waiting at the door for me. My truck was washed and cleaned inside and with a full tank of gas. After I completed all the paperwork Mark went over some of the important features of the truck. Overall Mark Chertok provided great customer service.

Irwin service got me in and diagnosed my problem quickly, communicated often and very well, and everything in the process was professional and courteous. I was surprised to see that the extra services I requested (oil change, cabin filter, etc.) were significanly less expensive than what Ive been paying. I was stranded away from home so they had great, friendly drivers shuttled me home from the drop off and then back for the pick up. All-in-all, for a situation that could have been negative and stressful, they made it painless and as enjoyable as it could be. Thanks Irwin!

Went in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Was told the car needed $1000.00 in repairs to pass. Took it to my mechanic(Pro Image in Manchester) and found no repair was necessary to pass inspection.

Highly RECOMMEND & would like to personally thank Hollis McMullen for his concise explaination of what was done & did give me more info on FordPass of which I was still confused! The staff were all polite and helpful, and best of all, didnt try to push me on anything I wasnt interested in.
