I needed someone to put my tire on the rim because I had a blowout. (The guy that sold me a used tire with a plug already in it for $40 didnt even put it on for me). So a friend gave me Mikes name. I messaged him late figuring i wouldnt get a response that late, but he answered, I told him what happened, he told me to bring it right over and he put it on the rim and balanced it! He took his time doing it and was dedicated to his work. I know I will definitely 👍 go back there for work on my vehicle! I highly recommend him, you wont be disappointed!JodiNH

I’m going to try to make this short and sweet as best and I can.I’ve used Gad Garage a couple times previously...I’m a huge fan of in home mechanics, as I was raised around a few...always quality, honest service... but today was something else.On 5/11 my apartment was condemned after sitting in sewage for 10 days, landlord refusing to fix it. She paid for only three nights at a hotel and then proceeded to lock the doors and throw all our belongings on the front porch, leaving me and my two children homeless. Currently in the middle of a court battle... I’m like 3,000 miles over due for an oil change, my air filter was about as black as my landlords soul and 6 months ago my car started making an unidentified noise so it was time to have that checked out.To make a long story short an “oil change” turned into me needing a balljoint pretty desperately. So much so, that Grady came out and said he couldn’t in good consciousness let me to continue to drive my car especially with my two small sons... so he was ordering the part and going to install it. I explained what was happening with our home situation and told him I had really only planed for an oil change and anything else I’d have to knock off the list every Friday after pay day. I could give you the 100$ I have, because I get paid tomorrow, so I can come pay the rest then but he said he didn’t want to leave me flat broke either.On top of the ball joint, the front tires I had mounted not even three months ago were toast. I was really starting to worry about how I was going to afford all this, even at a later date.He happened to look out back and had two used just my size, so he threw those on as well.Once he finished up the oil change, air filter, two front tires and ball joint I put the kids in their car seats and went to go hand him my 100$ bill and he said to me “you can just go ahead and pay me when you’re in a better place... or just pass it on and pay it forward. I don’t get to pay it forward nearly as much as I wish I could, but I had the tires and the cost of the parts wasn’t much so it’s not a big deal. I’ve been through rough times and I know it’s hard.”Today was so much more than an oil change... Grady was an angel and his random act of kindness was exactly what I needed and more. For the last two weeks I have been turned down by almost everyone, including the courts and I cannot even express how much I needed that little bit of light at the end of this dark miserable tunnel.Gas garage has always been good to me but today was really above and beyond and I’ll be forever grateful. I’ll send everyone I know there for life.Thanks again
