I bought my 2015 Hylander from Irwin Toyota in March 2015 and have had them perform all service. They have an excellent Service department and always get you in out in a very timely manner.. Because of the excellent service I get there I will, be buying my next auto there.

Rare place; an auto service center that goes way beyond in their customer service….. always. Bill is pretty unbelievable.

They performed an inspection today. It was done very quickly. Even though I could go to a service provider closer to home, I like coming here for the prompt, professional service.

I was very excited that he had a coupon that he was able to apply to my bill so it ended up not being as expensive as I thought! That’s always a nice surprise upon checkout! Didnt realize it was in a totally separate building. So I was a bit late for my appointment, but they took me right in, changed oil, rotated tires, checked out the car overall...done in 25 minutes total! Very nice fella on the desk handling paperwork and super efficient staff. Ill be going back there!

A flat tire is always inconvenient but when it happens on a busy, bustling family gathering weekend it is even more so. When I contacted Bill Salta late on a Saturday morning, I was not expecting to have the use of my car til Monday. But Bill had me bring it right in and within a couple of hours I had a replacement tire fully balanced and a car ready to go. Since QuickLane opened, I and my whole family have relied on Bill Salta and his excellent team for all our car maintenance and repairs. We have never been disappointed. Made an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation - both free because its a new car and still covered by the Toyota free service that was included in the purchase. They rotated the tires but failed to do the oil change. {?} I had to make a separate appointment for that. Not pleased that I have to go back there.

Good thorough work

I was really impressed by the service provided and especially Bill Salta who did a visual inspection of my tires (that I had been told a couple of months ago that at least one should be replaced). He determined that there was sufficient tread on all tires and they were all weather tires and would’ve need to be replaced until Spring...wow!! Someone who wasn’t trying to make a buck at the expense of a customer.

Perfect in every way! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They told me it would take about an hour and it was ready in just under that time. Couldnt ask for better service.

We purchased our new car (my first vehicle) in November of last year. We loved the friendly, welcoming experience then, and have had nothing but good interactions since. We ran into brake issues only a month and a half after purchasing our car, contacted the person we bought it from, and he had us come in and they took care of it all, no charge to us. We just got out first complimentary oil change done, and again, nothing but good things to say about that experience. my only complain is that the toys in the kids room werent very clean, we ended up cleaning them when we were there.

Prompt and friendly service.

I went to Quick Lane for a NH inspection. In order to pass, all I needed was a sway bar link replacement. After examining the failed link, I noticed it was fully intact but slightly loose when given a firm shake.After bringing this to their attention, they said it failed under the clause of the NH inspection standards which state:“A vehicle shall be rejected if a steering or suspension component or any connecting part does not at least meet the vehicle manufacturers specifications”I agree that this is an incredibly vague clause, but to me it seems like a way to get more money out of an inspection. I doubt they are familiar with every car manufacturers specs, and it would be very easy to fail just about any worn component under that clause.Long story short, get an inspection from someone you trust, otherwise you could end up paying for a part you don’t really need.

An inspection is a routine thing but Covid could upset even that. Fortunately Irwin / Quick Lane are organized and ready to take care of auto needs. My inspection went smoothly and successfully. Nice work.

Always good prices, and I shop for the lowest. We had our winter tires taken off and our all season ones put back on. They said one of the all seasons had an issue, and since they took them off last fall they took full responsibility and put a brand new one on. They told me this AFTER the car was ready. Very honest and trustworthy. They easily could have said it needed a new tire and I would have paid being none the wiser.

We always work with Bill Salta at the Quicklane and his service is excellent. He goes above and beyond to make sure we understand what needs to be done, how long it will take, and what the result of the service is when done. We will always go to him for future service.

If you you buy it lease a car/truck from Irwin, make sure you use the free oil changes in a year. I dont drive that much on my lease and only got one free oil change and then got taken for a ride after a year. If I was going to pay for an oil change, could have got a better deal any other place. Will not be leasing again from Irwin.
