Dont use this pharmacy, and like its employees its a dud. Not gonna get into some long story but if your in pain and need medication dont expect to get it within a reasonable time frame, use this place if you wanna camp out in the parking lot. Good luck friends.

They get your prescriptions out to you as fast as they can. Ive never had to wait longer than 25 minutes after dropping off a prescription.

Covid Sample collection bin was full, direction’s said to store samples at room temp. It was a good 95 degrees outside and all the samples were in a metal box.Still don’t have my results. Wondering if I’ll ever get them. I’ll probably have to get tested again some where else. The bin wasn’t secure or monitored.I usually would steer clear of a Walmart anything.. but I legit thought Quest diagnostics would hold them to some sort of standard . I was wrong.

Show up to pick my medication up at 1:30, turns out they’re going to go on lunch until 4 o’clock, no posting of this anywhere on their kiosk, or doors, or website; and who the needs a 3 1/2 hour lunch?

I used this pharmacy for 3 months thinking it would be a convenient place to stop on my way home from work. It was the worst pharmacy Ive ever seen. Im on very important meds that I HAVE to take everyday. They very rarely would have my full prescriptions in stock. And sometimes I would have to go without cause they would give me a partial prescription and bill my insurance for the full scripts so when I would go to pick up the rest of my prescription my insurance wouldnt cover it. And they messed up SO much stuff. I would have to call a week early before I needed my meds just so I could sort out their mess and actually have a chance at getting my meds on time. It was a nightmare and VERY stressful. DONT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Walmart is always the best place to go for prescriptions. Co pays are always the lowest, always have what you need. Love the drive through. I support Walmart because Walmart supports the little man.

I guess they close from 1:30 to 2 for lunch. No signs said that so that was irritating. When they came back at 2:03 they said itll be one minute they just got back. At 2:11 they answered the call in the drive through and I asked If they need anything else she said one second I just got back from lunch. Then they called the person next to me helped them for the next 5 minutes ignoring my one question. When I walked in they told me they tried to call me back and no one was there.... like 6 or 7 minutes after she said one second. All they needed was an ID, I had to go in to find that out.

Staff was incredibly kind, informative, and competent in handling a lot of customers. The pharmacist was even more so. She was poised, well spoken, and as genuine as a person can be.

This pharmacy is busy, which is to be expected. Walmart offers very competitive prices on prescription medications. The wait for a prescription is often times more than one or two hours, if not the next day. This is not the reason for the two star rating. Im a fairly patient person. Customer service here is TERRIBLE with the exception of one technician and the young, dark haired pharmacist.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Customer service at this Walmart pharmacy is the worst Ive ever experienced. Every time I have called I am talked to in a very rude, exasperated, annoyed tone. Ive been put on hold without any warning and practically talked to like a parent would when theyre very angry with a pre-teen child; calling in a prescription is a nightmare.Each time I have called they have been unable to find my profile due to a clerical error on their part. Each new technician gets irritated and takes their frustration out on the phone. I hate calling or dealing with this Walmart.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The pros:There has been one technician that was extremely nice to me. When I had a lapse in my insurance she walked me through going online to find a discount coupon that saved me hundreds (literally) on my medication and quoted several prices for partial fills to get me by until my insurance kicked in. This is the only reason for the two stars. This coupon code can be found online and used at almost any pharmacy, though. They have $4 generic medications and as long as they are on the list (which is a fairly long list of common medications) you can save hundreds on your prescriptions. This is also offered at other pharmacies such as Fred Meyer and Walgreens.Unfortunately, this pharmacy is convenient due to its location, I just try to be in an extra patient mood whenever I call or pick up my prescriptions.

One star. Because they are consistent. Consistently terrible. In fact SO BAD that when we went to pick up my daughters prescription today that her dr accidentally sent back there I made a joke saying I wonder what the problem will be this time. Because let’s face it, there has never not been a problem at this location.We get up to the window and she says oh, we don’t have this medication and we won’t until Monday. Oh! Ok so you couldn’t call me YESTERDAY any time after 10am when it was sent to you to tell me that my infant daughters very important medication is not in stock and I may need to go somewhere else. That was fantastic, superb customer service!Save your time and sanity and just take your prescriptions to Costco this place is a joke.

This review isnt specifically about the Lacey Pharmacy so much as it is an employee that works there. Joline, is absolutely AMAZING. She has bent over backwards a few different times to make things right for me- something I dont typically get when at Walmart. She goes out of her way to make sure that I am able to get what I need, for the best price available. She has helped verify and refund money when my health insurance kicked in- she helped me save a few dollars on a prescription my insurance wouldnt cover the remainder of. She also helped me today- get a refund after health insurance wasnt verified and I was charged for my prescriptions again. You should be very proud to have someone as Joline on your team- I look for her every time I go in!

They close at (lets say) 7pm. You can bet your butt they WILL BE closed, lights off, GONE at 7pm. If you arrive at 6:45 you will get even worse customer service!!! Which is incredible because I thought their lunchtime attitude was as bad as it could possibly get!!!Oh, as for lunch.... We are closed from 1-2pm for lunch?!?! Haha!! Then why were you still closed at 2:20 yesterday??!!!BEST PART!!! They gave me the wrong prescription twice!!!!!! Good job!!! I had to have my doctor call both times to have the situation fixed because the pill they gave me sent my BP to an unhealthy level and caused me to go into arrhythmia!!! Brilliant!It would be different if it were 1 thing but it seems like every aspect of this pharmacy needs overhauled!!! Absolutely disgusted!!

Ive never had so many issues with a Walmart pharmacy as I just experienced from this one. I had them transfer a prescription from another Walmart because my prescription was not able to fill till the next day, and I was going to be at work, I waited on the phone to make sure everything was good. She said yes it will be ready by 10am. I call at 9:10am the morning it was supposed to be ready, she tells me it will be ready by 10 am.. I take time off from work to go pick it up. I get there and they tell me I have no refills left. And theres no prescription.. made absolutely no sense seeing as I talked to them 2 times about it.. I had to go back to work.. I call back an hour later to see if they figured it out yet.. they told me yes so I go back. Im next in line to go up to the counter and the lady to the left said I can help you, so I walk over and tell her my name and she says Im not the pick up window thats the line you were standing in.. I look at the line I was just in. Its got 10 people in it. I Asked her why you said I could help you if you cant whenI was in the right spot and you just told me you could help me, now I have to stand back in line and wait another 30 minutes... Never ever have I had these problems with any other pharmacy. Ill stick to the tumwater Walmart.. I suggest every one else does to.. Walmart pharmacy in hawks prairie wasted alot of my time.

The employees are really nice. Even though I have also waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before someone knew I was there, I have also seen the other side of things where customers are getting upset with the employees for no specific reason, probably because theyre sick, or in pain, or frustrated with the wait. I have been sick and in pain before and I know how hard it is to NOT take it out on everyone around you. Considering the amount of customers that are mean to the employees, I have much respect for the employees, they have to put up with a lot. So yes, it might take forever to get your prescription sometimes but that just might be because the person in front of you is asking a million questions about their medicine, which in turn holds the line up. However, one of the employees said that she has a hard time hearing so sometimes I have to yell my personal information and I would really prefer not to have everyone know what prescritption Im getting, or my birthdate, or phone number, and address. So, maybe employees that have a hard time hearing shouldnt be working the front. That would be my only suggestion. Other than that, the employees are working really hard to satisfy everyone and it doesnt seem like an easy task.😕

If I could do negative stars I would. Seriously speak to people as if they were your boss. It makes no sense to me to speak to patients I’m such a disrespectful, inconsiderate manner. No empathy what so ever. Highly disappointed and I will NEVER fill my prescriptions here again.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no respose whatsoever..... went in the store and waited 25 minutes for the people (4) behind the counter to get one perscription.... 2 days after they lost it...
