Awesome service from staff. Friendly as hell and funny, transactions do not feel...awkward as usual for someone like me. I wish I remembered my cashiers name to give him a little shout out, he was super efficient. If I see him again next time, I will absolutely get his name! Keep up the hard work, Target employees!

Great Target! Clean, accessible and some great employees. However so many things sell out here! I think they could keep certain things in stock more and would appreciate more sales on clothing.

This guy (I think his name is Xavier), is a work horse. I don’t know what they are paying him but give that man a raise. He was moving non stop and trying to help everyone he could. Very good employee

I went to Target to find some odd size frames for a digital picture collage I had made. It seems that most things are best bought online or on Amazon. There was not much of a selection and they were more expensive. I did like being able to see and feel them.

Normal Target, lots of cool stuff for more then youd pay in most other places. Most of their stuff is better quality however.

Very nice. Well laid out. Great, polite employees. One even gave me a big hug when he recognized me. I find that when I can’t find a non-food item I am looking for at Fred Meyer when grocery shopping, I can always find it at Target nearby it. They almost always seem to have what I am looking for and on rate occasions they didn’t, they have directed me to stores nearby, like the right shoes I am looking for.

I had good in-store experiences here before the pandemic, and Ive had good, fast pickup experiences here ever since. Generally good item availability too.

Based on my experience here, store was clean and organized. Enough cashiers and no long, lingering lines. Customer service was fine. No issues presented here.

Needed some school supplies 🎒 and a birthday present 🎁. Love that I can one stop shop!

I always feel comfortable going into the store. I also like the selection of items available.

Clean and well organized store. A lot of employees if you need help. A wide variety of everything you expect at target. Cashier was friendly. Bathroom was clean. Big parking lot with a lot of spaces allotted for handicap parking. Several cart returns for convenience. There is a snack bar and a Starbucks inside the store.

I’ve been to three other stores today to include Lowe’s and even before driving to Lowe’s I called and they said they had snow shovels in which they did not!, I called Target and the sweetest woman in customer service looked and said they had them in and even where they were located at in the store. I drove as fast as I could and I was so extremely happy that y’all had some!, then I checked out and there were so many long lines but a man that worked there told me to go to this other very short line and I checked out with Erin. She was SO nice and happy and honestly her personality just made me in such a better mood. I wish more stores had employees like this, her light was also off and she wasn’t rushing me or anything. She was wonderful and I’m so glad I was in her line. I don’t know her last name but I will add my receipt so you know if Target is reading this by chance!!

You guys Rock and if I ever have a problem...it is solved asap. I wish I could tip the Target associates who bring out my purchases.

Busy store but our cashier was a nice British woman who had a wonderful attitude.

I ordered 2 bottles of facial foundation for pick up. I was charged fifty cents for the bag!!! I understand the county taxation forcing businesses to use paper bags but every other store uses small bags for small items at no cost and when they must use large bags, the charge is eight cents, not fifty!!!

Great and affordable prices for childrens clothings

Ease of shopping with great variety, deals, and a rewards program. I have shipped in store, online did in store pickup and curbside. Curbside pickup is my favorite method of pickup as a mom with two kids, one of which is in diapers, its super convenient to not have to take them both out of the car and make sure theyre not touching things in the store etc. The employees have always been courteous and Ive never had any issues so far.

I give one star because you cant give zero. Targets CEO said the chain will welcome MEN in the Womens Bathroom. Apparently, there have been incidents in the dressing rooms as well. So, is THIS the environment you want when youre shopping? Not me.

Clean store, good product, nice staff

Yesterday we had a great experience using the curbside pickup at Target for the first time, it was so fast and simple! The worker was prompt and handled our order with care. We were happy to partake in the Black Friday sales and get a wonderful deal on a Keurig coffeemaker. We were impressed with the how exceptional the service is at this location and how the store is well stocked, clean, and organized. In contrast to the Target by Capital mall in Olympia they’re doing a much better job here at the Lacey location and we had no complaints. We were pleased with how clean everything is and how associates are handling customer’s safety. Also they had a great selection of new winter clothing and home decor styles I was hoping to find. We had no complaints other than the electronics department was a bit bare compared to the other location. I’d presume the shelves may have been clear on a couple of aisles to make room for new tech products and the sales ongoing through November though.

Always an easy and convenient place to stop for clothing, toiletries, home good items, and food. I enjoy the seasonal goods they sell. They always have a good selection of seasonal items!

I was returning something at this store. Being from out of town can be nerve-racking when you return something, however that was not the case at this store. Dillon in returns helped me and he made the process stress free. Dillon has a terrific personality and his stellar customer service should be acknowledged by management!!!! Thanks!!

It is a corporation, so Im going to assume this happens at all targets. I hate self checkout. I dont mind it being an option but if you shop too early, it is the only choice you have. It annoys me and I cant stand it. Hiring one more person to man the register wont break your bank.

I dont come here often especially with my little one, but the staff are amazing. They are very friendly, fast and in point when it comes to any needs. The last few trips Ive bring using the Curbside Pickup, and its been amazing. The app definitely makes it easy, and the staff make it that much better. Ill probably be using it more often in the future. Keep up the good work!

Management has to do better. People are allowed to walk around mask-less or with masks on their chins during a pandemic. Walmart has better mask monitoring than this Target. It is exhausting arguing with people in a store who don’t want to wear masks. Store policy should be no mask, no purchase! Don’t want to wear a mask, shop from home. Period. I’ll be shopping elsewhere until Target gets it together.

This is one of the nicer and cleanest Targets I have been to in Washington. The restroom is in complete disrepair though. The toilet paper dispensers are rusty and the toilet handles leak.

Ease of pickup. Reps were waiting outside. No need to enter store. No lines, which was really great. However, the bathrooms were not in a condition I would have liked.

Helpful employees helped me search for a specific item at the other Target locations in the region and had the employee put it on hold for me.They have a perfect selection every time. Best clothing and home good options!

Love target! Its a one stop shop, everything you need is at Target. I do wish they would expand the food items and the toddler clothing and shoes. And craft items. Overall, Target is my favorite store and I shop there all the time. Especially during the holidays, the have the best Christmas items. The dollar spot is the best, I always find fun stuff for my self, friends or my kid at the dollar spot.

Olympia Target Hrs: Mon-Thurs 7-10; Fri-Sat 7-11; Sun 7-10I like Target a lot. They seem to always have what I need. I use their cartwheel apt and scan barcodes on items to see if any manufacturers coupons are available then pair it with my target card to receive an additional 5% off my purchases. Wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking.

I love the style of the clothes and the decor, plus it has food, housewares and beauty.

Did not have to bring 6 kids in store to pick up some necessities and also was able to get 1 or 2 things for fun.

The people here are super nice. Taught me about the app, checks for stuff in back instead of saying “idk”, always has what I’m looking for, High turnover of merchandise, new things every week pretty much.

I am hard of hearing and wearing masks makes it impossible to hear or read lips. I make sure I tell the customer service person this and they are very accommodating by either lowering their mask so i can hear and read their lips or they will write down what needs to be said. I am more than happy with target employees. I do not get the same treatment at other stores.

Employees are helpful and nice. I had a return with receipt that wouldnt return for some reason but the customer service employee kept trying and when it wouldnt she returned it thru my license. I thought it was nice that she just didnt give up. Its so nice to see employees who want to help customers. Thank you!

I absolutely hate that the Lacey Target does not have updated bathrooms.This is the main reason why I and a lot people avoid this Target unless absolutely necessary. They do not have automatic soap/paper towel dispensers or automatic faucets. My main issue is that they dont have toilet seat covers. Their paper towel dispensers get jammed so easily that most of the time I just have to wipe my hands on my clothing. Also, some genius decided to put the soap dispensers directly behind the faucets.So when the water is on its very difficult to get soap out of the dispenser.I have not been to Target at all in the last few months because of Covid 19 but mainly because of their bathrooms. We are living in an automatic world and it would be nice if they caught up.

Is not actually enforcing their mask policy. When I asked a worker why over half the customers were not following the policy posted on the front door the reply was, well we dont want to discourage people from shopping here. So the health of your customers isnt worth your bottom line being disturbed?

I just wanted to know if they carry stove elements. Mine broke. I had to sit through 3 minutes of phone menu to get to someone to answer if they carry them.

Super fast on turn around time.

It is quite cluttered in the cashier area and that needs improvement. People with carts are heading into the back areas of the store and others are coming to check out. With the displays in the middle of the aisle it makes it difficult to get though and sometimes impossible. Because I love the deals, I put up with it. However, a company of this size and magnitude really could design the area better.

I wanted to share this as I believe its worth sharing, Lizzy in the womens apparel was very knowledgeable about her department she was very helpful and most willing to find what I needed koodos to a fine employee of target .

Target is one of the best stores. They always have unique products. Staff has always been decent. I understand a grumpy cashier. Ive worked retail and its difficult. So I feel for one who is. But even the grumpy one was still extremely helpful and sweet.

I like this Target, there is always a great selection of product. Its a large store so they offer a ton of variety. New health and beauty updated section is impressive. Decent prices but learning the joy of coupon offerings with app. Super appreciate the complimentary baby registry welcome bag that had lots of coupons too! Staff is helpful and friendly. Only think I could recommend is a cleaner, updated, and better stocked bathroom. No toilet liners and one paper towel machine was out.

No customer service at all, cashiers standing around. No enforcement of masks even though signs were posted. Was stated at by employees while carrying stuff with my hands full yet no one offered to help. Get home and realized the two bedspreads I bought where damaged one has dried blood on it and the other is stained with god knows what. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund. I highly suggest that everyone avoid this location until they hire new staff and train them on how to properly serve their customer. In a time when everyone is cautious about contamination, better quality control needs to be established and executed. I left without half the items on my list and should have left with nothing.

Product quality and price. Easy in, easy out (checkout + parking). Very easy to get around in the store - the aisles are not crowded like so many other stores. The Target staff who helped me knew what they were doing; I am efficient and I appreciate well-trained staff who are too.

Great target!Coming from California I’m use to crowded and messy stores with lazy or rude staff.This target is always well stocked, clean and organized.Staff is polite, friendly and consistently say hello or ask if you need assistance.As far as bargain deals on items go they are slim pickings here. But overall a great store and will continue shopping here until I leave the area.

There were no prices near the display items (coffee pots and small electronics). To get the price, it was necessary to locate the boxed item below and find the price on the shelf near it. I dont know, maybe I could have downloaded the Target App and scanned the bar code to get the price, but really, should I have to do all of this just to find out what you are charging?

Went in to buy some magic cards and price match. The CS rep went out of her way not to help with one of the items saying it was out of stock when I could clearly show her it was in stock and shipped and sold by amazon. The two reps went behind the return partition, spoke to each other and then told me they technically they really arent allowed to price match trading cards. Are you serious? Thats a lie. They just didnt want to price match over 20 for both items. We put them back and just went to a local business Gabis preferring our money to go to a small business if we were going to be paying more. And guess what it was 8 dollars cheaper an item there than target! Great deals and great customers service there!Definitely not going to be stopping by target for awhile and will not be using that target credit card Ive had for years.

One of the best targets I’ve been to in WA. The staff were so willing to help in every section I went to. The store was very clean and they even had display tables. Obviously I’m not from Lacey but it was very nice.

Generally Target provides good products for good prices. However today the store in Lacey, WA had a strong chemical smell which made my eyes water and my nose run immediately as I walked in.

I bought a stroller online, they Guaranteed delivery on the 25th now I’m waiting until the 27th cause FedEx is not open until Monday. Never buy online because target lies about delivery date just to make a sale. Use amazon I’ve never been let down

Usually have fair prices and good selection. Clothing is a bit too much for a non department store. Nothing for an older shopper.

Mask policy was not being enforced despite a state wide mandate. Super disappointed to see this during the pandemic, I will be taking my business to companies requiring mask wearing to keep people safe.

Target has great style & prices. I can find just about anything there & even get my groceries while Im there. Plus, theres a Starbucks to grab a coffee while you shop. My kids love the plentiful toy aisles, too.

All i can say is if you buy anything that has a disc to it wether it game or video make sure before you leave store the disc is inside. Bought an xbox game from them and i pretty much paid 65 bucks for a empty case. Went back explained to store manager and he refused to give me the game that i purchased...it was only until i threatened to call the cops and have him charged with theft that he gave me the game that i paid for. Just be for warned they may sell you cases with no discs inside and then try to screw you over. If this is how a business going to treat its customers then i will gladly take my business elsewhere you arent the only store in lacey

I am so impressed with the service at this Target. My husband and I made a late night stop here, and I’ve got to say we encountered some pretty nasty customers at the check out line. They were treating the employee’s horribly, however the Target employee’s handled both situations with grace & with a smile. I wish I would’ve gotten the employee’s names to directly praise them!

Had a prepaid Visa card and it was digtial .Drove to Olympia to use it,Went shopping for food got too the check stand unloaded the cart in self check-out.This took about 1 hr of shopping and 30 min in check-out about 300 dollars of groceries .Enterered name and number of gift card would not accept gift card, on duty supervisor came of tried 3 times and said huh,He asked for different payment soBy now I am mad and very tired of the whole thing so I said no card no pay and walked out.Went on line and all you could buy was junk food.So no more target stores.
