People dont like the fees people dont like to do is I do I like the fact that I have a membership there that theyre never out of stock and that they always have the main things I need. I dont mind the annual fee I have an executive card that if I pay for enough groceries pays for itself on the annual re-up I recommend this place simply because its a place that is doing exactly what it says its supposed to do during this covid you sign up for this you remember of this you volunteered for the them checking your receipts and any covid stuff these other stores that all ask the same thing they dont take a membership from you but they still ask you to do the same things that you legally agree to with Costco at least Costco does it right

The store is great. 5 stars. The mobile service made my wife cry because the guy was being creepy and not helpful. We spent 2 hours to buy phones they didnt have in stock and had to return it. Their cellular center is horrible...

Costco has empty shelves! Now they are out of what I go there to buy consistently!!! Its a waste of gas ! Gas is now very expensive!! Why am I paying for a Costco membership, when they dont keep there shelves stocked!! I will be getting the money back for the membership that I havent been able to use, as stated you can do in there customer service logs! Not saying Im staying away forever, just for now! Im not just going to be giving my hard earned money to Costco for a membership I cannot use to buy items that are not in there stores!

Great Costco!Come here every two weeks or so.Employees are hard workers and extremely respectful.Place is organized and clean.If you don’t have a Costco membership get one.The snack bar and gas prices alone are easily worth the money.Beware the rush on weekends though! This place turns into a Zoo.

They had plenty of what I was looking for. Good price on water and their chicken and rice dog food is very highly rated for your dog. They now have inflatable paddle boards and non inflatable paddle boards. Always a decent selection of outdoor stuff for the summer. Tents, hiking sticks, life jackets, sunglasses, outdoor furniture ext. There was a hammock chair that looked amazing. Over all good place

Used to love going to Costco, but they are just way too crowded. I no longer enjoying browsing every aisle. My checking account is better off I guess.

Everything was decent in order just like every other costco. Deals were had to be found. Not everything is a deal though, you must be careful. Sometimes you just dont need 100 rolls of toilet paper!

Convenient location after Tacoma but before Olympia. This location includes a gas station southeast of the entrance. Typical offerings, though it also sold pallets of paving grade flagstone, which I havent seen at a Costco before.

I have to write a new review. My last one was 5 star as well but today reminded me why this is my favorite Costco of all on this side of the state. Today I went in and saw that the AC unit I bought 33 days ago was on sale. I went to the front desk and spoke to a woman named Laura. She was amazing she walked me how to on my app, because I had purchased the unit online, to request a price adjustment. Because I was a few days past the 30 window though she said calling would be best and instead of sending me on my way with a phone number, SHE called from the store for me. She sat on the phone for about 15-20 with corporate with no complaint even though she was on hold for most of it. She got it settled for me and they gave me the credit and her joy in the result was equal to mine! I am a loyal long term Costco member and grew up with my parents being so and was on their family plan until I realized my purchases were worth me having my own account and, because of employees like her and the person she was on the phone with, as well as so many other reasons, I will be hanging tight to my membership as long as Costco exists!

I swear only at Costco can you find a 1 gallon jug that keeps water cold for 5 days! Why 5 days?! It can also double as a weight to lift once filled.Most items were fully stocked except peanut butter was low on Skippy and Jiff. Tons left if you like Adams though. Perhaps being stocked up by parents who will have school aged kids home doing distance learning for most if not all of the year?Saw quite a few of the lets let our nose out of our mask crowd but hey on the mouth is better than nothing. I just let them do their thing while I did mine.Tuesday must be some special day Im not aware of, because whenever I go its always busy. Lines went fast though!

Horrible experience purchasing a $3500 77 Sony A80J.It failed to deliver twice. The first time, they arrived 2 hours early. The second time, they failed to pick up the TV from the warehouse, somehow its not on their schedule?! The third time is the worst, they delivered the TV but it comes with a cracked screen, wouldnt even power on.I took 3 days off work total, from Wednesday to today - Friday and still no TV for the weekend and probably for another whole week. One of the worst online purchases from any company I ever had, period. Mostly has to do with the delivery service.This is unacceptable. I would be very wary from ever order anything online again. Especially large appliances. Just so frustrating.

Clean store and friendly staff. I wish things were labeled a bit more clearly. I usually end up going back and forth the whole store because Im still getting familiar. Its nice besides that.

I appreciate going to this Costco more than the Tacoma one as parking is way easier to access, as well as the gas station.

Was a little crowded, not too bad. Its always busy, but still easy to get the stuff you want and get home in a reasonable time. Can not beat the quality and prices Costco.

Its Costco, whats not to love? Other than th fact that they take all my money because they have such great stuff to buy. I never get put of there for under $200. Good quality products that they stand behind. Love the litte food court too.

$50 dollars in ribs, and they were bad. Smelled horrible. I just opened a chicken thigh bought at the same time, and almost threw up. Refrigerator failure on the truck? I don’t know what the deal is. The ribs said they were packaged 3 days prior. Bought around June 27th. Sure glad I have a fridge full of more of that garbage. 🤦‍♂️ Not worth the membership. I’m out!

They only thing I would suggest is having more of a deodorant selection instead of 3 brands and I wish you guys carried Premier Peanut Butter you have all the other flavors but that is the best and I wish you carried more flavors of the fairlife protein shakes

I love Costco but I am kinda upset about how political they have gotten these last few years. Keep the American Made Pillows. Its a great product. Ive been a member since 1999 and have been going with my parents even before that since they opened up. Go back to being less political and just sell is great products. Less junk from over seas. Employee people from North America(Canada,Mexico and the United States).

Im pleased to be able to enjoy the whole Costco experience again. Self-checkout - first time tried here and smooth sailing. Some construction work going on in the parking lot, cones abound. Been a customer for 4 decades. It is funny how the employees have their nose exposed and their bosses do NOTHING. Rules are supposed to be followed, but this is getting old, REAL FAST. That is why no 5 star review.

My wife and I have been going to Costco in Lacey, WA since we moved up here from California in 2016. Since then we’ve had nothing but the best customer service experience except for today. While we were checking out, the cashier and bagger usually ask us if we needed a box or not. Today, neither cashier nor bagger didn’t ask us. Halfway through putting our stuff on the cart, my wife asked the bagger named Darren if we could have a box. Darren seemed annoyed at my wife’s request because he had placed a few items on the cart already but mind you, we only bought less than 10 items!! When we were about to leave with our cart, my wife thanked Darren for his “service” but he just walked away without acknowledging my wife. I was going to confront Darren for his poor attitude but I didn’t want to make a scene. We would still continue to shop at this Costco location but we will definitely avoid the cashier whenever Darren is presently working on.

Update: 2-26-21, They have some sales on Puma Training Sweats for 17.99, their really comfortable to just sleep in. They also have Windbreaker Jackets for 16.99, its really nice. What can you say about this store, Costco has been around for so long now Im not sure if theres anyone who hasnt heard of Costco, I mean you can get just about anything there from seafood to clothing, to small house, and me and my family, friends, neighbors, have been going there for so many years Im not even sure how long they have been open to the public. I myself bought most of our Christmas gifts there because of the return policies, they are easy just have your receipt with you is all. Merry Christmas to ALL.

In store at 1030 and store wa busy 7/14 Went to check out and 3 lanes were open and they were full. 4 to 6 carts each lane. Very very slow check out. Decided to go to self check out. Had large amount of same item. Found out you had to hit help button to get help to do large amount of same item instead of scanning many times. Got help on that. I asked if the items I purchase had to go on the scale besides the scanner. The Costco rep said no. I started scanning and then it said I needed to place the items on the scale. I asked her saying I thought you said I didnt need. She said. I guess you do just a very frustrating shopping experience. I am very sad Costco is starting to use self check out.... I dont work for you and I hate self check out. Ill pay more to keep people working. If I have to wait in long lines I will take my businessI wont use self check out again. I am being nice giving a 2 star rating...

Never too crazy busy and good prices.

There are so many shelves here!!! SO MANY SHELVES!! My son was beyond himself with pure bewildered excitement as thousands of purchasable items gazed down at him from their throne.

Got the Covid Vaccine and almost blacked out due to vasovagal. The store manager Scott came in clutch with water to help me out, best Costco ive been to. Friendly greeters, amazing pharmacy staff and management.

I have to be honest, its been a few years since Ive even gone into a Costco simply because I cannot deal with the crowds and disorder that usually comes along with them.This was the 1st time Ive been to the Costco in Washington state, we moved from Hawaii, and lived in Maryland previously also. So my previous experiences with Costco in other locations were just way too crowded and way to crazy.This Costco was nice though. It was still busy but we went on a Saturday afternoon so I was expecting the worst. It wasnt bad though. The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly.Glad I finally went!

Costco causes fights in my marriage, but its a cool place.

I visited the Hearing Aid Center and was tested by Mark Reid. He has over 20 years years experience in the Hearing Aid Dispensing field. His test was very thorough and detected some hearing loss in my left ear. He was honest with his explanation of the loss with explaining although the loss may cause some difficulty it was not severe enough for a hearing aid yet. Such an honest guy! Any issues with your hearing go see Mark Reid and hell give you the honest skinny.

Looking for drapes and rug runners, very happy we found them.

I really like Costco because you can really take care of your shopping needs all in one trip plus so much more! While we are shopping we can have our tires replaced! Or we can replace our old eyeglasses. Not hearing too well you can make an appointment for a hearing test to possibly purchase hearing aids. Its a one stop wherehouse of great items for a wonderful price.

This is a nice Costco. Very neat, clean and friendly. Great selection of bulk foods and all types of misc items, both for indoor and outdoor. Well worth the membership ($60.00).

Expensive for sure. Nice for a different selection on the first of the month when they offer 15% off. The cake selection was poor and the price crazy...still bought one but regretted it after tasting it.

I had never been to Costco before, but my daughter and son-in-law are members. Great place and awesome prices. The people there were very nice. It has a warehouse like look to it. Products are sectioned off according to type, I think. If they have it, u can buy it, mentality, but if ur looking 4 specific items u may find bulk of another, possibly better brand. We made great use of it and had large amounts of tortellini for dinner. Delicious.

Virtually everything i like about Costco. The thing that bugs me is when a corporation, like government, tells you what to do. The recent development being the root of my annoyance. That said, these guys have most everything I need for my day-to-day that I dont get from a hardware store or grow myself. Just understand that my opinion is only swayed away from 5 stars due to this mask mandate. It removes free choice and imposes upon my right to choose. A corporation, also like government, does not know better than me how to run my life!

I love this place, you can easily spend $500 in here just going for trash bags. If you see something you should basically get it then because if you go back looking for that shirt, specific toy or sweatpants it’ll be gone.

Hello there peeps,Costco is absolutely lovely. This particular Costco has the friendliest associates, is clean and neat and, everything you need can be found here! Great club to be a member at. Best to go during the week in the evenings if you dont like crowds.

It was fully stocked with so many things I need to take a day just to walk around and check everything out. Happy to see that they are selling Invicta Watches here as well as many other name brands. Membership was cheap $60.00 for my wife and I both.Ended up buying 2 large cheese pizzas to take home and oh what a great deal, the taste of the cheese is phenomenal.... Finally a good pizza place that makes all the 🍕 you could eat.

Typical Costco, however, it is an easier one to get in and out of quickly.

Best prices on quality food and merchandise . Friendly and fast service.

The leadership here is horrible.Scott GM and Nathaniel Manager are unprofessional and do not belong in customer service. We had issues with a return and it is one thing letting us know the policy and it is another making us feel like criminals.Remark from GM. “We are not in the business of renting jewelry.”

Worst Costco I have ever been to in my life in over 26 years and throughout the United States because they never can maintain stock of their own Kirkland brand Ionized Alkaline water. I have even seen them run out of their own Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter. They are only three miles away from me, but I rather drive an additional 10 miles to Tumwater Costco since they always keep their shelves stocked. I now see why Tumwater Costco is always super busy and packed like all the other Costcos I shopped in the past. I wondered why the Lacey Costco is rarely busy. Many people like myself skip the Lacey Costco to drive further to the Tumwater Costco because the Lacey Costco is horrible about keeping items stocked which is mostly likely due to poor management.

I dont understand why they dont carry the same products as the Tumwater store. Frustrating.

I go to Costco to stock up on supplies and food. I have gone many times and there is no toilet paper. I understand there is a shortage but when I am paying to shop there seems as though I should find what I am shopping for. I have resorted to ordering toilet paper online and other supplies. If I can find it online easily Costco might want to do the same and make sure they are meeting supply and demand.

I was hoping for a bigger case of size 6 diapers for my Granddaughter. The biggest case only had 120 in it, which is the same as other stores. . .The bagged garden soil was an okay price.I was able to get flats of flowers to plant in my yard.
