Its walmart. They have lots of good things with good prices. The only real problem Ive had is that staff hardly ever knows where things are.

My leg started swelling. I stopped in for a pair of compression socks. I bought theCooper Fit socks (As seen on TV). Reasonsbly priced. Sizing chart on box. Worth the visit.

Clean and checkout was fast. Bought a cute sweater. Friendly staff. 👍

Okay guys, Ive mentioned this so many times to people at Walmart, but nobody cares.TEACH YOUR PEOPLE THEY DONT NEED A BAG FOR ONE SMALL BOX. Every pickup order I do has at least two or three bags with just a solitary item in it. What a waste.

Some associates are nice but the lack of management letting them know what is going on is horrible. It took 30 min yesterday to pick up a black Friday deals outside. The app didnt work, the phone number didnt work and when I called the store they had trouble understanding me because by then my toddler was screaming in the background. While on hold trying to get me to the right area someone are out to help me. Today I went in first (the app and phone still jot working) I asked when I checked out if they could call someone and they tried to send me to regular pick up (learned that was wrong yesterday) then to customer service where there was a huge line (i wasnt suppose to have to go in anyway) so I walked out and flagged down a worker in the deals area. They were chatting and seemed a bit annoyed to be bothered. I finally got my order but the workers should know more. On top of that a package that was suppose to be delivered to my house from the store was given to me at the store (which is fine except online it doesnt seem to know what happenned).

Great store... Whats a little short on some inventory but overall just a great layout and I could have went crazy shopping but I went in for a what I needed to buy and spend about three hours looking around had a great time

Really well run Walmart Supercenter. Tons of stock in supermarket, great deli with quality (love these) rotisserie chickens, friendly staff, senior hours. Parking lot and store kept super clean and neat. 5 stars for this top-of-the-line Supercenter.

Door person yelled at us for walking in a door that automatically opened for us. Ive not shopped here in 5 years and that was my first Experience back.

Everyone was very helpful especially the lady in automotive. She was quite knowledgeable and helped me out. The lines were long, no surprise, and they were out of a few things,like everyone else right now, but not as bad.

Love this store. You can find everything. Prices are lower than most. Quality is average but better in some cases. Drugs and toiletries are much cheaper. Food items are not bad but you need to be selective. Drinks are definitely a good deal especially alcoholic beverages.

My sister and I were shopping here today for my elderly father we stopped by the deli to pick up sliced deli meats DIANE went out of her way to answer all our questions and specially wrapped our meats without even asking Diane thankyou for caring about our father appreciate you

Stopped at the door again to show my receipt! I wait in line all day to buy this junk then you make me wait in another line to show an employee a receipt your other employee just handed me. No other store does this nonsense. What if i throw my receipt away or dont take one? You dont even go through the items to see if they match. If I did shoplift, you think Im gonna let an elderly person stop me? You think the cops will show up if I dont show you my receipt? If you really want to pretend to care, get real loss prevention associates. Come on now. Stop harassing your customers, or at least harass us when we enter the building so we know to turn around and give Fred Meyer, target, Safeway, Amazon, or whoever else our money instead.

Walmart is not someplace I usually shop for clothing but due to our heat wave I needed to find shorts, summer dresses, or some other type of warmer weather clothes and didnt want to travel too far. Everything they had was only available in av size small or XXL, neither of which will work for me. I understand that because of the heat I was far from the only one wanting to buy these things but the lack of sizes in between very small and extra large seems to be a fairly common occurrence every time I do look through their womens/juniors clothing.

Registers closed as well as In the self-checkout areas. The Holiday season is slowly but surely arriving. Hopefully it is fixed by then.

Walmart as a whole, being wherever I go, great! Love it. This walmart is a bag of trash. Multiple times this place has been frustrating and a let down. It seems to be a hiring problem.

David was very helpful this morning helping me in the diabetic care area. He took the time to sit with me and explain the device (all new to me) and gadgets. Tried prior getting pharmacys attention to ask a question but they never acknowledged in was standing there.The check out line was 10-12 deep and they opened up 2 additional lines.

The pick up employee Ru is a hard worker and very organized. I highly recommend he be promoted to a more challenging position. Youve got brains and great work ethics in Ru.

I used the hair salon just to get my ends trimmed. Didnt want anymore then a inch taking off. The girl totally messed it up she didnt even wet my hair before she cut it. She took more like 2 inches off and the cut was not straight across. I will never use Laceys supercenter salon again. Ill be sure to let my friends know not to use it either unless they want their hair messed up. Im so upset. Now I have to wait for it to grow out before I can go somewhere else to have it done right.

Maskless employees handing food to at risk individuals at the pick up door. My white vinegar wasnt properly bagged and leaked over a 4th of my order.The website for pickup orders doesnt work properly a good portion of the time and when you call in sometimes you get nothing but a message about a full inbox.

Walmart seems to have grown to large for their own good. Trying to find someone to help you in ANY department is a joke, but esp if your needing paint mixed.I have spent over an hour simply waiting for someone to come help me mix paint (and they frown on self-service).Until they can get their stuff together again, were going to Lowes for our business needs.

3 stars because every time I go to this location, they are always out of stock of the products I’m looking for. But other than that, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff and cashiers, and also amazing discounts if you find it on a good day.

The store is pretty clean. Easy place to get into and out of.

Actual wait time after check in is good but good luck getting through when calling to check in.

I dont usually shop here and this is why. First they closed customer service at 7. Then they didnt have any shopping baskets...they were also out of carts because the cart attendant was on lunch they were also out of almost all of their produce bags. Produce here is always old. Employees seem unhelpful and rude most of the time. It is probably my least favorite walmart.

When looking for specific items, Walmart is hard to beat. Bargain pricing has kept me as a recurring shopper. Times are tough for everyone, but Walmart continues to support its customers.

Based on my experiences here, no issues overall. Everything seemed organized and well stocked. Good customer service. Would return.

Its a typical Walmart but one time I saw a man open carrying a gun and so I went to the gun counter to ask if they had changed the gun free zone policy and the lady at the gun counter said oh I hate that. When I see that I just wanna take it from them and shoot them this made me very uncomfortable. Like dude he wasnt hurting anyone but you want to kill him? Dont talk guns at Walmart unless you are buying one.

Unsure why they barely have any fall/Halloween decor!! Instagram shows that a whole lot of other walmarts have it fully stocked already.

They need more people answering phones. It was busy when I went at 9:30pm but trying for an hour to get through by phone and got timed out. A product was there but needed 2 Associates to find it. Usually a 5 of 5 with easy in and out.

Good prices and good selections but usually out of at least a few of the things I need.

Finished my pickup here because all items n my list were in stock. Staff was efficient and thorough.

They only had three things on the floor that I needed. Everything was in need of stocking, but they appear to be out of people at night! Please give your workers a better rate too. Theyre all infuriatingly unfriendly. Thank you for finally stocking my medication. It only took five and half months! Ive had to use Walmarts online ordering for delivery to get my meds more than one. Are you purposely not stocking things for that reason? Good luck to your shoppers!

Convenient n great staff. And it sure as hell beats going to the SUPER Walmart. Where the crowd is, in #$, more like your at a sporting event than a grocery.

The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Management doesnt train their employees to be consistent. The main reason to go is they have the biggest selection of items than other Walmarts close by.

Terrible service! Self scanning system is awful. 30 minute wait in the checkout line. Casher slower than a 7 year itch and no baggers. Never again.

I loathe this place last time I was here I tried to a speedy item in outdoors and I asked 3 people for help and not one responded I made clear eye contact and I know all three of them could hear me so this store is a joke Id rather drive to the Yelm Walmart which I never do but if I needed to I would avoid this store just my opinion though

So I went here because I forgot my niece birthday at home bought her a doll and a little plastic green thing with a stuffed animal in it felt fine everything was good no issues its all good cashier was nice the bathrooms were clean no one bummed me for smoke again it was all good

Food area was pretty well picked but found some amazing things.

This waart is always so well stocked and clean whenever I go.

As for the parking spaces and spots, big area to cover but spaces are small in between cars, so watch out as you park or leave. There are electric car charges at the station which is convenient for cars that need to be charged as they shop. As for the Walmart store, too busy. But many employees and even robots that work there.

Lots of fun stores and eateries. Limited parking. And when its full, you have to navigate through the people trying to get from one place to another. Parking lot in the middle, stores around the outside, like a square. You do the math

I really like how this store is laid out. If you want groceries you go into one entrance or home and garden in the other. The self check is quick and if Im not distracted by all the deals I can get in and out in about 10 minutes. Theres also a Jackson Hewitt booth just inside the garden entrance during the tax season which is very convenient.

Buy stuff. Clothes could be better.

This grocery pick up today was terrible. Bradley is very rude and as soon as you notify him of any grocery issues his response is call the 1800 number. He seemed very annoyed when he awnsered the phone or overwhelmed but not helpful at all to say the least. I was charged for items that were out of stock but my email doesn’t say the item was out of stock. I called and was ok with driving back for the items but he just was flat out rude when I explained I had missing items!! Keep him off the phones.

I went to the Lacey Walmart to return an item. The store sign indicates the store is open. What you dont know until you enter the store is the Service center closes at 7 pm sharp. Store open but returns is closed. Not posted on website or store sign. Apparently posted on sign in service center BUT unless you go to service center, you will never know it has different hours than the store. Manager in charge blamed Covid, staffing issues, and even corporate for not having it on website. He further implied it was my fault as I could have called to see if service center was closed during normal store hours. Also suggested I could drive to Tumwater to return. I was not able to return as he said service center is closed. Many employees including manager could have accepted the return and the customer would not have made a wasted trip nor would customer have to return. Needless to say, this customer will NEVER shop Walmart again. I dont recommend Walmart as customer friendly and Definitely Recommend Everyone avoid the Lacey Walmart

Great if you know whats in stocks and where it is... rare to find anyone to help, and they typically dont know where it is...Im all for going to a store and being left alone, but if I need help finding something, definitely not coming to Walmart without looking online first 😅

I did pick up. Having someone pick and choose for you feels weird, but Leonardo did a great job. All the produce looked great and no dented cans or boxes. Cold foods were separated from pantry foods. I will do it again for sure. You dont realize how much you picked till 2 people start loading all the bags.

Your bathrooms were absolutley disgusting today. Smell was so bad i dry heaved. And 0 soap anywhere. This is a pandemic. what the f.Also 0 carts available for shoppers. I saw people crowding and wandering around the front no idea what to do because the biiig huuuge area for shopping carts was completley empty.

Its a Wal-Mart, what can I say. The people watching here is just a fun as anywhere else.

As with EVERY retailer in town, since CoVid, employees in this store are not helpful. Aisles are blocked by carts full of stock. And small gatherings of employees standing around chitchatting.as you try to navigate past. But like I said, Im running into this in EVERY retailer. Otherwise, a fulfilling shopping experience.

For some reason when buying products from this particular Walmart there seems to b a def diff in quality than any other Walmart or grocery store. The concern 4 me is the Clorox brand bleach recently bot some & noticed the potency hasnt been good last few times buying as I use it 2 tye dye among other things & it wouldnt always work finally noticed everytime Ive not this brand anywhere else there a safety seal on the top to open underneath the cap but here no safety seal. I asked an associate who states they didnt come w/1. So I bot same bleach at WinCo down the street & it had a seal on it so idk what the deal is but the quality has gone way down. Bleach isnt the only issue, we used 2 buy premade fresh salads in their deli alot but quit after noticing the lettuce was wilted etc it looked like they were frozen at some point after few times I stopped buyin em sad cuz they were a fav of mine. The brand name coke I buy from there is also tastes noticeably diff it tastes like theres less syrup or something from the 1z there. Maybe the owner buys discounted palettes or some kinda thing but if they do, we deserve a disc not charge us the same but we should know this prior so I had to stop shipping there its closer to my home but Id much rather trust products from elsewhere drive a bit farther trust is a huge deal esp on some products so hopefully someone fixes these probs Id like 2 return but not rt now how things have been. I am also not a huge fan of the self chkout seems more impersonal & trouble than its worth most times not a bad idea at night but its ridiculous when its busy. But often at night Ive stood there for a good 10 mins waiting for someone to help chk me out. Just not what it use to be :(

The employees dont know their own store policies and refused to honor their policy when it was right in their face in black and white. Walmart and its so called employees need to go back to customer service school. Or dont hire the customer service drop outs and flunkies!

Walmart is a Great store dont get wrong. But somewhere along the way when they got to be the biggest guys on the block. They lost their main purpose that Sam Walton founded the whole chain on. Helping other people. He didnt care about making massive profits or splitting stocks. He cared about the family behind the hunger. It’s Sunday, and there are three checkout counters open. THREE. Oh, but of course self checkout is open because you’d rather have your customers work for you than just pay more people. Just for the record, I’m not angry at the clerks or even management, this is directed at corporate: LET YOUR STORE HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

The store was clean and neat, seemed to be well stocked. I only got a few items but Im not used to the West coast fee structure, charging the customer for each plastic bag used..

The dumbest things were locked up and it takes up to an hour to get any help. Ive had to be walked like a child to a cash register for my babies formula, 2$ EYELASH GLUE, and EVEN CULTURAL PRODUCTS. which sounds like profiling to me. Also when i press that button.. If somones not there within 5 minutes i will be opening it myself with the key i bought lol.

Some associates are down right rude. Little help, if any at all. The people in electronics act like you ruin their day if you want something to buy. God forbid if just want to look at something.

It was fine. Typical Walmart. If you can get their attention, employees are helpful. They have a really good selection of coats and warm winter jackets and stuff at good prices but thats a Walmart everywhere thing. The self checkout is open still which is super cool.

Today I left Walmart feeling terrible. I should have just left without giving walmart my money but the reality is I was there because I needed to get things right then.I was basically harassed/followed by am employee after I tried to do self checkout. First she told me I had too many things and needed to move to another register. I didnt realize that she meant a regular register and I went to a self-checkout with a belt like I always do when I have a lot of groceries. But I actually didnt have a lot of groceries today I only filled three bags. Anyways after I started putting my stuff on the belt at the next self-checkout across the store from the first one she approached me again and started taking my groceries off of the belt and put them back in my shopping cart and said no Im sorry You have to go to a regular register. And she stood there and put the rest of my things back in my shopping cart and canceled the self-checkout register. So I went to a regular register waited in line put my stuff on the belt for the third time and checked out. I explained to the cashier what had happened and she apologized to me and told me that it was really strange and then it got me thinking that she must have thought I was trying to steal. And now I feel terrible I went to my car and decided that this needed to be shared because if Walmart employees are doing this to people its awful I feel like garbage. I dont steal. I spend a lot of money at Walmart all the time I have a large family. I actually enjoy doing self checkout; its fun! not today though today was horrible.

The electronics dept either needs more reps that know the products, understand the products or they need to have the 4 on the shift stop huddling in a group and help the customers. The Man that supposadly knows about the phones shouldnt send someone who doesnt know the information when he the Man is so disinterested in helping the customers and would rather talk with his co-workers.
