A friend and I went there interested in a “Rider to Rider” program Harley offers. Right away we were able to tell they weren’t interested in helping us out because they weren’t selling a bike of their own. We got told to call and schedule an appointment and then come back, which is justifiable because it does take longer than the usual process. But when we called back the next day to schedule an appointment they ended up trying to offer the buyer a bike of their own for the same price keep in mind he was putting money down as well so it would’ve really been more including the money down. Really disappointed, its clear the kind of managers they have there. Destination Harley was a great help though completing the process.

Came in to see what kind of deal they could make on an older metric bike. Originally the shot low which was expected but Marc went back to bat for us and got us where we wanted to be. He was willing to work for us and even watched the kids while we had to take care of business stuff. Would gladly come to do business with him again. 2021 road glide limited vivid black.

I just got home with my brand new bike that Joe Geraci got me on. I already knew exactly what I wanted before I came to the dealership, so I was pleased that I was never hassled about different bikes. No pressure at all, completely respected. Joe had me feeling like a Queen in his dealership. He introduced me to all the people I need to know and was so enthusiastic for me. My sales rep, Marc, was absolutely awesome. He took me through the purchase of two bikes, showing the utmost professionalism and expertise during both sales. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers get what they need. He does it without feeling pushy or sleazy like a lot of the “used car salesman” stereotypes. I gave him my budget, the bike I wanted, and what I was willing to negotiate on, and he made it happen. He even rode the bike back to my place for me to help me out since I had no friends in the area. The rest of the staff was also awesome and super friendly. I was surprised that the girl who ran the clothing sales section remembered my name several days after meeting me for the first time. And the owner came down to chat for a minute while I was purchasing the bike. I’ve never had that kind of interaction during a sale before, so that was cool. All around, I’d say this is the best Harley dealership I’ve visited. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff, especially Marc.

I originally left a poor review because I really wanted to purchase some shirts before I left town today and their hours are wrong on google and I had my friend drive me all the way there only to find they were closed. However they responded to the review with accountability and yes, they need to change their hours on google. Harley Davidson is a “lifestyle”. People search it out wherever they are. A store should always be prepared for the unexpected.

Just picked up my new 2021 Street Glide Special in Black Jack Metallic. From the minute I walked in the show room Joe Geraci was amazing. He was no pressure, catered to all of my questions and just let me lead myself to the perfect bike. This was no easy task on his part, I had my share of quirky questions and he was “forced” to ride along on multiple demo rides while I sorted out just the right combination of model and engine. He also kept me informed each day (multiple times) while we waited for my bike to arrive. I would’ve given him 10 stars but he kept teasing me with photos of my bike off the truck, my bike being prepped, my bike sitting in the sun waiting on me, my bike with a “not for sale” sign until I could arrange a ride to the dealership to pick it up. Great experience, wholeheartedly recommend!!!

What they lack in inventory (had to buy my bike before it even arrived), they make up for with the exclusive Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. It would be unfair to judge the dealership as a whole in this review. If I’m honest, the merchandise was organized and displayed thoughtfully, they had a great stock of new and used bikes, and they are the only dealership I know of to offer “Warranty Forever” protection on some purchases. My problem came in trying to actually make a purchase. When I submitted information online that I was searching for a 2015 and up Road Glide, I was contacted by a salesperson who was incredibly excited for me, communicated well (initially), and was helpful in getting me initial information about the bike.I will start by saying I had originally seen the bike online in late December (advertised as being a warranty forever candidate) listed with no pictures, and no price. I called and spoke with the same salesperson I had initially spoken with and requested the price, to which I was told “don’t worry about it, we’ll work that out later.” and “when can we get you in here?” Despite not knowing the price I made time to go down there and test ride the 2015 Road Glide they had in stock.The day of my test ride, I again inquired about their sticker price, and was again told “we’ll figure it out later” and “that’s your bike, you like it, that’s all that matters”; despite these “reassurances” I was still left wondering how much that bike was actually going to cost me. Over the course of the next two weeks I called and sent text messages a hand full of times asking in different ways how much their 2015 Road Glide they had listed was, and every time I was met with “we’ll figure it out later”, “I’m not worried about that now”, “we just know that’s the bike for you”. I even called and spoke strictly Kelly Blue Book numbers with this salesman (and come to find out his sales manager), and was met with arrogance and incredulity at what price I was suggesting despite their looking at the wrong bike. I had also been told that the “warranty forever” offer had been rescinded and aged out on that bike because it was now 2021, even though as of 01/25/2021 they still list that offer on their website as a part of the first picture on that specific listing (stock number UH7336).Despite all of this, I decided to give them one last shot and left a final message asking the sticker price for the same 2015 that started my experience with them. The salesman called, and to his/their credit admitted they had been looking at the wrong Blue Book numbers, but still didn’t provide me the price to that bike, or another I had also inquired upon only saying “Dont worry about it, Ill still take care of you”.What started as a welcoming do-anything attitude towards me as a customer, quickly soured into a slimy experience that bred distrust in the salesman/team, and demonstrated a dishonest environment. To this day I still don’t know how much either bike is, but this last weekend (01/23/2021) I ended up driving 24.2 miles north of Northwest Harley Davidson and buying a 2017 Road Glide from a great sales team, where they’ve now gained a customer for life.

I need to thank all of the staff. My bike went down one day before my three wheel test. This team stuck together, and had my bike ready for me to take, and pass my test. Thank all of you, who made this happen!!

Horrible service. Went there trying to test ride a Harley and they told me I needed motorcycle insurance. When earlier the same day I went to 3 other Harley Davidsons establishments and they allowed me to test ride without any problems. I then asked “ why would I have motorcycle insurance if I do not own a motorcycle?” My question was followed by more b.s answers. So I just left. I will be taking my $20,000 somewhere else. Do not ask or receive help from Kelly in sales.

After being jerked around at another HD dealership I called and spoke with Kelly.. drove up and in and out deal.. left with a new Pan America... highly recommend this dealership.

Have been in to this location several times, over the years, and everyone has always been very helpful and friendly. Most-recently, I was there with my boyfriend, who was purchasing his first Harley. Joe Gerazi was very personable and even remembered my name from a previous visit. My boyfriend ended up purchasing a beautiful Road King, which they made a very nice deal on. They took us around to meet everyone, including the owner. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate the time everyone took to build relationships with their customers. When it’s time to upgrade my bike, I will definitely come back here even though there is another dealer two miles from my shop.

My wife and I had our bikes serviced after they had not been on the road in too long. They had to send a trailer to get them because neither one would start. Sprocket and the crew did our full safety checks and fixed the few things that needed attention. The service and people were fantastic! Thank you Northwest Harley-Davidson!

They treat you like family when youre buying something new. But if you ask them to do anything after that, get ready to pi$$ into the wind. These guys/gals are great at telling buyers what they want to hear. Youll hear things like yourre family now and well take care of you but that new relationship glow fades quickly.Can you get a good deal here? Sure, if you catch Tobi on the right day. Can you get a good salesman? Sure, as long as you can hold your own when they start putting the clamps on you. Can you trust the service department to take care of your bike and provide fast, friendly service? Absolutely not, but the techs who actually work on the bikes are not to blame. It all starts with leadership, and as they say, the rest runs down hill.

I recently stopped in to look at the various bikes when I met Joseph Geraci (salesman). Joseph made it very enjoyable and we felt welcomed while on the grounds! The staff did what they could to get me on a bike that day so that I could be out riding. Since the date of purchase Joseph has called or messaged me making sure I’m happy and everything is good with the bike and my purchase, which I am very pleased in all!And now for the staff and crew at NW HARLEYI have to say I was very pleased in the staff. I don’t think a single member walked by without greeting us. When you first walk in you’re welcome by a very cheerful young lady. Then after that it just seems to keep coming from the rest of the staff! No regrets in our decision! We will be back when I need a another bike

My girlfriend and I both had an absolutely great experience at this dealership. Joe Geraci helped us both ride home on our dream bikes, without being pushy or acting like your typical salesman. Went in ready to buy could not get a sales rep to help. So made appointment for next day guss what still could not get a sales rep to complete his end with out talking to other guest about the motorcycle I wanted. Terrible customer service I would not recommend this place at all go to the Tacoma shop much better service.

NW Harley Davidson add says 100% approval all credit will be approved, I think they should be sued for false advertising because I have a 530 credit score and a co signer and still cant get a bike through them.Dont buy from them as they cant do the maintenance on bikes without breaking parts either.

So this was my 1st purchasing of a Harley Davidson and Im glad that i went to Northwest Harley Davidson the people there are awesome my salesman Kelly shandrow was awesome he help me out from the time I got there All the way till I drove the bike out of there. So if youre ever looking to purchase a Harley Davidson I suggest you go to Northwest Harley Davidson they make you feel like family from the time u walk in all the way to the time you leave even if you dont purchase anything. The service department sucks the parts department said my parts were shipped. The service department calls say my parts shipped. Two months later nope not for another month. Gave a lame excuse Sturgis is on now and cant get the parts. I took it in the first of July no Sturgis then. My guess their buddy needed the part so they gave them the part so he could go to Sturgis. They screw me over. Dont take your bike there

Had an appointment for a 10K service yesterday at 10am. I was asked if I was waiting or dropping it off. I was told about 4 to 6 hours so I dropped it off and left. I should have waited on it. Once I left, that’s when it went on the back burner. No calls to update me on anything. I called back at about 3pm and was told it wasn’t done yet and that the tech recommended a brake flush. I authorized that and asked if there was anything else. Was told the tech hadn’t completed the rest of the inspection, but it would be done before they close. I let him know I would pick it up in the morning...Got a call first thing this morning and they left a voicemail. They said they were backed up and wasn’t done and would call when it was ready. Well at 2pm I showed up and the bike was outside. Thinking it was done I went in and was told that it wasn’t completed yet and they haven’t even started. I took my keys, cancelling the work and left.This is my 2nd Harley that I bought at this dealership in the last 16 years. While the sales staff always does a great job, the service department sucks. Extremely disappointed...

Unbelievable service. They serviced my bike, and buttoned up things on the bike they saw while fixing the problem that I was there for, at no charge. They were clear about the finish time, and for the predicament that I was in, the charge was bellow what I was quoted. I wouldnt hesitate to take all my business to them. I went into the dealership just initially browsing. I was pretty particular in what I wanted and I know I would not settle for something less. I am a returning third time customer (potentially) and the service every time has been nothing short of spectacular. I met Joe Geraci who had helped me find my forever bike. He let me ask questions about every single bike they had both new and used. Without pressure, he had asked what I want out of the bike and steered me into what I was looking for while not trying to upsell me out of my means. He is a super awesome guy to talk to and ended shootin the s**t for quite a while. While not pressuring me, he kindly informed me what would make more sense based on current programs. This dealership is one of very very few who actually let you make your decision without breathing down your back and telling you BS and try to get you something you dont want or cant afford. Joe Geraci is the best easy going non-pressuring salesman ive ever worked with and treated me with respect and a hog family member. After purchase, I rode the bike home the same day and asked to text him when I made it safe. He is someone who cares about you being happy with your purchase and safety. I have written maybe 5 reviews in my life. Through months of consideration, research, and riding thousands of miles I recently pulled the trigger on a 2020 Ultra Limited (Black and River Rock Gray). My experience with Joe Geraci was not only professional but painless. Being a professional myself I usually dread dealing with the purchase of a new vehicle due to my intolerance of sales depts which many times has lead to me hurting their feelings. Not this time. Joe was a pleasure not just because of our correspondence prior to and leading up to my visit but also his ethics and honesty during the transaction and process of purchase. I recently went into this location and my fiancé purchased a Harley. Mark was the man who helped us. He was very helpful and he did an amazing job he made sure that everything was covered. Most of all my fiancé is so happy with the bike that he got and if it wasn’t for Mark helping us in the process she wouldn’t of got the bike. I give Mark a 10 and maybe a raise LOL.

Beautiful bikes! But, then again what Harley isnt beautiful? Bikes downstairs with some shirts for sale downstairs. Upstairs a wider selection of men and womens apparel. I got a great deal on very nice looking shirt from the clearance rack. I am going to wear it to work with pride.

Typical harley dealership. Not sure why they arent focusing on increasing their clothing section. Feel this is one of the smallest sections of any harley Ive visited. Ive been to 20+ stores across the United States. So thats saying something.

Went in there thinking at best i could get a older used bike but thanks to joe g. and mark rode off on a brand new street glide deffinetly felt they took care of me and highly recommend going and seeing these guys biggest thing for me was the transparency i got from these guys and felt like they wanted me to get this bike just as much as i did

The people so far have been friendly, I picked up my bike today and I know it is usedBut driving it home my shifter fell off as I was down shifting on a off ramp. So I had to drive Over 5 miles home in 2 ND gear.no faster then 25. I emailed my sales person and will call tomorrow about getting it fixed. But I didnt even get it home and had a major safety problem..Will modify and update as deemed necessary.They called first thing to take care of the problem. Great people great service.Thanks guys.

My fiance his sister and my beautiful 2 youngest granddaughters went there for a special Christmas breakfast and thenI watched all the cool motorcycles driving around dressed up like Santa or lights all over their motorcycle. It was a really awesome experience and we had a very very special day.

Friendly staff, Andy was my salesman on a new Softail purchase. Very friendly, helpfull, had a great experience.

For a first time motorcycle buyer and rider, I had some of the best service Ive ever received. They treated you like family and you met a lot of the people there. The experience and knowledge of the employees was top notch, they take care of their customers, and know their stuff when it comes to the bikes.

Access right off I5 freeway. Large parking area. A lot of bikes on display.

Lots of events and they sponsor a lot of things but beware of the service department. Over the years I have heard bad things about this dealership from working here on the base. I needed my bike checked out after a poker run and the other dealership and another shop I usually go to was very busy. So I thought I would give them a shot. Friendly people and they said no problem bringing it down, they had appointment open at 2:30. This was 8-11-20 Tuesday so I dropped the bike off and asked if they would be able to look at the front and rear suspension because something didnt feel right. The service writer said no problem should have an answer by the end of the day or tomorrow. I waited till about 5:30 pm on Wed and I called them. I was told the mechanic just finished and needed to rebuilt front shocks. No problem but whats the cost I asked? Well this is when things seem to go sideways he could give me a good cost because parts were closed but would get back to me the next day. Again I waited till about 500 pm on Thursday and said I would like the bike fixed and cost plus could I get it back by Saturday? He didnt have the information but put me on hold, after about 10 mins he said not a problem all the parts are here and gave me a cost and said without any problem they would start working on the bike first thing Friday morning. No call Friday, No call Sat, Sunday and Monday closed, so about 3:30 pm on Tuesday I called and asked about the bike. They said its ready for pick up, could not tell me when it was done or explained why nobody called me again. I picked the bike up and the paperwork showed it was checked in on Friday. As I was getting on it I noticed wires hanging on both sides. The right side was my aux jack wire that neatly ran behind the fairing was hanging down. The wire on the left was the wire going to the fender light that they cut all the zip ties off, the old cut zip ties was still hanging on the front brake line. I went in and pointed it out and they came out and zip tie it back up but it looks bad. I see greasy finger marks, where the left shock was leaking the oil/dirt is still all over it. I dont expect a bike wash but they could wipe the oil and their finger marks off the bike. I now know why they werent busy and the other places are. Even after I explained my disappointment several times and all I got was Sorry we are training new people. I also see why they dont do customer surveys. I would recommend you have your service done elsewhere. Bob

I bought a 2020 Iron 1200 from Matt. I experienced some issues with the new bike, but Matt was extremely helpful in resolving the problems.After my 1k service was completed there was a technical issue. Abby and Julio went above and beyond to get my bike fixed and the problem resolved. I was concerned with the customer care coming from a Harley dealership, but all my expectations were met and exceeded. 1500 dollars worth of maintenance does not qualify you for their perks if you drive an 03 Road King, however I guess if I spent 40,000 bucks things would have been different. Bad service
