Nice selection of boots at good prices.

We took a hat in to have it shaped. Sarah is the best. She shaped the hat better than we could have expected. If you need a hat shaped I would definitely recommend waiting for Sarah to help. Shes great at what she does and very friendly and knowledgeable.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The only downside to me is the clothing only seems to go to 2x at the highest. And the selection of boots gets smaller the bigger they get. Still great boots!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experience in a long time! The young lady who told me three times she would either be right back or I’ll be with you in a moment, never happened. Looking for men’s boots? Good luck, they’re selection is horrible. Don’t waste your time.

Got follow Thur the store for twenty minutes with my Daughter. We are mixed. Never was acknowledged our helped. We left even though we had things to buy. Please do better. Yes, the manager short blond hair sparlklie shirt maybe 50 is, finally came out as we were leaving. We were followed the whole time we shopped as well. It really hurt and sucked.

Very fun store. The prices are fair enough. They have baby and toddler items! Was very happy to find the correct size boots and hat for my boy.

Great place and amazing atmosphere! I bought my boots here a few months ago and theyre holding up great. I highly recommend getting the boot care products with your boots. My boots got water damaged from the rain but the water proofer spray and conditioner brought them right back. The staff were helpful and friendly helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

Great staff, personable and very helpful.Stay away from the Wrangler brand jeans however. I had to return the first set due to a defect, tore a hole in the second set grazing a piece of furniture.

While the staff is very friendly, the products are very inconsistent in quality. Some are great, but too many are chicom sweatshop made products. The prices in general are very high and for the money they are charging I expect the products to made in the USA, not china. They censor online reviews now, so for that reason I will no longer be patronizing them. I do not tolerate censorship of honest commentary.

Lauren and amy were great, and gave me the help i needed. The store was awesome. My only issue was with the metal plates in my ankle it is super hard to find boots i can actually get my ankle in, but they were patient, understanding and helped me find a great pair of boots :)

Great place to get boots. Just be aware, if they need stretched they put some kind of solution on and it WILL make your boots smell like fish. Not the outside just the inside so don’t take them off in public lol

Great selection of Western clothes and of course, boots. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the boots I wanted but they were a little to much in cost for me. I found a coupon for 15% off on my phone for Boot Barn. It was accepted on line so I asked if the store would accept the coupon. They did! Awesome customer service so they got my business. I highly recommend this store for boots and Western wear.

They have a very large selection of hats, clothes, shoes and boots. They also have shoes and boots in kids sizes as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer a military discount. Parking is free and right in front of the store.

I have been looking for a new pair of boots for a while and I love coming here. Their prices are decent. The customer service was amazing, the staff were very friendly. I found more than just boots, I also found lots of clothing items and hats that I loved. I will definitely be coming back.

This boot barn has a really wide selection! I got a cute pair of corrals and they fit perfectly! The sales associate here was very helpful! I wish that they had squash blossom necklaces here but other than that it was great shopping here!

Thank you for this place. 7 years of looking for boots that would last under my work conditions, finally, a place where i can try on a wide variety of boots and actually leave with a pair that im satisfied with, and not have to question if it will last or not. The only other boots that last are military issued ones and those are too bulky and heavy. But fear not, boot barn saves the day! Thank you guys.

Great selection of Western Wear. Took my daughter to get riding boots and some clothes for riding her horse and we were helped all along the way. She got a lot of attention and in the end great boots, a cowgirl hat, riding jeans, and a super cute cowgirl belt.

I was really excited when I found out there was a boot barn near by. Their selection was not what I expected or what Im used to seeing In the south. Womans selection was minimal and mens had few quality boots. The pant selection didnt have many color options or brands to pick from. They had too much carhartt. Everyone sells carhartt. My review will change when I revisit in 4-6 months.Picture is mens in size 9

If youre a guy who is wanting a serious well made boot go somewhere else. The selection is low unless you want the cheaply made California based Cody James boot brand. They have a small actual boot selection mostly filled with cheap knock offs vs well made boots. Their clothing section is bigger than the actual boot selection (which is odd for a store named Boot Barn) also is mostly filled with Cody James merchandise. They do have a few hidden real boots in there from Ariat or Georgia. This is more of a tourist type attraction for people who want to play country when they need a outfit to go dancing in. I suggest you save you time and go to Whistle Workwear or shop online.Unsat
