I went to GoWireless yesterday in dire need of a new phone. Aaron was there to lead me through my options, help me with a selection, and find a great package to go with my plan. With the utmost kindness and honesty, he worked with me to complete the transfer of my data to the new phone. My Mom and I were given wrong information at a previous Verizon store, so we came to this Verizon store in Lacey. Sarah and Aaron were extremely patient with my Mom and me even when frustrations were evident. Sarah and Aaron did not rush us and took the time to help us get the best plan for our family. Sarah and Aaron were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to help, even confirming information with their manager. I highly recommend this Verizon store and will be coming here for all future cellphone purchases and issues.

I came in with the issues of not being able to receive texts. Employees were nice and (for the most part) genuinely seemed like they wanted to help.Unfortunately I was just refered back to ask support from my phone manufacturer who had already refered me to my carrier. Back at square one :(

The door to the place states 8pm sat not 7pm not everyone is looking at the website or google plus the guy doesn’t know how to speak clearly… was going to buy some new products but I guess not…. Then when the guy went to check his signage he was laughing like it was a joke because the paper was hidden by the actual times that are still posted in sticker form on the window which said 8. Fix your actual door sticker and don’t be a jerk when reading your signage… it’s called customer respect

My wife and I live up north and we had gone to the Verizon store in south hill mall and the 2 guys working in there were very lazy and told us that we had to do the upgrade on my wifes phone ourselves, we came to this store here in lacey and the sales person Marissa W. was extremely helpful and even got our plan upgraded and saved us money. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new phone or just need help with your plan go see her!

Okay where do I start, me and my mother went in Sunday(last week), asked to get a iPhone 12 for me. They said “something is wrong with our ordering system we’ll order it on Monday” and they said “it will be here on Wednesday” and said they’d call us or send us a text is they couldn’t get a hold of us, they never called or texted, no voicemail nothing, we went in on Wednesday and they didn’t even order it yet, then they ordered it and said it would be here on Friday or Saturday and they would text us or call us and they didn’t once again, we went in on Saturday and they didn’t have it and said “check your email we sent you a tracking number”, they didn’t sent us an email, we checked every box including spam. Then they said “well have it on Monday” and then we went in today (Monday) over a week later, and they had us stand there for about 45 minutes and then the trainee came and told us “oh sorry we aren’t serving anyone else tonight”. 5 times and no phone yet. We will be going in tomorrow and I am expecting my phone. Horrible service, absolutely terrible. But don’t go here go to a Corporate Verizon store, don’t waste your time.

The WORST customer service that I have ever experienced!!!!!!! Short & sweet of it is, Ashlyn lied about service plans cost and opps available from verizon. I asked for the mgr repeatedly & both Ashlyn & Austin declined to get the mgr......Im appalled & cant believe that any respetable business would allow such behavior of its employees! So I have contacted Verizon Corp directly to assist with this matter & they informed me of other such problems with this particular third party store & will be assisting me with this matter from here on, in escalating this matter properly...... The service in this retailer was phenomenal. Expecially it being easy to converse with and determine what would be suitable since my parents phone broke on the same day when finding a new one. Furthermore the employees there are helpful, including Ashlins assistance in helping us find a new phone. Her being understanding of the scenario that we were in really helped us be at ease. Would highly recommend going there for their services are great.

So much better than a corporate location. Ive had bad experiences with Verizon workers before, but I came in the other day and was greeted by Kelsey. She took the time to thoroughly look over my account, get to know me as a person, and find out the best solution for me. She got me more for what I was already paying for, and into devices that I use and love. She got everything that I needed transferred and set up for me, and made sure I knew how to use everything and was comfortable before I even left the store. Always ask for Kelsey, she gave me the best customer service experience Ive ever had. Never going anywhere else.

First off Thanks to Ashlin for her great customer service!!My only complaint is that I went in and paid for a phone (all expenses paid in full out of pocket)for a line Ive been paying for; for almost 5 years now and Im still going to be charged an additional $30 activation/upgrade fee on my next bill??What the heck Verizon?In three months I will have been a Verizon carrier for 10 years. Also others have become Verizon customer because of my word.I honestly feel this fee is a cheat to the loyal customers you have.Food for thought Verizon. Im going to be checking out other wireless companies to see if they offer something better.

INITIAL rating was one star: The one star is for friendliness once you are able to speak with someone. We did not realize this was a third party retailer.This store never went through the GO WIRELESS charges added to our bill. The manager rushed us to the door after we switched over to Verizon, as a carrier, without even going over what our monthly bill would be. Glass protection ($40 for each phone) was put on our phones without even asking if we wanted it. As far as for the S8s, its hard to hit buttons with the screen protector on that they added.I called GoWireless customer service because I dont want the $80 per line extra fee and they just connected me directly to the store.I called Verizon and they were great, but could not help me with the GoWireless charges.FOLLOWUP: I changed my rating to 4 stars after Nicole, District Mgr for GoWireless, called me and resolved all my issues. She was super helpful and friendly. I chose not to with their VIP plan which IS optional if you make sure to tell the associates at the store you do not want it.

I recently brought my 93 year old mother into the store to see if her flip phone could be repaired . The Assistant Manager, Jordan, greeted us at the door and immediately assessed the problem and replaced the old phone with a new one. He took the time to explain the features of the new phone and showed my mother how they worked. He was extremely patient with her, allowing her work through each step. My mother also brought in her tablet because she was having some problems with it. Again Jordan worked diligently and resolved the many issues with the tablet. All in all Jordan gave us the best customer service we have ever had. Keep up the good work, Jordan. Youre a real asset.

I started working on moving my phone number from one account to a new account on my own after a relationship fell apart. After visiting a corporate store I was told I needed to call the Verizon AOL department to move my number this was a very difficult process that required faxing my drivers license and my SS card to prove who I was. Long story short I walked into go wireless and Curtis and his minions worked for 3.5 hours getting it done and making a good sale from me and doing more for me then the corporate store 2 blocks away I will be coming back because of this commitment to helping me out knowing this was going to take time. The store manager at this location clearly doesnt want to do his job. Never even once said let me see what I can do. So instead we had to call Verizon and do his job for him. Horrible customer service. If he would have just explained things, I wouldnt have gotten so upset. But instead he he just said there was nothing he could do.Will never go back to this store.

Staff is rude and not helpful. This is the second time we have dealt with them. First time the manager came and helped solve the problem in five minutes which took over an hour before he came in, and they didnt help with the issue. He was very helpful,But staff wasnt and just kept walking away and helping other people. Wont go there again.

Im not sure any of these people have actually worked with Curtis. Everytime I go in there he tries to push another product or service on me. Since the last time he helped me, my bill has skyrocketed to $300 a month for my cell and tablet. This after he assured me my bill would be less and I was getting a better deal. Absolutely ridiculous! Never have I had any issues with Verizon untill I walked into this location and worked with Curtis.

Lifetime warranty on car chargers? Yep! Pay the extra. Theyll take care of you. Ive gone through 8 chargers. Theyve replaced it every time. Friendly staff as well.
