I canceled my service but they charged me for service still for over a year and stole lots of money from me. Be careful of these scammers

I like the atmosphere of this T-Mobile store. It is clean, bright, and has plenty of seating. The employees are friendly and professional. When my husband and I checked into pricing we were surprised to know there is a discount for those that are 55 and older. We are almost there! One more year to go! Its a really good discount. I would definitely recommend stopping by this T-Mobile if your shopping around for a new phone, have a question about your plan or a looking for a new innovative company to join.

So I have been at the store 3 maybe 4 times for the same issue. Why a 4? Because Soap, Brady, Juan, Dannie have tarried working all kinda hoops within what they thought would work. They were intentionally and pleasant even in the frustration of what might work (A short span of time at did) Dannie gave me a clue on another issue for getting another issue worked out. I appreciated there calmly working with me. Now I gotta get the issue working.

Great service. The man who helped me, Soap, was knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions.

They were super busy but we were greeted right away and put on the list. Didnt have to wait very long before someone freed up. Jon helped us get setup with a sweet deal for our upgrade. Definitely coming back to this location.

Kristin is the best. She consistently is SO helpful. She goes out of your way to make sure you’re taken care of, answers all your questions & explains them well. Each time I go in there I hope to get her help. She’s funny kind and knows her stuff & gets things done. I was thinking about switching over to Verizon because I have to go off the current plan I’m on but because of her I’m going to stay with T-Mobile & get my own line.

Was greeted by an aggressive male, stating he was the manager. Weve been customers for 8 years and probably purchased over10 phones, all at this location. This guy acted like we were trying to get something over on him by taking advantage of the BOGO offer for new phones. He kept giving us reasons why the deal would not work for us and had an abrupt demeanor. He was incorrect on all counts, including his wanna be alpha attitude.Was then taken care of by a long time employee. She was pleasant and professional, having no problem with helping us take advantage of an advertised promotion.

Sheree was positive, friendly, and intelligent.I had an issue with my phone, and she took care of it. I felt very comfortable with Sheree.

Owen was great, explained everything well and fingers crossed that simple fix will work before step 2 is needed.

Clean, friendly, fast, all questions answered professionally. Got me a new phone switched over with the same number in 35 minutes. EDIT: Came back 10 days later to get a new phone because I was not satisfied, these guys went above and beyond to help me out even though theyre system was lagging and messing up. Enrique, Sheree, and Brady were all very pleasent to work with and they were all very concious of my time spent there. Extremely happy and impressed compared to other phone retail stores. 10/10 would go back for any problems

Depends on who you get. Some people are amazing. Others lie. Lady said manager went home when I called. Pulled into store 5 minutes and was greeted by manager. He was rude saying corporate doesnt do that but when on phone with corporate they said they could make store do an exchange. Then he dismissed himself after arguing our promised replacement wasnt there the day they said it was that he was off and going home. Doors close at 8 but your welcome to stay and wait for no one to be able to help you. Next day different person, in and out 5 minutes.

Ive been to this location a couple times and the customer service was pretty good compared to other locations. Not sure what was going on today, though. I ended up leaving after watching an associate lean on the counter for over 5 minutes instead of helping me.

We took an elderly disabled neighbor of ours, to T-Mobile to buy a new phone. He needs help walking on the rare event he walks. As soon as we were in the door a young man named Juan not only met us at the door to greet us. He brought a chair for our friend to sit on so that our friend didnt have to walk all the way to the counter. He brought his tablet over and did everything right there. I cant stress this enough. Juan was not only helpful, he was kind,patient, and treated our neighbor with respect. Juan never talked down to him. Juan never treated him as an inconvenient customer. I have witnessed people get frustrated helping our friend. I was impressed beyond belief. Our household is not on the T-mobile network but Im thinking we might switch service providers to T-Mobile.

Best T-Mobile store in the city. Dont waste your time at the others. Come straight here. The retail manager is wonderful. The mobile expert who helped me (Sheree) was wonderful. Five stars without doubt.

So whoever was working at this sleater-kinney Lacey store approximately 12 p.m. on July 24th just lost a $1,300 sale in cash and the reason why is when I asked him how much is series 5 watches is he says theyre too far over there for me to go see are you kidding me.

Staff immediately greeted me upon entering the store and asked if he could be of assistance in a very pleasant manner. He was patient and thorough and listened to not only the issues I was having with the phone, but the little stories I had to tell about how I came to be so attached to it. Truly a wonderful experience with an outstanding service provider.

Overall, great service. Just did not have a 1 tb SD card for new phone.

I walked into the store and was instantly greeted by the employees. After explaining exactly what I was interested in, Owen knew just the right phone and package for me. The staff is great but the wait.... Good god you will spend an hour waiting on a good day. Like now for instance Ive been here 45 min and they have only been open an hour.

Service is always top-notch here. This is an actual corporate store, which I find do a better job of taking care of the customer than the private stores. Big thanks to the staff here for always doing their best to take care of me.

Glad to be back with TMobile, but a little disappointed to find our previous 4 line lower cost family plan deal (4, lines $140.00 all costs included) no longer available. So had to take the 2 line senior plan, but thats now gone up to $100, 10 dollars more then we are currently paying on another 2 line senior pan we still have. PLEASE OFFER UP ANOTHER 4 LINE ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN FOR $140.00! AFTER ALL.... WE ARE SWITCHING FROM ATT BACK TO TMOBILE BECAUSE TM HAS BETTER SERVICE + HOPING FOR MORE DEALS. WE ARE SENIORS ON A FIXED INCOME! Might add, previous to TMoile 1st switch, we had been long time (17yrs) Sprint customers. Also.... my husband n I are Washington state employees, so going home now to go online an see if we can get a state discount! Hopefully. Feel free to contact me about a plan thats cheaper, because wed like to have one bill, not two. Thank you.

Yesterday I tried to purchase a phone and was fed bulls**t from a store rep saying I need to have a $10 insurance on the phone or I cant buy the phone and it is because of people leaving T-mobile by losing/breaking their phones and still have to pay the phone off. I responded to him I know how this works and its like a car purchase, if I wreck my car I still have to pay for it and its by law to have insurance why do I need to have insurance for a phone? After a few minutes arguing with this idiot I left almost leaving T-mobile for another carrier. Luckly I called T-mobile and they said this is a choice we have not something that is mandatory.Make your life easier and avoid this area, they dont educate their employees and you could accidently have something added to your plan when it you have to option of not adding in that feature. I figured out that he was trying to sell me the $10 jump program which I didnt care for and all he really wanted to do was push that sale.

Tough to say goodbye to one phone, talked into another, then be completely dissatisfied. Not much to be done they said, so your stuck? Yang. Know your product, know their policies.

The guys here figured out my problem right away. They were greeting me as soon as I came in and John (I think John was his name) came up to me immediately instead of waiting for me to come to him. Its the little things that really make customer service and these guys and gals know exactly what those things are! This is my second time coming into this store and I wouldnt go to any other wireless carrier if you paid me to!

What a terrible store. the employees don’t want to help you at all, they just do whatever they can to get out then act like jerks when you come in a few hours later because the problem wasn’t resolved. Had such a bad experience with Brady that we are switching phone providers.

Thinking about going with Tmobile- DONT!! Ive been with Tmobile for 10 years +. My husband was deployed to Afghanistan,couldnt get any of his calls and had so many other problems with my phone. Tmobile said buy this $600 phone and your problems will stop wanting to get phone calls from my husband, and needing a phone for obvious reasons, I bought the phone. Ive had even MORE problems, and Tmobile has done nothing for me. They are not only crooks but a bad company all together. They will make your life horrible. Adios you crappy phone company!
