Dont waste your time at this store. They dont want to work and pretty much let you know that as soon as you go in. Right away the employee helping me was rude and I got pushed away to capital mall over the smallest thing I asked them to do for me. Capital mall employees are amazing so just go there.

Had a pleasant experience changing my oil. First time using the lift and the people helped me without any issue. I was provided all the tools I needed to complete a basic old change. Would recommend this hobby shop!

The very kind person offered me the cell phone that I wanted, but I received no good deal, I paid and when I checked the bill, I was paying the retail price, the bill would be the same I felt cheated.5 minutes later I returned to the store to return the transaction and the lady answered that she could not do it, so I had to do it with customer service or through the App, with the App we could not do it, so my husband called customer service to cancel the order and after an hour they did not solve anything. So I filed a complaint with my bank. I just want my money to be returned to my account. I warned 5 minutes later and nobody paid attention.

I can not rave enough about this location and about the sales consultant that helped me! Sharlene M. was absolutely amazing. After a bad experience at the Olympia location by Lowes, where they practically passed me off because the gentlemen there wasnt going to get commission for helping me, Sharlene helped me go from a prepaid account to a contract and able to get an upgrade from S9+ to the S20 Ultra Note like I wanted. All while keeping the number I had for 10+ years. She was knowledge, patient and a huge multitasker helping me along with another customer with kids trying to run around the store. She did it all with a smile! Well as much as you can see through a mask! I hope Sharlene M. gets the recognition for the work shes does, and know how lucky at&t is to have a worker there representing the company so well. Thanks again!!

My phone was stolen/lost so I went in to figure out my options, Morgan was working by herself with multiple customers in the store. She did a great job helping us all out when she could and making the process so much quicker and easier than I thought it would be. Morgan had GREAT customer service, definitely hope she’s there next time we go in!!

I went to the store to buy a phone for a relative. The person who worked with me seemed very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately she charged me for an item she told me she was “throwing in for free”. It cost $50. She even circled the item she said she was giving me. I was so wrapped up in how nice she was, I wasn’t paying attention. My bad. I’m going to have to call AT&T about those now. Now as I’m looking over the paperwork I see other discrepancies too. Funny she said she wanted to provide great customer service so people will shop in person. Not so great if there are hidden charges! Not going back to this location.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. The manager who helped me was condescending and rude. Refused to help me change my service plan and then helped the person behind me while I was still standing in front of them. Manager also questioned my intelligence, which seemed unhelpful to the whole situation.

Andei Lowry at Hawks prairie att is amazing. She is patient, honest and does everything she can to get you set up on your plan how you want. I worked with her once before COVID-19 and had to wait due to closure but when they opened she remembered me and my situation. She is A#1 in customer service!

I arrived at this store (Hawks Prairie) 30 minutes before closing and was greeted by a new employee who said he had to keep the door locked that late in the hours. He unlocked the door And let me in. I explained to him that I needed to get a new phone. He was immediately trying to persuade me to go to another location because they might have “more of what I was looking for”. I was in gym clothes and not sure why he said that. My only guess is that he was trying to close early like he suggested he wanted to do. I then told him I would like to purchase an iPhone and he once again question me to an extent to where I would hopefully not buy a phone. Finally when he decided that I could purchase a phone for around $1200 he sat me down and started going through the process. We even sat there and backed up my phone. The guy closing then requested my ID. I told him I had left it at my office and I had a picture of both sides saved in my phone. He said he would need to call his manager.She declined the picture of my ID and told me it would not work. She did suggest that I could purchase a phone for cash if I did not have my ID. I told her I would pay her the $1200 for the new phone. She then told me she would not take that much money that late at night. Her very passive aggressive manner of talking to me was a little annoying. I told her I could sense she was having a bad day and I would just go.I’ve been with AT&T for around 20 years. Never have I had this treatment. I was ready to go to Verizon with my 4 lines.A simple solution for this branch to not piss off their customers in the future would be to let the person purchasing the phone know that they will need their ID before you starting any process. Also that they have a limit of cash they can take.I think the manager should probably start closing until the new person there is comfortable closing and can answer questions without deferring to a manager.Showing up to a locked door during business hours is not very inviting.

I came to this location to surprise my daughter with a new Iwatch and IPhone. We were assisted by Dre who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We ran into a few issues trying to port a number from a previous carrier. However, Dre was persistent and went above and beyond to resolve the issues. Needless to say we walked out with a new phone and watch and I earned the “father of the year award.” Thanks Dre!!!

The manager that works at this store is so rude and would not even listen to us and spoke over us. This is not the first time we have dealt with her but trust me it will be the last. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at the mall, that’s where I am now. I also emailed the corporate office, after dealing with the store manager we drove all the way to Capital mall ATT and that was a wonderful experience. I don’t understand how or why that woman works there much less a manager. It doesn’t take much to be nice to someone especially since we weren’t there but five minutes. She was rude like this the other times we have gone there too but I thought maybe she was having a bad day or hopefully she wasn’t working this past time we went. The ATT store at Capital mall said four other people complained about the store just this week and the manager. We were treated like trash every single time, I hope the manager gets fired seriously

I went to this store with a billing problem that that was caused when a third party vendor upgraded a phone and changed plans. Marcus was very helpful. He checked with his store manager and then got AT&Ts billing staff to revise the invoice. I thought the store was very orderly and well managed. Thanks for the great customer service.

Zero wait time, and in and out in 5 minutes. Two very friendly ladies cut my moms sim card down to size for her new, unlocked phone. We didnt buy the phone at AT&T, but have been AT&T customers for years. We went to a different AT&T store first and were told that they could not do this unless you buy a phone from them, which I knew was horse manure.

She was amazing and worked hard to help coordinate between two at&t stores in two different states to help my family all my family obtain new phones. I have never received such good customer service from a cellphone carrier. Andei made an usually frustrating process quick and painless. Thank you Andei from my entire family. I went into lacey branch and asked about sim cards for four phones that I have coming in the mail, and going about activating them when they arrived for Christmas. The 2 gentlemen seemed to be confused by my question. One rolled his eyes several times. I had to answer my own questions upon talking to them. Left the store at this point. Would consider other service provider but nun other available in Alaska.

AT & T in Lacey treated me the worst and Drey their employee is a total airhead who doesn’t listen to her customers.I am disabled with recent neck surgery and still wearing a neck brace. All I wanted was to disconnect my AT&T U Verse account with Direct TV Service For two hours, I kept being transferred to the O Zone of being on hold and no one responding. Finally, I was transferred all around so much I called the Lacey, Wa AT&T Store on Martin Way. Drey told me should did not have authority nor did she know exactly who had authority to disconnect my account. She told me to come into the store which I did. My voice was nearly gone then she told me I could sit in her store and spend an hour and a half in the phone with customer service.!I asked her to give me a piece of paper and I wrote down my simple request. I was in a lot of pain after being jacked around for hours.Drey was disrespectful and told me it’s afainst AT&T policy to handle my request. I was told this avoidance behavior was to discourage me from disconnecting and informed her it’s unprofessional to treat me this way.Drey has zero manners or professional behavior. I left my written request and called her back when I returned home. This little airhead disrespected my rights and did not here one word I said to her.All Drey did was refuse to help me and made false claims to be handling her store.I finally got through after calling billing and telling them I’m not paying one cent after today.Drey is as phony as they come and is in the wrong business.I’m done with AT & Tvand Direct TV for good.Buyer BEWARE

First of all, these four stars are for the amount of effort that went into fixing me and my boyfriends billing issue. ESMARELDA, who works at this at&t, and FRANCIS, head supervisor at 611, both went above and beyond to help straighten out the issue that a lying, decietful, greedy and forgetful employee here did. If it wasnt for them, i would give this store NO STARS... Read to the end please, because this is why:I dont know her name. But shes white with brown hair. I understand phone companies pay by commission. Still NO excuse to lie.I asked brown haired girl about a month ago if adding my phone line to my boyfriends would have any hidden fees. Im already with at&t, i just want to be added to my boyfriends line. She said no. We went with adding me onto his plan, thinking wed only pay no more than $194 monthly. Fast forward to today, a month or so later. Our new bill came out to $311!! You read that right, $311!!! Infuriated, me and my bf drove over to the store. Esmeralda was open minded, understanding and patient. After she looked over our bill, she told me to call customer service. The first lady who picked up didnt help me. I personally, would never want to bother anyone at a supervisor level, but the situation called for it. Francis, who actually helped me because she has authority, explained what the brown haired girl didnt. Francis explained why it was $311, what pro ration charges are and so on. She had to confirm with brown haired lady that she decieved me, because this wasnt my fault.SO, if you go here for anything, I hope Esmeralda or someone else honest can help you. Every phone company will try to get more out of you so youve got to be aware of this. If Esmeralda and Francis didnt help me, I wouldnt be as nice about this place. Age doesnt matter, im only 20. Just always ask about any FEES to be aware of okay...You never know who to trust these days.

Ive gone in on several ocassions and everytime they only have one person working (mid day) and i wait an hour to still be waiting and ultimately decide to leave. On the two ocassions i have been in when properly staffed i am greeted by a rude female manager who says they cang assist with any account issues because theyre not a corporate store why be a store at all Dont go in. Itll be a waste of gour day dont go to capital mall either The most helpful staff are at the at&t by thw tacoma mall. The only people who didnt tell me just to call the at&t customer service line
