Walked in to upgrade my phone and was refused service because of a mask. when they sit behind the counter with the mask under their nose. unprofessional service all around, not the first time here but definitely my last.

I do not recommend buying anything from this store and supporting their business. Employee was not knowledgeable about products and plans, when I questioned her she was very rude and snappy with me. Did not make eye contact and sat at the counter on her phone. Terrible customer service. Went to the store on the west side and was greeted politely. Throughly explained plans and details. I spent over $1,000 in that store and was willing to do the same at the other had they not been so disrespectful.

This store is unreal! not only were there hidden fees that the SALES MAN didnt tell me about, he also added insurance that i had never asked for and said he was going to throw in a free case then charged me 25 for it! what should have cost me only 30 dollars (ACTIVATING the free phone) instead cost me 149 dollars..... slimy a#% f$%

I didnt even make it in the store. I called them and spoke with a man first and got hung up on twice. I wasnt being rude or using profanity. No reason to be hung up on. I called again and a lady answers and refused to give me the 1800 number and their names. Horrible, horrible customer service!!! I would give them 0 stars if it were and option.Do go to the Hawks prairie location off Marvin Rd. Ron that works there is amazing!!!

Nancy at Slater Kinney rd store was the customer service representative when i called to pay my bill. She was rude and hung up the phone on me when i told her of my problem paying my bill. I called back confused as of why she hung up. When i realized it was intentional That she hung up!! And she hung up on me again..Then i called once more to complain to a manager she said she Was The Manager and HUNG UP AGAIN.... AND ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS PAY MY BILL.... Eventually i spoke to a different store and they stated theyve had many complaints about this Nancy. Corporate was called and they said theyll take care of this unbelievable disgrace she brought to the business of metro pcs. Dont go to this store for ANYTHING..

This Metro has a certain a certain employee that either does not like their job or has no idea what he/she is doing. This person is not new. I went in to upgrade and the employee knew nothing about the phones . It seems to me if you work at a phone store you need to familiarize yourself with your products. The switchover from old phone to new went smoothly.I went in another time to pay my sons bill. Same employee. 3 times I gave this person the password, even spelling it. Three times I was told that wasnt it. The other employee peeked at screen, gave the first an odd look and said thats it Pull your head out honey. Lol. Metro is an awesome company with great service this was just a fluke Im sure.

My experience with Customer Service was less than adequate.I have been in this store about 3 times and the bigger lady has had a rude, unknowledgeable, and lazy attitude toward me. I walked in today, there was only 1 lady working and 3 customers, I made 4. We were all standing around looking at each other. The lady finally spoke to the 1 customer she was helping at that moment. She made eye contact with me but said nothing. Then one of the other customers stood up and asked her a question. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes. Finally, I said Are we waiting for something? The lady said... Yeah Im connecting his service. I asked if she knew how long that would take, and she said I dont know.

Sophia and Nancy are Absolute RockStars! I drive from deep West Olympia, passing 3 MetroPCS, just to get help from the best in the business. Ive had every provider there is and the crew at the Lacey store is the sole reason I use MetroPCS. Thanks girls you both deserve raises and Im bringin ya donuts asap

Copied from my BBB complaint.. And no apology was ever issued.On June 10th, 2016 I went to the Lacey Washington store in the Fred Meyers pavilion. I had originally went into the store because overnight, my phone had done a factory reset on its own. Knowing that I could not use the phone for 4 days until it resets, I wanted to get a cheap working replacement phone to last those very few days. From the beginning the manager(he said he was the store manager- turns out he was not) convinced me to spend 39, instead of 29 to get a more reliable device. This is when the problems started. I took my NEW phone, and went to the zoo with my son. At the zoo, the phone did not work correctly AT ALL, it was shutting off, the camera malfunctioned, and I could not use many of the apps I returned to the store LESS THAN TWO HOURS later, where I was rudely told ALL SanS FINAL! I asked for his manager, as I had only had the phone for LESS THAN TWO HOURS- He informed me he WAS the manager. He instigated that it was my fault, and was going to reset the new phone. I told the associate to not factory reset until the pictures that did work were transferred to my google drive--he reset it anyways and I lost the pictures. He saw that the phone was not working correctly first hand, but said some features I said did not work were working (instigating I made it up)After arguing with him, he said he would order me a replacement that would be there in 4 days- Now keep in mind I only went to the store because my original phone was to be locked for 4 days, and I went and spent $60 (after taxes, and fees) at this store for him to tell me that he would order me a replacement. Finally he admitted he was NOT the manager and called his manager His manager told him no exceptions--That it was MY fault, and I cannot get my money back due to the device malfunctions because it happens all the time and it is not metro PCS fault, but the company who makes the phone. Finally after arguing with that manager reminding him I had the phone for LESS THAN TWO HOURS, he tells me I can either wait for the replacement, or I can have a CHEAPER phone, and in turn they will keep the difference. (As in I paid for a $40 phone, but since THEY were inconvenienced with my complaints I can have a $30 phone). I was so distraught from the un-cooperation and the eye rolling, as well as snarky remarks from both the associate who said he was the store manager, and the actual store manager that I agreed to take the cheaper phone and essentially let them pocket the $10 inconvenience fee that he had made up. Upon getting the new $30 phone, before I signed anything I told the associate I wanted to make sure it worked. THE PHONE WAS BROKEN RIGHT OFF OF THE BAT. The f and the s key did not work. I believe they gave me a phone that had already been returned due to complications in retaliation. After saying that I did not want a phone with an f and an s key that did not work in some of the apps the associate then told me well the microphone feature works why cant you just use the microphone? He argued with me that I should just use the microphone and the keyboard isnt important. I told him I worked in a state office and cannot use a microphone feature all day. After saying that he continued his general smirk, and eye rolling as if I was an annoyance, and stupid. I also replied that I am spending money for a NEW WORKING phone, and that is what I would like to receive- a WORKING PHONE. He continued with basically talking down on his own product he was endorsing by saying what more do I expect with such a cheap phone, and NO ONE ELSE complains like ME when they get the phone that it is a personal problem He then called his manager again, and he manager spoke to me on the phone telling me that I am unpleasable and that I could have my money back- Keep in mind that I originally paid $40 for the first non-working phone that they replaced with a $30 non-working phone. The associate only wanted to give me my $30 back.

This is a terrible place. Because it was quite unpleasant to try to upgrade the cell phone rate, which was silent to customers who were trying to sign up for a cell phone. I signed up for a $40 single plan, but one day I was charged for $60 and a message came, but this is not possessed by a ghost, and if communication is not possible, I should use a Korean interpreter or not, but I am not only doing business with Americans. And dont ever sign up with this branded telecommunications company because the service is messed up and youll use 10GB of data. If you set it up, youll be able to use it like that. Why go outside and set it to data mode, so the internet doesnt burst and youve been stressed out once or twice. . Never use Metro by T-Mobile here!!!!😠😠😠😠😠
