Went in to “look” at a Palisade because I wasn’t convinced it would fit four car seats. To my surprise, it does!! Our salesman Kevin was very helpful and so patient with me. I took several items to stuff in the back to really see what it could hold. I love the way the Palisade looks and the way it drives. The entire Roger Beasley-Kyle crew was amazing. Thank you Tim, Jordan and Kevin for another smooth Beasley transaction! This is our third Hyundai vehicle and second time working with Roger Beasley. Extremely satisfied and I’m sure we’ll be back when we need another vehicle.

This was the best experience Ive had buying a car. They were super quick to respond to my inquiry. They were patient and very transparent in answering all my questions. Ive been coming here for about a year. I love them!! When I moved to South Austin, I originally went to South Point Hyundai and I hated it. Then I came here and theres such a drastic difference. Everyone here is respectful and professional. You feel good and confident about handing your keys over. They stay busy but they handle it well-- very organized and the premises are well maintained. Their waiting area is spacious and accommodating-- drinks, snacks and a nice large screen TV. The restroom is always clean and youll often see the cleaning staff working while you wait. Every service agent is wonderful. They report to Carfax and promptly report to Hyundai also! Sounds insignificant but all dealerships dont do that! Theyre meticulous, fast and caring. Finally, when you call, they answer the phone promptly and if they transfer the call, youre not holding forever! As long as I live nearby, Ill never go anywhere else. The only way it could get better for me is if they gave a complimentary wash with each service over $100.

Tim is a great guy. I went in with a lot of preconceived impressions of Hyundai dealerships. I was expecting an average level of sales service. But Tim and everyone at this dealership is great in the customer relationship. They even home delivered my car. There was a long wait for the 2022 palisade, and Tim kept me updated every few weeks. I got a great deal and a fantastic first impression. Kudos to the whole team to prove me wrong about what people used to say about Hyundai dealerships. 10/10 will shop again.

I was on my way to San Antonio so stopped by to pickup my license plates. (You can also have them mailed to your address). I was greeted when I walked in by a young lady whom I spoke to on the phone and my sales rep Christopher Mejia . He asked how I was enjoying my new Santa Fe and if I had any questions. I love my Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 T. It is so much fun to drive. I dont miss my V-6. This turbo is very peppy. I get way better gas mileage. my plates and inspection sticker were installed and I was on my way. Very friendly staff, great service and easy to get to. Roger Beasley Hyundai is at exit 210 on Southbound I35. Then take the turn around and go northbound on the access road. Its on the right.

Im horrified by the treatment and poor level of service that my younger sister has experienced here. She went through hell due to the unprofessionalism of employees at this dealership. My sister has experienced both financial damages and emotional distress. Its my sisters 1st car, and the person overseeing her case would never reach out with any updates and took 1.5 months to investigate the engine issue on it. Who takes that long diagnosing a problem in almost a brand new vehicle under warranty? This whole ordeal costed my sister over two thousand in rental car fees, and she was lucky to keep her job after losing her transportation. The manager at this joint was also rude enough to yell at my sister and to threaten her with the police in the hallway in front of the other people. The customer service team told her to stop by the managers office that day with some receipts, but she was met with hostility in the lobby. Thats so uncalled for and very disrespectful. Just because my sister is foreign and timid, it doesnt give them the right to intimidate her and treat her like that. I dont even know how this place gets all these five stars.

Roger Beasley does service very well, no matter the location. I usually take my SUV to the New Braunfels location but they were booked for weeks. The service department at this Kyle location were also booked up for weeks but graciously allowed me to drop my Hyundai off to be seen in between appointments. I was updated every single day on the status of my vehicle and by day 4 the issue was found and resolved. The pricing is always fair and I have never felt pushed to purchase any unnecessary services. Roger Beasley is by far the best Hyundai service department in this area and I will continue to give them my business. Good job yall.

This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve made. Did a lot of research, found that they had a couple of options, so I reached out to them online. I got an immediate response and set up a time to test drive. Made my choice and was outta there in no time. I also had a trade, that they offered a fair price on based on the KBB trade in value. Love LOVE the people! Everyone is super friendly and treats us like family. Weve never experienced pushy sales tactics. They are straightforward and will get you in and out when you need. We traded in a 2020 Palisade for a 2021 - not because we were unhappy but because we became addicted to all of the cool features and technology upgrades. We only service our car at this location and appreciate the thorough checks they do with video inspections of the outside and undercarriage. Tim is our guy and is top notch. He makes us feel at home and always says hello when we are there. We love our Hyundai vehicles and are proud to be part of the Roger Beasley family!

They did an excellent job fixing the problem on my car, which another Hyundai dealer had not fixed properly.My one complaint is they do not have a shuttle service, of which I was not told. Make sure you have a ride if you are dropping off your car!

I just bought a Santafe Sel from them. I drove all the way from North Austin. I would like to share my experience, firstly this is my first new car after driving my previous one for almost 8 years. These guys especially Tim and Michael make it so easy. They are too friendly. Secondly, they have very nice inventory and lots of variety. Last but not the least price is what they say and that matters a lot. They dont try to sell everything, just what customer need.At the end I realize it was worth driving 1 hour.

Roger Beasley went above and beyond for me. I called to see if they had the car I wanted in stock. They didnt but got one delivered within hours. I didnt get approved till the next day, but i had to work a 13 hour shift so my salesperson Michael delivered my car and papers to me while I was at work on his day off! I saw my car online on Monday and on Thursday I drove it home! My salesman David drove all the way to Georgetown to pick me up so I could take possession of my car ASAP. Now thats customer service! My only regret is that I cant get my car serviced there, because I live too far away. A Kia dealership said theyd have to add $3000 to the car price because of Covid. Not Roger Beasley! I will buy all cars in my future at Roger Beasley Hyundai.

These people are amazing! I had trouble with another shop in Round Rock, TX. The car was there for a week and nobody even looked at it. They tried to tell us that it was the engine and we should sell the car. (Without even looking at it.) Then I called Roger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle, TX, and they were amazing from the start, they kept me up to date on when the car got there. Within 2 days they had the full diagnostic and price for me. Two days later they had it fixed and ready to pick up. Will start going here for tune ups and anything else with that goes wrong with the car.

Despite a few unforseen hiccups it was a very positive experience. Chris my salesperson got my payment down to where it needed to be and I feel I got a good deal. The car needed a little servicing which they took care of with absolutely no hassel. It took a little longer than expected but Brandon(service advisor) and Roosevelt(used car manager) made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely buy here again. Great job guys!

Called to see if they had a particular car in stock. I was told they did have the car, it was available and I told them I would be on the way. Upon arriving I entered the dealership, with there being several employees behind the front counter talking, with others walking around. No one bothered to acknowledge us and after standing there for a bit I walked up to the group of employees and asked if someone could help with a car. After finally getting help, we learned the car we were after was not available. One hour drive all the way out there for nothing.

Seriously the BEST Hyundai Dealership I have been to since owning my Sonata for 10 years! I called yesterday to make an appointment and was able to be seen next day ( which was today). All other dealership told me there was a 5 day wait plus I would have to leave my car. My airbag light would not turn off and through extended warranty they were able to get my car fixed in two hours! They are very professional and I will be switching my services to this dealership. The only Hyundia location in central Texas that can take care of your car without waiting a week or more. Got the car towed in on Wednesday it had a misfiring cylinder, got it back the next day and they did the brakes too. It would have been 3 days for another dealership to even look at it.

Update: The Sales Manager contacted me and I truly appreciate his sincere effort to provide us better service. Our son has since decided on a different make of vehicle but I do believe that the Sales Manager would make good on his efforts to improve the customer experience at his dealership....In the three times over the last three years that we have walked into this dealership, we have gotten the worst customer service every single time! If you arent going to buy that day, they wont even help you. They dont care about getting your business. Of the three times we have gone in, we decided to buy somewhere else because the sales people either acted like they didnt want our business or wouldnt come down so much as a dollar on a car! They ran our credit and told us we had an approval for a vehicle. While we were sorting out what paper work the bank needed they sold the vehicle to another person. Even drove the 2 hours there to finish paper work and was never told that they had someone getting the car. We literally were standing in the dealership with the other buyer and they told us we weren’t getting the car. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! They did not show any remorse or anything. Basically told us oh well. Beware of this dealership. They WILL run your credit and they will sell it before you can finish paperwork on it.

Not enough words can express how grateful I am to have bought my car from Roger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle! They truly care about providing amazing service and they really go above and beyond for you! Id never owned a car before so I was quite intimidated by the whole process initially. Having had dealt with the headache of the national car shortage due to Covid and just the overall annoying experiences from other dealerships in the Austin area, I decided to expand my search to Roger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle and Im soooo glad I did! They made the entire process a breeze and were willing to work around my budget and needs. I ultimately got a 2021 Hyundai Elantra and they even delivered my car to my home free of charge! I would recommend them to anyone, especially those that are buying their first car or have never bought one at a dealership before. This was by far the absolute best car buying experience of my entire life! I had Brady as my salesman. HE WAS AMAZING! The entire crew there was really helpful with my purchase. I honestly can’t believe how easy buying a car can be when buying from the right dealership. The entire process was so chill I never felt pressure to buy. The only issue was on my behalf for using my own financing. I’m definitely going through the dealership next time! They also did an amazing job with all the covid precautions.

I purchased a used car in December. At the time, they could only find one of the key fobs to my car. They promised me that they would have a second one made for me and that they have a man/business in San Antonio that makes the keys for them. Well, it has been over 3 months and I still do not have the key nor has anyone even called me back to rectify this matter. I have left 7 messages. On a positive note, Payton, is a sweetheart and went out of her way to assist me with my license plates and registration. Thank you Payton.

So pleased that I made the decision to go to Roger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle! Customer service was amazing from the moment I first contacted them. Tim was so quick to respond to my email to get things started and Don answered all of my questions before coming in and made sure someone would be available the next day. Michael Ford was such a great salesman to deal with! He too answered the million questions I had and also helped me feel more certain with my decision. He also kept me laughing the whole time. Jordan the finance manager was also so awesome. He was so sweet and funny! And the surprise you get at the end with all of the great rewards, was almost the best part! They also worked with me on my trade in that I was so happy to be out of! These guys definitely changed the way I view car buying and I will purchase all future vehicles here.
