Everyone here is very nice. I have taken my car here many times and there is never surprise costs or incomplete work. They are great about just doing what you asked but letting you know if something else needs to be taken care of and truly how soon. I would recommend Chaps to anyone.

Terrible place, took my car, they had it for 2 weeks and they didn’t do anything to fix it only made me waste my time and money. They charged me for a bunch of diagnostics only to not even attempt repairing my car. They did not have knowledge or experience. Did not know what they were doing. If they would just have told me that from the start I would have appreciated their honesty but they didn’t. They just wanted to scam me. It’s sad what greed can do to people/companies. Do not recommend, look for an actual honest/knowledgeable place to go to other than these scammers.

Ive only had my vehicle inspection done here but Ive enjoyed the experience. The staff are very friendly. I am liking having to make an appointment for the inspection! It was a quick in and out.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with any of my vehicles. Daniel goes above and beyond to maintain and make sure my vehicles are road ready and takes care of all my needs. By far best automotive shop around.

I purchased a truck from Daniel that was advertised with 108,000 miles. This was also on the odometer. Come to find out that the truck had over 170,000 miles on it when I bought it from them. When I confronted them about it, they basically told me I shouldnt trust what they say is the mileage and its up to me to find out if it is accurate. They refuse to take any responsibility for their deception. Dont purchase a vehicle here; you dont know what you are getting and they do not stand behind it.

I paid almost 1,000 for their repairs and then the same problem came back and they tried to charge me another 2,000 saying this was a new problem when it was not. They tried to play me for an idiot because of their own incorrect diagnosis. There’s better, cheaper places to visit.

The owner Mr. Chapa took great care of me Ive never had to take a car to get a repair or experience having to rent a car but he helped me out and even gave me a ride to the rental place. I had just bought a Dodge Challenger and 2 weeks in got into an accident and their repair made it look as if nothing happened definitely recommending this place to all friends and family.

Chapa auto was outstanding. Ive never been in an auto accident and I contacted a local company and Daniel was able to walk me through everything and Educate me about the process along the way. I highly recommend this body/ repair shop.

As a full time driver I went in for a simple rock chip repair and oil change that was november. Since then Chapa has become my shop of choice. Daniel works with my driving schedule and gets me in and out in a timely manner and within my budget. So far they have done oil changes, brakes, hubs and even replaced a damaged seatbelt. I have been more than satisfied with the service.

I received excellent service at Chapa Autocraft. The owner explained everything; the repair was great; and they even detailed the car! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good autobody shop!

Went here for an insurance claim and they took twice as long to repair my truck and kept adding on repairs ...once i was able to pick up my truck they for got my tow hitch in the shop, but luckily I saw that it wasnt on. I was trying to bring local shops business but they tried and squeezed every penny out of the repair.

I was referred here by 4-way, and was sorely disappointed. They took over a month to fix my vehicle, and when they had finally completed it they didnt have all the parts and said they would mail them to me. Still havent received them. Six months later, the vehicle cant pass inspection due to a mountain of work that was untouched from the accident or poorly repaired.Dont bother with these guys. All theyre going to do is cost you a boatload of money in the long run.

2nd time using Chapa Autocraft, had them repair some paint and clear coat, looks awesome. They even fixed some additional things that I didnt ask for. Will go back anytime I need any work done. Thanks guys.

I reviewed them about a month ago and will post pictures soon, Chapas had my wifes Chrysler 300 for close to two months, charged us over 3,000.00 they were suppose to done a lot. however they broke the trunk latch, put old spark plugs back in as well as coil packs, lost the brackets next to the heads, after 2 days the check engine light came on. problem was it needed new spark plugs. wow didnt i just hand you over 3 grand..
