I was very please with the work preform on my vehicle. The service writer Hollie was very professional and kept me informed of the status of the repairs being preformed. My vehicle repairs were completed much sooner than I anticipated. I have unfortunately had the pleasure of using AMM Kyle twice for auto body repairs. I was highly satisfied with both experiences. I would definitely recommend the shop.

AMM provided us hail damage repair. My truck is back to perfect. Its almost impossible to see any remnants of the hail storm. They started by setting expectations, then delivered early and with beautiful work. We had a small issue and they stepped up without hesitation and took care of it immediately. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Was very happy with the turn around time on my vehicle. Great communication and assistance with the insurance claim. Found two small spots where there paint was clumped up and sitting high, but it wasnt noticeable from a couple feet away so I didnt complain.

Body work was great and professionally done, however I got my car back with a blown out $800 sound system which was working fine when they received it. Contacted them and was told that they wouldn’t break it because touching the stereo is against their policies. Guess it magically got put on the highest bass level and blown out when they did body work. Thank you AMM collision for the great customer service, honesty, and reminder to never come here again.

We went to them to replace my bumper last year. They did a pretty good job but didn’t tell use we were missing a fog light until we were done and we found it back home in our garage.I went to them again for an estimate and was called Honey and Sweetheart multiple times. It was very patronizing and I didn’t go back.Update:He apologized and it really was addressed by management. Thank you.

These guys are absolutely amazing. First time ever having to use a Collison Center after a car collision and made the entire process smooth and easy. They were always available to answer any concerns when asked. The other party who had hit me were insured with 3rd party out of state insurance who took a month to get my car into this shop. The shop was ready on day 1 to handle the car and as soon as they got the car they had it back on the road within less than a week. There fast, professional and ontop of all that they washed our car and cleaned the exterior before our arrival for pickup. From start to finish they had exceptional service and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I personally had Louie as my representative and he was professional from the very beginning. Dropped car off here for an insured accident repair, staff was extremely forthright and friendly, including giving me tips on how to fix some unrelated paint wear and tear myself, without spending an arm and a leg. Repair was done on time, with zero hassle. Beautiful results!

Took my car here, was extremely skeptical since most insurance companies are just trying to make money. I was told to use this company by the insurance company. I didnt know anything about it. Drop off was quick and easy... but pick up was amazing. They finished my car quicker than expected and it looked awesome. They even carefully removed my window stickers and placed them on the new window. They vacuumed and washed my car and also cleaned the inside of the windows that were covered in puppy nose prints. It started raining when I was moving my things over from the rental. 2 men that worked there came out and helped me. Awesome experience... would definitely use again.

Auto was fixed timely. A grommet was on floorboard of passenger side and driver door was dirty on the inside. Otherwise work was good.

My experience here was amazing! They were able to take my car right away and I got it back in 2 days!! They even set up the rental car to come straight to me. They also felt with the insurance themselves. Overall an amazing experience. Oh, and the repair looked perfect as well!

I was rear ended by someone, and once their insurance finally accepted liabilty, I found this place. They were very quick, efficient and had my car ready in under a week. They kept me informed at each step and handled all the paperwork, which was a relief to me. I hope I dont have to use them again, but if my car needs another repair, these are the folks Ill be using.

This place really saved my car. I had really messed up my 370z in the rain one night. I called Blake Kerns the next morning and he helped me right away!! Within 2-3 weeks they had my car looking brand new again! Blake is the most pleasant person to work with. He will do everything is his power to help you out which goes for the rest of the company as well! I had heard good things from others about AMM so when I needed someone to fix my car after an accident I took it there. From estimate to completion they did an amazing job. Great communication and customer service and my car was like new when finished. Hopefully I will never need them again but I would definently use them again and recommend AMM to anyone needing that type of service.

Everyone went above and beyond to fix my car after hitting a dear (gotta love those country roads at night). I had an issue with my headlight randomly turning off and on. The first time I took it back, they double checked the bulb, wiring and everything. It started working but, of course, the next day it was out again but by then, it was the weekend and I had to make due.My husband returned with it the next business day. They took it in and spent a few hours on it. They gave my husband and ride home and after finding the issue (they wouldnt stop until they figured it out) they DELIVERED the car to our driveway!I couldnt be more pleased with the service and attentiveness that they provided and will continue to use AMM for all of my repairs. Side note: I have also used the Manchaca location who were equally helpful after someone T-boned me and recommend them just as much.

I need to have my door opened from some one hitting the front of the car. 1 shop quoted me $250. This shop told me to come in to have them take a look at it. The gentleman fixed in 5 minutes for free. I strongly recommend them for their honesty.

I took my car in there to repaired from an accident and I thought they did a great job. They gave me great customer service and also sent me updates about my car via text messages. I even received pictures of my vehicle in stages of it being repaired.

Worst car repairs ever. My husband and I were on a road trip when we were rear ended. Our car was taken to AMM collision. They called us to tell us that it would be totaled. Then after talking to the opposing partys insurance company they decided to fix our totaled car. We received it back today and the paint job and the interior is in horrible condition. We could not be more angry or upset.

BEWARE!!!! 72 DAYS!!! They had my Jeep Wrangler 72 days at the end of last year & they were unable to properly fix my vehicle. Where do we start, $11,000 in damage which was payed in full. I was told it would be 3 weeks to repair the vehicle. My vehicle sat at AMM untouched for months. They blaimed the delay on Fred Loya. I filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance who found the delay to be on behalf of the bodyshop not Fred Loya Insurance. My vehicle basically sat untouched for weeks at a time due the extremely long delay in them contacting Fred Loya. When I was finally called back I was told my vehicle had been overlooked due to an employee who left the company to work at Enterprise Rent A Car. I will give credit to the new employee I was assigned to, Louis, every time I called, he called me back. He did his job. He isnt the problem. The problem at this location is the management or in reality lack of. Lets fast forward to when I picked my vehicle up. My hardtop was scratched, I was told I would be receiving a check for that. The check never came. Now lets go over how many times I had to bring the vehicle back. #1, the door was not aligned properly. You could literally see out of the top corner. They claimed to fix the problem. #2 The hardtop was leaking due to being improperly installed. #3 The paint job began to chip at the base of the door & lower body panel due to it being misaligned. They repainted the panel & aligned the door. #4 When they repaired the panel, they got paint over spray on my drivers side door window tint. #5 I brought the vehicle in to have the tint replaced. #6 The tint job was soo poorly done it began to peel. They actually wanted me to take it back there so the same person could re-tint the vehicle. I paid out of pocket for their mistake and had it corrected by a reputable tint company. #7 The front fender flare was loose and also began to get a haze on it. I brought that in and it was buffed out and reinstalled. That brings us to where we are now. Less than one year after having my vehicle repaired at AMM, with 72 days to get the job done properly, I am again having to take the vehicle back in because the paint is cracking. It is literally peeling off of my vehicle. I was told photos would be taken and it would have to be submitted to a manager. The last time this happened in the exact same place on the vehicle they tried to blame me for the paint coming off and did not want to acknowledge that the door was misaligned even though they had to correct this problem before. I was told I would they would NOT repaint that area of the vehicle again even though they claim to have a lifetime warranty. I brought the vehicle back anyway. It is as clear as day that the vehicle was improperly painted and this is not damage caused by myself. As if that was not enough, my rear fender flare is now loose on my vehicle due to improper installation. I have an appointment Wednesday at AMM. In all the visits and calls I have asked to speak to a manager and there was never one who was available to talk to you. This place will give you the run around like no other. I would avoid this place at all costs, save yourself the trouble. They do half ass work with zero accountability for there mistakes. I want you to keep in mind i didnt even bother to mention all the smaller things such as the scratches all over my console and dash or the fact that when I was involved in the accident, we had shaved ice in the vehicle. The syrup from that shaved ice went all over my interior. It sat there for 72 days and when my vehicle was returned to me, I had to pay to get the seats & carpet cleaned myself. When I originally took the vehicle to this location I was told that the interior would be detail cleaned. This place is a disappointment in every sense of the word. And please when you see the generic response that every company responds to a bad review with, dont believe it. Put yourself in my shoes and imagine being without your vehicle for 72 days only to get it back, scratched, stained and not properly repaired!
