Great car buying experience! We had already done a lot of car shopping so we knew the exact vehicle they had that we wanted. However, living 1.5 hours away we needed to work most of the deal by phone before making the drive. While getting the deal we wanted was not achieved directly through the sales person (understandably so) with one email to the sales manager we were contacted immediately and closed the deal. Pick up and signing was smooth and seamless. Great staff and great customer service! We would definitely buy here again!
I feel that I missed an opportunity to the best experience that I will ever have at a car dealership. The deal, the process was quick and easy. That is until we had to go in to sign the paperwork. Due to the dealership being short handed, we had to wait for a couple hours just for an available person to do the paperwork. I understand that everyone is short handed right now but it just stinks that my best car buying experience was ruined shorthanded businesses.

This is the second car we have purchased from Harper Infiniti. Everyone there was very helpful. Our salesman, Christian Ponce, was outstanding! When we purchased our first car, we were so surprised at how smoothly things went. When we returned a second time, the process was just as smooth and almost too easy for buying a car! Had engine oil and filter changed, along with recommended checks for 60,000 miles. The wait time was reasonable, the customer lounge area is very comfortable and the service rep reviewed a couple of items that may need attention in the future, like brakes. Overall it was a very good experience.
Made an appointment to replace my wiper blades. When I checked in, I asked if they could also do an oil change. They graciously accommodated my extra request.The waiting room was comfortable, with complimentary drinks and snacks.My car was ready on time, and the work was reviewed with me fully. I had a great customer experience.

Took my infiniti in for an issue NOBODY could seem to figure out. Had multiple different highly recommended shops all come up empty. Was nervous to take to the dealer thinking we were going to spend at LEAST twice as much. I had an idea what the problem was as did everyone else, and then I received a phone call it wasn’t that. Again, expecting even more money. Zak told us that he’d get it figured out and for us not to worry. I received a text a few day later saying it was fixed and it was less than half the price I had figured at the minimum. Zak was extremely professional, personable, and all around great guy. I left there feeling like I had know him many years. I have been in sales for many years, and car dealerships can be somewhat intimidating for even me, but that place has a great environment, people who actually car, and nothing but a bunch of hard workers. I RARELY right reviews, but this one was a pleasure. I want to tank everyone there. Long story short, a mouse decided to eat my wiring harness and one of the harder places to find. 5 STARS!!!!

I drove from NC to come to this dealership for a specific vehicle. I wanted to purchase the car on my own without my husband on the loan but told the salesperson upfront that while I have income, my husband is the source of my funding. After waiting hours, I was told that no one would pick up the loan (after they shotgunned my credit report to 8 different places) I inquired about who my current car was financed with and said “even they wouldn’t do the deal?” I was told that they wanted an additional 11k on top of the 4k I was already putting down. I was slightly confused but said ok and left. We went to the mall nearby to eat at the Cheesecake Factory since we were in the area. While waiting, I decided to call my current finance company to see why they wouldn’t approve my loan. I was told that it was a done deal if my husband signed on- easy as that. I said ok and called the salesman back at Harper Infiniti. I was told that right after we left another salesperson sold the vehicle I was looking at and there was nothing he could do. The entire situation was fishy. I’m not sure what was actually going on but I was enraged that I’d spent hours at the dealership not to mention the hours it took to drive there only got them to pull that. And while I would NEVER tell someone to go to this dealership, they have a sister dealership, Harper Jeep where the salesman and finance people stayed late to accommodate the purchase of the same car I was looking for. Stay away from Harper Infinity. Go to Harper Jeep instead and ask for Eddie Miles.

They said vehicle needed a new engine, took to local mechanic and had hand stopped working and it was out of gas. Engine was fine
You have a choice for service - choose elsewhere. They still charge luxury car prices but you do not get luxury car treatment by the service department. They overly familiar, disrespectful to customers, and take your choosing them for granted. They no longer take pride in their service, even down to the supposed free car wash which we all know is rolled up into the over inflated prices we pay for service. After they have washed it still there are dried bug parts on my windshield and residue on the floor as if it was never vacuumed. All of the automation and supposed conveniences they have have made them assume they can charge outrageous prices and still not treat customers as one would expect at a luxury car dealership. I’ll take my chances at Christian Brothers or Full Service before I go back.And FYI. You should never refer to a customer by their first name unless they tell you to. That’s a customer service basic. I’ve been in customer service work for 25 years and that’s a basic tenant. Harper needs to get back to the basics of what luxury car service means.

I came to get my service done on my Nissan, after hearing the amazing service they have. The gentleman Ryan helped me and broke down all the charges how breaks work, when my tires would need replacement. He never once tried to upsell me or give me a service I never asked for. Beyond amazing! He even offered me a drink upon arrival! Honestly will probably never go to another place for car service after today! He also let me know if a very serious recall on my car!

Ive visited Harper Infiniti a few times while staying in the Knoxville area.The quality of service has always been outstanding with my experience this week being, by far, the best!!! I took my car to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change. On the way home, the fuel intake and acceleration was extremely jumpy. I called Harper Infiniti to see if I could bring my SUV in for service as I would be traveling out of town again later in the week. They scheduled me for a same day appointment. They inspected my SUV right away and quickly found the issue. You guessed it! Jiffy Lube was to blame. Harper Infiniti Service Department had me out the door in 10 minutes...theyve earned my business for future oil changes. Thank you Eric Liner, Mark Byrd, and Matt Klebec!!!! You saved me from being stranded on the side of the road!

We bought our last car about 1.5 years ago from Harper Infinity and were pleased at the time with the fair deal and the service we were given. Yesterday I had it serviced and was reminded again of why we like Harper. The service consultants are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was given a nice loaner car and came back to my newly washed and vacuumed car. Other times when I have chosen to wait at the dealership the lounge has been very pleasant with complimentary drinks and snacks. I wish I could leave 0 stars. My vehicle, a 2018 QX30 with 58000 miles, had the transmission lock up on 4th of July weekend. I had to have it towed to Harper, whom I have never used, because of the location I was at. Call on Tuesday the 6th because they were out, completely understandable/reasonable. Service told me it may be Thursday before they could look at it. Again, very reasonable/understandable giving the long weekend and it was dropped off while they were closed. I had to get a rental from the Tri-Cities airport, as it’s my only vehicle, and was my only option at the time. They told me they didn’t have any available loaners. I didn’t hear anything back from them for a week and got a text about replacing a shifter assembly. Couldn’t get a response for several days leading to or after the text. Friday the 16th rolls around, get another text that my car will be ready the 17th and a wiring harness and something else was replaced in addition to the shifter assembly. Afternoon of the 17th, after driving over 2 hours to get to Harper, have to sit and wait because they have to find my vehicle and wanted to know who I’d talked to to know it was ready. By this point I’d spent 2 weeks and $600 for a rental vehicle for a car under warranty. Harper tells me they’re not responsible for rental reimbursement even though they had no loaner and basically hung up on me. It took almost a month of calling and leaving messages to find out I would have to file a claim with Infiniti and probably wouldn’t be able to recover the amount, even though the vehicle was under warranty. This is the worst experience I have ever had since owning this car almost 3 years. I have exclusively used Lexington, KY and barring dire emergency, I will never set foot at Harper again.
Everyone were friendly and listen to the complaints i had about my vehicle, they check it out and told me it was just my 4 wheel drive was accidentally turned on,i really appreciated the honesty, Mr Eric was the person that help us,but when we drove up we met a van driver for Harper,he show us where to go the he introduce us to a young man he was very friendly he took the keys and show us where Mr.Eric office was at.Everyone and everything was so nice
I had a great experience hereI found out my sale men I knewThey went above and beyond. There was a noise in the front they replaced something that was not cheap and put new tires on it too. It took a little long for someone to paying cash but love the gmc. And Rick was great too. If u need a vehicle go see Rick.Thanks rick

Great facility with an awesome waiting room with free snacks and drinks if you choose to wait. Otherwise they provide a beautiful Infiniti loaner car for free if you book your appointment ahead of time. All the staff are very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be a long time customer!
Exceptional customer service. We sent our son in today to get an oil change. We had received a coupon in the mail. Mothers love coupons. There was a factory defect. They explained everything to my son but somehow it was a little lost in translation to mother. I called and left a message I received a call back and everything was explained to me in detail. That even sent everything in an email explaining the situation. Im so very happy with Harper Infinity. I leased a new QX60 from Harper Infinity and was delighted with the car and the initial service. After one year I had to move out of the country and I wanted to find a way to exit from the lease and turn the car in. Unfortunately, Harper provided absolutely no option other than paying off the entire lease. I could find someone to sublease to but that is a pain to manage from out of the country. I was disappointed that there wasn’t more creativity around potential solutions. It’s your problem. Sorry.Otherwise, they have a great service team and under normal circumstances I would love to work with them. I won’t buy my next car there when I get back though.

The sales and service teams are superior on every metric. I have purchased a QX60 and QX80. Both times were an excellent experience. Service visits are always a pleasure as well. Everyone is thorough, transparent, and helpful. Phillip always makes my day at intake. The waiting area is comfortable with great snacks. Your car is returned shining, too. They are also very generous with loaners and usually give you what you are used to driving when they can. I would never buy from anyone but Harper and neither would my husband.
