I didnt purchase my Acura there, but I had a 2-year warranty left, and they did all my servicing. They were really excellent every time I have been there. The service is awesome. And when its time to trade in the TLX, I will keep brand loyalty as I love my Acura. From the people that answer the phones to the actual technicians that will come up and speak with you, everybody is just awesome!!!

My tire light came on and I searched for the closest Acura dealership, which turned out to be Harper Acura. I had stayed overnight in Knoxville, from Florida traveling to Michigan. As a woman traveling alone, always a little skeptical of how things may go. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and how can we help you. They took my car in to find out what was wrong with the tire. The tire needed replacing. I had the tire plan so I knew no problem. They were courteous and Nick keep me informed throughout my visit until the car was returned to me with a new tire. Everyone who worked there that passed by me, said hello etc. Kudos to Nick for his great customer service. Overall, I felt a great dealership.

This is the first time we have used Harper Acura. We could not have been happier. The service advisor Steven was great and knowledgeable. We were shipping this car so he advised of items that would need attention in 5,000-10,000 so we could make a choice of replacing now or later. Also the battery was replaced under warranty. Great experience.

I just purchased a 2022 Acura MDX A-spec and I absolutely LOVE it! Steven Rhea was my sales person and he’s a pleasure to work with. I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV and very happy with the SUV. No mechanic deficiencies. The salesmen Rickey provided nice customer services. The car was purchased online and delivered to me. The only issue I had was the car did not initially start. The car stated once the battery charged. I did not receive a paper tag for 30 days. Contacted the dealership and paper tag will be mailed.

Took a trip with my 2022 Acura MDX from NY to TN. With only 600 miles on it, half way thru Virginia- my transmission went... dropped it off at Harper Monday morning. Within the hour, I was told I need new transmission, i was put into a Loaner,, Harper staff was able to ship it from Atlanta very next day, in 2 days I had my car back. We recently bought a new to us Acura MDX and the service and experience at Harper was exceptional! After months of researching and searching online I decided to call about the SUV they had listed from the Carfax app (great resource for the used car market). Adam was our sales rep and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help us with no pressure. There was no price haggling madness and the financing manager was also super nice. Weve had the MDX for almost two months and I feel underdressed every time I get in! We went to the beach and our seat slide stopped working, most likely from our son kicking the mat or too much stuff packed. I emailed Adam and he said to bring it by and he would gladly take a look at it. I went in a week or so later and Daniel offered to help me since Adam was not working when I popped in. He got his flashlight our found a small piece that had fallen out of place and got the seat working in a matter of minutes! With some companies, once the sale is complete the incentive to help a client is lost, but that is not the case with Harper Acura. Every employee has been so genuine and helpful! We will definitely be back and I have zero regrets on such a stellar vehicle. Thanks guys! You are awesome!

I brought my car here for a few reasons, one my EPS had to be fixed but due to certain circumstances I had to go elsewhere to get this repaired. 2, my recall and 3 I had my trans fluid flushed and changed. I usually go to Honda for my transmission service simply because it’s closer but last time I went I didn’t get a loaner car for a simple service. Acura had to do my recall so I went ahead with my trans service as well. I was put in a loaner car for the day and thank goodness for that because sitting around doing nothing with a 2 year old would have been hell. They helped me efficiently not only with the services I needed but also with my son. Getting his car seat out and in to a vehicle multiple times while holding onto him would have been a headache. Houston was my service provider and Micheal was the mechanic who worked on my car, yes I pay attention to details. My car was serviced and left taken care of as if it were their own. It was even washed and vacuumed, which I appreciate because we all know how dirty kids are! I was properly informed on what needs to have attention to and what is going to be expected as I finish the repairs on my TSX. My boy even got a sucker... or 2 😃Thanks to everyone who helped me out that day!

During our car shopping a friend recommended that we go to Harper Acura and ask for Joey. Upon arrival we met a salesman Ed Langston who introduced to Joey the sales manager. After listening to what we were looking for and our thoughts Joey had Ed show us a RDX. Before test driving Ed gave a brief overview of the features and their functions. We were allowed to drive the car without a salesman in the car so we could talk freely. We were even given an opportunity to take the car for a couple of hours if we wanted. We also test drove a MDX to compare the two cars. We chose the RDX. . They presented us a fair price on our trade in and a fair price on the car we had chosen. We had researched the car ahead of time and knew the selling price and trade in value. Before leaving Ed went over all of the features for us showing us how things operated and let us know if we had any questions to contact him. We went back the next day to buy mats for the car and the young lady in the parts department opened up 3-4 boxes before she found a set that met their expectations and did not have the minor flaw she was noting in the first boxes she opened. She then took the box out to the car and put the mats into the car. I was expecting to take the box home and put them in myself. Because this car has so many new features we called back 2 days later and asked Ed if he would be willing to go back over some of the features again with us. He took over an hour to go over the features and reexplain some things to us making us more comfortable with the features. They are a top notch company and make you feel like a valued customer.

I couldnt have been happier with the welcome and the emergency service at Harper Acura. While we were on a short trip to Gatlinburg, TN, I hit a curb going a little too fast and blew out the two tires on the passenger side of our MDX. I called Acura roadside assistance and they dispatched a flatbed truck which loaded the MDX as well as the wife and I up and drove us to Harper Acura in Knoxville. The folks at Harper were waiting for us and promptly took care of replacing the tires (had road hazard warranty), checked out the wheels (which were okay), and set the alignment for us. They were waiting on us when we arrived. The experience could not have been better, and I have much gratitude for them all there.
