I purchased a K5 through this dealership in July 2021, and was very happy with the vehicle and purchase process. The sales associate we worked with, Issac, was more than willing to listen to our must have wants and did his best to provide us with a vehicle that met those needs. After an unfortunate car accident less than 3 months later, we again needed to purchase another vehicle. The sales team at Parkside not only remembered the details of the previous purchase, but again did their best to provide us with a similar vehicle, making the replacement process as painless as possible. My 2014 Kia Optima had a completely seized engine, I had it towed to Kia on Parkside. Jordyn Craig (Service Advisor) was so helpful and responded to every email to keep me informed about the progress of my new engine. The brand new Kia I bought from them stopped working less than 2 months after I bought it.When I bought the car, I was assured that loaner vehicles would be covered in the warranty. However when I asked for one they said they didn’t have any available and that the waiting list was months long and had been for a long time.Watch out for Steven Abshire. I get it, you stretch the truth to make a sale, but don’t just parrot “I never said that” over and over. It’s one thing to lie to a customer, but there’s no reason to be rude about it when confronted. Give people the benefit of the doubt. “I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding” is a great way to evade responsibility a without sounding like a kid on the playground. You already made the sale.Also: it took them 10 days to get me my car back. When I picked it up, it turned out they damaged the leather on the steering wheel. I’m still waiting for a call back to see if they’ll remedy the situation.I’m not counting on it.
I had searched in 3 different states for a month or so looking for a new K5 and had no luck anywhere. Justin Dople at Parkside Kia made my dream come true! Not only did he find me just what I wanted, he went above and beyond to make the transaction the smoothest ever! I work about an 1 1/2 hours from this location and was looking to trade my 2018 Optima EX for a new K5. Not only did Justin accommodate all my needs, he arranged the trade in, payment amount that I wanted, delivering my new car to me and having heated seats installed in the new K5. My only regret is that I dont live closer so that I could have the service provided at Parkside as well.I highly recommend Parkside for all your Kia needs!!!!

If you want to waste your time go here. Called about a car listed online for 52k. Get to the dealership and they have it as 67k. When I asked the salesman the price he told me it was 67k but we could see what they could do. I told him all I wanted was a price so I could make the purchase. He refused and said we would have to talk about it. The other dealership gave me the price immediately of 56k. And its a scorpion which is a more expensive model. What a waste of my time.
This is my 3rd new Kia I have bought and has several recalls eveyrtime Ive bought a new car. This time I bought a new 2020 Kia Sorneto and the radiator busted and I had to tow it to the dealership. They were nice and gave me a rental car with my credit card on hold until rental car is given back to them. Now I can get to work in the morning but now out of a brand new car.
This kia has the BEST service department! James, Christina and Matt are always incredibly nice and helpful. They are professional and so easy to get along with. No matter how busy they are, they always have a great attitude and are so willing to help. Went shopping for a new Kia and was shocked that they are adding 3-5k for “market adjustments” to all there new vehicles. Real nice price gauging. I know there is a shortage of cars and used prices. Are up but come on. Msrp at 24k and selling at 28k + tax and tile is BS. I will definitely be buying elsewhere.
I would like to give the sales staff, especially Chris & Victor, a big thanks on helping with an issue I had getting a remote start installed on my 2022 Kia Sportage. I bought this car for my wife @ the end of May & was promised a remote start would be installed. Due to parts manufacturing delays due to Covid, it was very late in coming in. I called & spoke to Victor & within 2 weeks, they had it installed today. Due to the time it took to get it installed, I thought they were not going to follow through, but I was wrong & its now installed & working. I bought a 2022 Kia Sportage from here on July 3rd and still have not received my registration for the car. Now I can understand things happen and I did originally buy another car and went back 3 days later and traded that car in for the sportage, but it is now October. I have called 3 times just this week to find out info on my registration and have not received a call back smh Im over it this is very unprofessional. I guess I will just have to make a trip up there. If this would have never happened I might have given them 5 stars . This experience has made me to never want to purchase from here ever again.
We had the most pleasant, pressure-free, purchasing experience in years. Travis was very attentive to our needs, and the Finance Manager (I dont recall his name) explained, but didnt push at all, all the extra options available. We paid what we expected and the entire process was about as quick as it could have been. All car dealerships should sell in this manner.
Hey everyone in the digital metaverse, I’d like to first say that after reading several of the reviews below, good or bad, everyone of them always gets feedback! That makes us feel good right? Acknowledging that we either loved, liked, or was disappointed and that Ben Burton ( guessing the big wig ) on top of running the whole show and all that entails …. Still makes the time to reach out! So 🙌🤙 to him, in fact all of the Parkside Team, this was my first experience there but something in the atmosphere made me feel this was the right dealership, everyone was busy busy but always took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Almost like the team made sure to over lap each other’s customers offering water, coffee snacks heck my sales associate Brandon Jordan had a good sized fridge full of things for the whole family even yogurts, which I imagined are for mainly children but he offered anyways, hands down best car shopping experience ever!! I may not have a lengthy line of online reviews because naturally that’s not me, however Brandon asked me, that if I thought he’d done a five star job would I leave a review, and because he went above and beyond, from the second I drove on the lot, approaching me with kindness and caring specific questions, not the typical car sales Jargon, really delving into what my needs were,…because honestly I was looking for a Honda they had on there website that had sold a few days before. He didn’t just drop me because the Honda sold he wanted to help me!! I never felt that it was about him making a sale or viewing me as money, not once!! The absolute worst car dealership I have ever visited. I have never met anyone so rude such as the woman in the service department. They will try and manipulate you to purchase things that are not needed. I am a young woman, so I do not know much as far as these sorts of things go, but got charged almost $200 just for them to run diagnostics when I already knew the issue. The lady was very unclear that this price was just for diagnostics. I thought that they were fixing the issue during this time, but instead I was there for three hours just for them to con me out of money. My only issue was that the button to pop open the hutch to my gas tank was not working. All I had to do was manually open it myself to pump the gas. If I would have known I would have had to go through as much chaos as I did, I would not have even bothered. If you need a Kia car dealership do not go to this one in Knoxville.

Most everything is fine. But for 3 years they wanted to give my car a wheel alignmentSince I know something about that and my tires show very little wear I declined. During my latest oil change they now say my alignment and tire wear is great. That makes me suspect all kinds of things and none are good! Thankfully I never paid for an alignment.
I would not shop for a car here as a woman. We went to look a few days ago and the sales person attempted to quote us significantly over the sticker price. I then went home and researched the same car through through the Sam’s Club auto program that guarantees their customers the price quoted on the Sam’s site and it was the sticker price. Contacted the dealer to advise of this and they claimed they didn’t to honor their agreement with Sam’s either. They will not be getting my business. November of last year my brother had a similar experience with this dealership. They quoted him one price and then when he came back with a check tried to add another &500 on. They lost his business too. After my experience, I have spoken to multiple people who have relayed stories of this type of behavior at this dealership while praising the other two KIA dealerships. Save yourself some time and go to the other KIA dealers in town.
I have not purchased a vehicle from them yet, but I am planning on going back soon to do so. Mike has been the salesman that I went to speak to a few months ago and I wanted to give him 10 stars if I could! He was extremely upfront and honest with me, not pushy at all which is so rare and nice to find in a car salesman. His attitude and approach is the main reason I am going to be conducting business with this dealership. Without forcing me to run my credit, we were able to discuss my best options. I’ve kept in touch with him about the vehicle I’m looking for and he’s been great. I will be going in soon to make my purchase and if you’re a new customer you should definitely ask for Mike! Definitely the best car salesman experience I’ve ever had.
My mother took her car in today for a recall. They called her back to tell her that they could not get her car computer to talk to their diagnostic computer. They said they would have to find out why and that it would be $138. Since she is older and did not know better she said ok. Well the tech took one of the fuses out and found a loose wire. So needless to say for a recall that should have cost her nothing cost her $138 due to a loose wire. If they are hurting for money that bad I would definitely stay clear a loose wire $138 just think how much a major repair would be. Also the lady we dealt with was very rude.
These people are the best. Justin Dople and Zack O’Leary went above and beyond to get me the exact car, color of exterior and color of interior that I wanted! Also close to the payment amount that I originally asked for. They went as far as searching other lots to purchase the Kia that I wanted. I can’t thank you guys enough. I love my new car. You have definitely won over the BEST experience with a dealership that I have ever had!! They treated us very well. Told us what we needed to do to get the best APR rating and approval odds. All the other lots that I have ever been to has tried to push other vehicles on me instead of the one I wanted. Not these guys they will do their very best to help you get what you want. Ask for Bobby tell him Isaac personally recommended you, he literally did everything he could in his power to get us out of an upside down. My fiance and I had gotten screwed over by a young man who worked for CarMax, 2 and a half years later we were tired of paying 417.00/month at a 28% APR. Bobby managed to not only get us into a FULLY loaded kia but he was able to KILL off that APR. We now only pay 469.00/month for a FULLY loaded 2020 BRAND new kia and the BEST part is its APR is ONLY 4.16%!!!!😁😁😁😁😁 So please if you truly are considering a NEW gorgeous car please go to Bobby! Even if you have bad or decent credit he will DO anything HE can to HELP you. That is my guarantee or I wouldnt even bother mentioning it.

Wife and I bought a new Kia stinger awd Saturday Was suppose to be my new car but within less than 8 hours wife loves it so much it became our car.. this is our 7th Kia and I was a salesman for Rusty Wallace Kia almost a year... They didnt make much money off me but did sale us the most expensive car we have purchased thus far,and we have bought many... came to parkside because I really get tired of the old fashion car salesman run around of Rusty Wallace and there parking lot sharks ready to attack you... Thanks for doing business a better way...
Go to a different dealership!!! I have had my 2021 Kia Sorento for 5 days and the check engine light came on. So i took it to Parkside Kia’s service department not only did they make me wait 3 hours before even telling me what was wrong with my car, they also removed things from my back seat and didn’t return them (still trying to figure out why they were in my back seat to begin with) When i came back to the dealership less than an hour later to ask where my things were, the sales guy (Justin Dople) was super rude and told me there was nothing they could do for me until tomorrow morning and that he wasn’t going to “deal with my attitude.”Don’t go to this dealership unless you want awful customer service and things taken from your car….

Checked on the vehicles online before driving over an hour. Justin contacted me back from my online inquiry and provided the necessary information on the vehicle I was interested in. I made an appointment with Justin and upon arrival the car was pulled up front and ready for me to test drive. Justin was professional and very helpful. There was never any pressure and he took time to get us the best deal he could to ensure we were happy and confident with our vehicle purchase. I would definitely do business with Justin and Parkside Kia again.
I bought my 2021 Stinger here and it was an easy and pleasant experience. But the real hidden gem is their service department. More specifically their service advisor Kristeena Rutledge. Comes right out to greet you when you pull up for service, extremely friendly and will cut up with you making you feel like you’re dropping your car off a your buddies shop and will be taken care of by someone who cares not just a run of the mill dealership yet she remains extremely professional and gives you the confidence your vehicle in the most capable hands. I bought the service contract to have my maintenance done with parkside but as long as they have people like Kristeena taking care of me, I’ll keep coming back long after that has expired.

Please check your contact very carefully when you talk to financing. They sometimes have to work the numbers around to get the loan from the bank, mistakes can happen when they do this. Go in knowing how much your loan should be for. That way you can compare to what they end up with. My contract was unclear, but i was able to work it out with the gm ben. Thank u ben for clearing things up and working with me to resolve the issues. If you have any trouble talk to ben.

Parkside Kia provided us with a wonderful car buying experience. We were given a great deal on our vehicle and I cannot recommend our salesman, Travis McKamey enough. He was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and the different body styles that they offer. He was very friendly and made a point to go out of his way to include our young niece who was with us in conversation which made her feel very grown up. He was efficient with details and made sure to get us the very best deal all in a timely manner which was very important to us as my niece was super hungry! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!
Horrible place to inquire for a used vehicle, not necessarily due to the salesman, but the management is not respectful to potential customers.. management would rather focus on patting themselves on the the back when receiving negative feedback, rather than overcoming the obstacle to obtain a sale to grow.. in my opinion management feels they are doing customers a favor by having a vehicle rather than having customers to provide vehicles for.. avoid this place.. triple triple thumbs down.. AVOID buying your next vehicle here until the owner gets management on the right page..

I have never owned a brand new car before and really didnt think I could get one. I saw an ad the other evening for a Kia Soul and decided to go out on a limb and filled out an online application. I was contacted the very next morning by Steven. He offered to make an appointment to come down to Kia and see if he could accommodate me.Steven was very helpful and I was impressed with his knowledge of the car, a new Soul, and just general information about the companies innovations and new technologies. I would have asked many questions normally but by the time Id think of one hed already answered it. Not to mention he was very polite and extremely professional.I felt comfortable throughout the whole process, which went by quite quickly! I drove off the lot in my new 2020 Kia Soul within a couple of hours of pulling onto the lot. I got a fair deal and am very happy with my new purchase. And who can beat that warranty!?

Unfortunately, I cannot adequately articulate the amount of unprofessionalism we experienced at Parkside Kia. If someone makes you feel slimy and manipulated after interacting or doing business with them, it is because that person emulates those characteristics. I felt that way after purchasing my car from Parkside Kia.This entire experience was wrought with unscrupulous tactics that prey on people who have never bought a car. Parkside Kia took advantage of the COVID market and said they were not “willing to lose money” when they were getting nearly $2,000 over MSRP for a vehicle that is NOT as popular as the Telluride. Let me reiterate again (see my longer review in the photos for the full review) that we were told several days previous by Mike/Carl that the markup would be knocked off, but because he was not present and due to Parkside Kia’s numerous miscommunications, we did not have a leg to stand on.I will not buy from Parkside Kia again, and the only reason we bought our car is that we would be unable to get the car we desired and needed at any other dealership in the region because they traded for it before we ever agreed to buy from them. Otherwise, after this experience, we would have been willing to drive the distance and make the purchase elsewhere on principle alone. We had never signed any paperwork stating that we would buy that car before they started the trade, and their miscommunications cost us.The best summary of the overall car-buying interaction is when we asked about adding a hitch and to ensure a spare tire came with the car. They added on $2,000 for the hitch (which should have been a few hundred dollars for the part with installation) and the spare tire (which we realized already came with the car we were purchasing). They were upcharging and manipulating us at every point they could. We got the car, but the ends do not justify the means. I am happy with the car because of the Kia manufacturer, not because of the Kia sales and financing departments. I am sharing this review after much reflection so that other buyers can know what to expect: you will only be able to negotiate up front with the salespeople (unlike what was common less than 10 years ago to do hard negotiations with the finance department), they will nickel and dime you, and they do not conduct business in a manner to come to a mutually beneficial agreement.Readers: you can see my full review in more detail in the attached photos to understand the extent of why this negative review is warranted and to heed this warning when doing business with Parkside Kia. I was limited by the characters allowed by Google Reviews.

Was looking for a K5 in wolf gray, seen one at 4am online, they were very helpful in starting my buying experience.. Next day was contacted by dealership and set up appointment to see the car. Just purchased a new 2017 Kia from Parkside. I did my research and I must say they had the best prices. They use an internet model and post prices. That is what you pay and no hidden charges. prices were lower than the usual car sites and other dealers and there was no hard sell. Matt Warner and his staff were courteous and knowledgeable.To show you how much, I had a unique situation. I had the credit but I just move back from a tour in Australia, bought a new house in KY, a car in TN and had a NY drivers license. Nightmare ? They filled out all the paper work, got the financing, registered in KY and I walked out in less than 3 hours driving a brand new car. I was impressed. Good job.

I had my car serviced here. Although I am not convinced my problem is fixed for almost 850.00. I give this place 4 stars for customer satisfaction. I want to say its some Super people there at Parkside Kia and the place is beautiful. I was treated very kind. Its a detailed story on my vehicle and I am still not secure on it being solved. 🤦🏽♀️💲

Buying a car is as much about intuition as it is knowing what you are looking for. I was looking for a used Subaru Legacy and had visited ~8 large and small dealerships in the area over 3 days. None of the cars/dealers we visited felt right, there was always something that made me uneasy. I had decided to give up and wait a few months before trying again since I didnt really need a vehicle. On our way back home, we pulled into the Kia dealership just to see what they had. We saw a Subaru Outback that caught our attention and decided to take it for a test drive. I had no intention of buying this car, but had never driven an Outback and thought it would be a good way to end the day. It turned out, this was a good way to end the day. We worked with Brian Q. and everything unfolded from there--it just felt right. He made us feel comfortable and was really helpful in negotiating a price that we felt was fair. After we agreed to buy the car, my partner went home to care for our dogs since it was late. Javier was super nice and stayed with me, chatting, while all the paperwork was completed. Overall, Kia Parkside was great to work with and after a week with my new Outback, I have no regrets.
Had bought a beautiful 2021 Kia Stinger GT2 and found out there had been a $2500 rebate on the car that had not been accounted for and wanted to discuss it 2 days after I bought it.I brought a male friend with me (long time family friend who we introduced as ‘dad’ but was really someone from another dealership) and we sat down with the General Sales Manager Cliff and basically went downhill from there. Cliff never acknowledged my existence even though I was the one who had purchased the car and talked to, really talked over because he wouldn’t let him get a word in, my friend the entire time. He then had the nerve to ask him “is she an adult” while still ignoring me. He refused to listen to anything we tried to say and told my friend to “adjust his attitude” even though he was the one causing a scene in the showroom. At one point we simply asked if we could get a pen and his response was “No” the whole incident was extremely awkward.In all I have never met a more rude person in my life and caution anyone to go there. Thankfully got out of the whole deal, Cliff decided to ask for the keys back rather than do his job. Ultimately ended up with a 2022 version of the same car and saved 4K and $50/month with Rusty Wallace Kia.

I purchased an Optima in February/March. The sale went smooth and easy. Great Customer Service. They even delivered the car to my house. What customer service! I took the car in for its first service (5 month/5k). The Service Department kept us informed and set our expectations perfectly. Car got washed before it was returned to us. Nice touch! When you are looking for a Tennessee Kia dealership to buy from long-distance...a brand new 2020 Kia Soul S in Mars Orange, you are kinda going on the review of others. Our family already had a 2016 Soul and Optima from a local dealership, so...we went back to that dealership....without much success. So, we started talking with Amber in Internet Sales. Eventually I ended up with Justin...the sales manager and finally Matt...the finance guy. Today our car was deliverd and the driver was as pleasant and business like as the other three. It truly was an amazing experience....honestly. Parkside was able to get the exact car I wanted...perfectly. No excuses, no guessing, no back talk....just honesty. I highly recommend that BEFORE YOU BUY ANOTHER KIA, CALL AMBER!
Bought a Kia Soul there yesterday, worked with Aaron White to negotiate the deal, and despite personally having less-than-stellar credit, we worked out a deal that Im actually comfortable with.Fantastic place, fantastic people. The cars not bad, either!Edit 6/8/2018: A couple of days ago, I actually took the Kia Soul in to be traded for a 2018 Kia Forte with the hopes of having my monthly payments lowered. Carlos Martinez VERY patiently worked with me through the deal and also took the time to truly listen to and acknowledge my biggest concern, lowest monthly payment. Id recommend him to anyone wanting to talk to a dealer.Id also like to give special mention to their finance manager, Kimberly Greene. She managed to significantly bring down my payments (about 70 dollars), get me reimbursed for duplicate GAP insurance, and managed to somehow give me six -years- of free maintenance. Shes a miracle worker, to be honest!
I am very satisfied with my experience. I had Jeremy as a sales man. He went above and beyond to put me in a new car. I went in with no expectations and Jeremy was able to get everything that I could have wanted. I would recommend Parkside Kia and Jeremy to anyone looking for a new car.
Horrible place, I would never do business with them again. Its wierd after I did oil change and tire rotation, I had to go back next day and fix tire cause my tire was flat, and theres was an hole but looks they didnt see or maybe they did it itself. Just to go back and charge me over 100$ for it. I would say people pay attention if you have to work with them cause theyll make you tomorrow to pay money that you dont need to pay normally.
They attempted to sell us a vehicle at 6k over the MSRP that the other dealers in the region were offering. We left and went to Kia of Cleveland and got a Telluride for less than they wanted for a Sorento even after adding on all the extra warranties and service plans. There was no sales experience, it was a very pushy process without any give and take. Do not recommend.

I bought a 2020 Kia Soul 10 months ago and now it has less than 15K miles. I took it into service due to shaking when braking. In my experience that has to do with the rotors. I was told the rotors and brakes were fine and the shaking was coming from my back tire. I had to replace one tire a few weeks ago due to damage. I was told since I had one brand new tire and 3 that had 15k miles it was causing the issue. I replaced a second tire which cost over $100 and there is still an issue. Called today and was told that maybe it was the front rotors and they are $150 and if not them then maybe it was the back rotors which are another $150. Seems they need to learn what the true issue is instead of some many maybes... Not everyone is made of money!
My father called them and inquired about a new kia soul for me and told them we would be up there to look at them that Saturday. Shortly after, I called them as well to speak to the same person he spoke to to ask what all I needed to bring. Before I ever said my name the lady instantly knew who I was and was very nice and told me everything I needed. Come Saturday we make the hour drive up there test drive the car I wanted and sat down to do the paper work. They came back and said I was approved but would need a co-signer but I did not have one. I was very disappointed but I understood. The salesman told me to go home and not worry that he would do everything he could to find me something I could get approved for. Come Monday I had not heard from him so I decided to call thinking they were just busy. When I call I get the same lady I had been speaking with and told her who I was and when Id been up there but this time it seemed as if she had no idea who I was and did not seem to be the same helpful and nice person I had spoke to before. She said the salesman was busy and asked for a good number to reach me at ( even though they had all my information). That was a week ago and I still havent heard from them. I understand if you werent able to help, but to act as if you had never heard of me and never call me back made me feel like, as usual I was just a potential sale. I did end up getting financing through my fathers bank and had they called me back they would have made that sale.

Nick Wicker was great!!!! Bought a 2018 Sportage EX for my wife. Was some confusion on final price, but when I went over the paperwork I seen it was my mistake. I feel I got a great price, and this was during the virus. So Nick and his lot manager delivered the car in my home town at no extra charge.So far service has been great after the sale.
