First time customer for alignment on my Ford F150 . First and foremost I am a retired auto-body tech and rarely have my vehicles worked on as I do most repairs myself. Im always skeptical of repair shops. Tim (tech) showed me issues with the control arm bushings and promptly completed the repairs after explaining the process and cost. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff (owners?) are beyond friendly and the whole process was just a great experience. I will be back for all my suspension needs!! Good people, fair rates for an excellent standard of service. The other local auto maintenance shops recommend them for their alignment and brake work. I had my brakes done, and they spoke with me over the phone while it was being worked on to help me determine what I wanted to do versus what could be done, helping me stay in budget.

They do excellent work honest and timely they do a good job in a short amount of time and it would tell you if something else is wrong before they start.

Very honest business. They will only do the work that is needed and will not tell you to get work you do not need unlike, like a dealership would or other chain repair places. Took my car in for an oil change Big O, they said I needed a front end alignment and a new battery. Got a second opinion from Alignment Professionals and I need neither of that work done. I trust Alignment Professionals to be honest do good work, at a fair price. Thank you for being honest and I will be back for any front end or brake work again.

I have had poor results from every other alignment shop in Knoxville on various types of vehicles. I was refered to Alignment Professionals by a friend who h as d used them. Mind you the vehicle that I needed aligned is extremely important to me and NOBODY touches it other than me for maintenance and repairs. Excellent service from some honest people. First of all Pat who answered the phone fit my truck in for a last minute alignment. She was so nice on the phone and in person. Ronnie was the technician who worked on my truck and then was honest enough to tell me that my truck did not even need a front end alignment but just the tires rotated. So they referred me to a local company for a tire rotation and did not even charge me the price of a alignment job they charged me for a inspection fee. Talk about honesty! These folks have earned all my future business all I can say is thank you!

Its so great to have car maintenance businesses that is actually honest, and doesnt try to charge and arm and leg for the service. I called today. And even though they were scheduling out two business days and were extremely busy, they knew I needed to have my car worked on asap, and they fit me in. Not problem. This is the best place I have ever been for brake and alignment issues. At another business I was told that I needed new front and rear brakes. I came to Alignment Professionals for a second opinion. After a few minutes I was advised that I did NOT need new brakes as my brakes were only 40% worn. I couldnt believe it! These very fair, kind, honest and trustworthy professionals won my respect, admiration and recommendation immediately. I was even invited into the shop to visually inspect my brakes. The mechanics took time to educate me and make the appropriate recommendations for future service that may be needed. I am so blessed to know the folks at Alignment Professionals and highly recommend them.

I have been going to Alignment Professionals for 19 years now for all of my vehicles as well as take other family vehicles for any alignment, frame, brakes, struts, etc. with no problems. Its an honest family business and work is done professionally. The pricing is definitely done at proper rates and a heck of a lot better than the dealer charges! As for some of these reviews on here, I think you need to make sure youre reviewing the right business because if you ever take the time to ask questions if not satisfied, this company will take care of the problem right. I hate it when people just want to complain because they cant get something for free.

I am an out of Towner. Normally the good mark for a bad mechanic. But American ethics overruled. These guys did my alignment fast and only charged me for the front, not the back. Since that is all that was needed. If you live in Knoxville. This is the only alignment shop you should consider.

I had a horrible experience working with this company. I had a lot of work to be done on my car which including frame straightening, alignment, and installing a rack and pinion. They took the job knowing it was a lot, but also knowing that they were getting a lot of money from it. They took an extremely long time with my car and when I got it back did not do a good job. Parts in my engine were loose, they didnt reattach my steering wheel, or engine mount. When I asked for a refund for some of my money due to poor workmanship, the manager immediately got an attitude with me. He eventually said he would refund me a small portion of my money. I took him up on that and then he changed his mind and hung up on me. They are unprofessional, rude, and not willing to admit to a poor job. I recommend never using them.

Went for an alignment $79 ended up with $480 and some change worth of work and I still had the same problem I took my car for. I called they told me to take my car to fleet tires down the road for tire balance so I did, they balanced my tires for free but my issue was still there Found out i needed a tire rod. Now if you are a professional why didnt they see that was my problem. They got me and I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. I paid for the work with no problem, but Im the one still with the problem. More people have had good experiences here than bad, so thats a good thing. I just feel cheated, when the mechanic shows me a problem on the same side I need a tire rod on and he didnt catch that. Just make me feel some kind of way. 20yrs is a long time in business not to know how to do a proper check. I HAVE to eat that $400 it is what it is.

Im not sure how to respond to a poor review that is completely illegitimate because we never conducted any business with Ms. Bergen. In fact, her boyfriend represented her and authorized work that we highly recommended not be done due to the history of cumulative damage to this vehicle. He assured us he wanted the bare minimum work due to budget restrictions and his ability and desire to complete the next stage of repairs himself, to save money. He approved, paid for and picked up the vehicle upon completion of the authorized work. We had absolutely NO contact with Ms. Bergen, the apparent owner of the car, until 6 months later, the day she phoned to adamantly request a refund. We attempted to explain in detail the reasons for her dissatisfaction were due to outstanding work that was to be completed by her boyfriend. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances we were unable to satisfy Ms. Bergens request to her satisfaction. This is purely an example of when you try and help someone and it comes back to bite you! We are thankful our regular customers know us well enough to know this review does not reflect our customer service at all.
