Im vacationing in Knoxville and decided to check out the Cadillac. As soon as I pulled up, one of the people in a golf cart got up, walked toward me, and asked if I needed help. This salesman was David Norman. I started off informing him that I was just looking, and that I am from out of town. It didnt seem to bother him that I was just looking. David was very helpful, informative, and patient. He showed me a couple of XT4 and XT5, which allowed me to compare the size of the SUVs. When he learned that I was interested in a new one, he showed me the brand new XT5s across the lot, and explained to me how I could save some money if I get a demo car which gas about $5000 miles on it. That is good to know. I like that David is very positive in his response and attitude; has good energy. Too bad that I dont live in Knoxville, because David is the type of salesmen that I would get the car from. Thank you!!

I absolutely love my used Cadillac, and the service department is a easy drop off and sit in their comfy waiting room. The staff keeps you up to date on the repair process, you can even charge your phone using their kiosks! Fast and friendly I highly recommend!

We bought a new 2020 Cadillac in May of 2020. I will never purchase another Cadillac, I have been so dissatisfied. We have taken it back in the shop 4-5 times Im pretty sure this is the 5th time but I have lost count. The customer service has been horrible. The staff wasnt friendly when I picked up or returned my loaner the multiple times. We have been promised for the car to be detailed for our inconvenience twice when it was in and all that we could tell was it may have got washed. The last problem has been with the camera which wasnt fixed. We was told to bring it back in. My husband told the service manager that we had to take off work early each time we was bringing it in. He instructed my husband that he would have a car brought to my work and mine picked up. The car that was brought was totally disgusting! I found a dirty band-aid in the glove box!! I didnt look at the car before he left or I would not have accepted it. The rental agreement from the previous driver was laying in the back seat, so it is very obvious that it wasnt cleaned in between customers. I understand they cant help the issues the car is having but the least they could do is take care of their customers and make them feel like they are being taken care of and care about the problem they are having. I am totally disgusted with my purchase and customer service!!

So while shopping around for my wife’s new car, we came across Cadillac Of Knoxville. We went on their website and browsed around. We found the car my wife wanted and went to check it out. We met with a salesman named Scottie. He introduced himself and asked how we were doing and asked what kind of vehicle we were interested in. At first we told him we were just browsing, because you know how some salesman can be really pushy to get you in a car and have it sold fast. It was different here, my wife and I never felt pushed around or intimidated like some places make you feel. We told him we had seen a car on the internet that we’d like to see. He took us straight to it and showed us around the car. My wife and I talked it over and also discussed how pleased we were to have a salesman like Scottie. I will never recommend them to anyone because they were SO very UNHELPFUL with helping me get in the vehicle I wanted for my first car buying experience. Their “manager” said it would be upwards of $400 a month to finance a car that was 10,000 dollars. Which is BS. So, I went to Kia and bought a 16,000 car and was approved with capital one which I explained to you all that I would be. With an interest rate of 7% and NO MONEY DOWN BESIDES MY TRADE which made my payment $260. Also, they wanted to give me $1,000 for my trade where they gave me $2,800 for it. That’s not it though, the icing on the cake is that they tried to sell me an Altima with two wrecks the carfax that they never told us about and said they had no room to move on price knowing it was a damaged vehicle, with damage to the front end both times. You all honestly suck so bad and I’ll never recommend to anyone!

This dealership parts department is very unethical and unaccountable. I am a single owner/mechanic of a shop with only a year open. Being the owner and mechanic is stressful and strapping on time in this stage of trying to grow and succeed. the parts department said they will take no accountability of selling me the wrong part in the first place just because with my schedule i could get it returned or called them sooner which i understand is a good point but with it originally being the ones that made the mistake and cost me 250 on a part is a very poor way to do business and only intensifies the bad image the automotive places have nowadays. I do not recommend anyone deal with this dealerships parts department unless you have no choice.

I purchased a CT6 and two week later I was letting the sunroof back and the liner started sagging. I took it by the dealership the next day and spoke with our sales rep Corey.(Who has been working with me since January. Thank you Corey for being patient with me). Since the service center was closedI was advised to call the service center monday. Later that evening we noticed that the passenger side runner light was out. I called Monday and spoke with Freddie who made me an appt for Wednesday. Since my husband was off he took the car back Wednesday. The service center advised him that it wasnt covered under my service plan. I havent even made my first payment and thought I was going to be out of $975. Its disappointing to have something go wrong this soon. However, Corey advised me that they had ordered the parts and the dealership would repair free of charge.
