Bought a 2018 fusion se good car good people but their service department is a joke my car had a engine shutter to it had the car for 7 months and they tell me its bad gas. Which was not the case they just didnt want to fix something that was under warranty. So stay away from ol Ben Franklin in Knoxville TN if you need something fixed take it to a real dealer

When we bought the vehicle they agreed to fix the minor issues which never happened.. even after bringing it there 2 times as they kept requesting more time with it.. left it over a week just for them to say they are not able to fix it. They wasted our time and didnt stay true to their word! I dont think anyone in that whole place has any consideration when it comes to calling someone back when they said they would.. honestly I could write a book on it. Needless to say this was our worst car buying experience ever! Stay away from this place unless you could use a few good headaches!
