Worst tire shop in Knoxville wait 5 hrs for new tires front desk ladies are rude and seem to be drinking to many Red Bull’s or something. They don’t honor there lifetime rotations even after spending 1700$ on tires and alignment. I truly think should look for another tire shop cause this is not the place.

Came from Chicago for a vacation with my family. Just prior to vacation I had the rack and pinion changed in my Caddy. Drive down with no issues. 2 days before time to go home the rack and pinion went bad, couldn’t turn left. Not good on the mountain rides. The rack and pinion had a warranty and my auto shop up north set us up with a claim number and some shops in Knoxville area to get it fixed. Every shop on the list was backed up 2 weeks. We called C D. What an outstanding, above and beyond experience we had with Sherry and the shop! They got us in, had the parts ordered and warranty claim dealt with in 2 days. They were outstanding to work with. I can’t say enough about them.Ps: When we picked up the car to go home, they had a full waiting area. We pulled out and there was a noise underneath. They had us pull it back in and checked it right away. Not an issue and we made it home.When other shops just said 2 weeks, Sherry and C D set out to help us and did she ever!Outstanding!!!!

I have the utmost respect and trust in Manager Tony, Sherry in the office, and the whole staff at C & D. Ive had my share of crooked shops, but this shop, is the polar opposite. If youve had the same shady experiences, or dont know where or who to turn to, turn to Tony, Sherry and the C & D staff. I promise you one thing, INTEGRITY, FAIRNESS and QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.

The staff here was extremely helpful and very friendly during my visit. I had to have four tires replaced on an SUV and it was extremely affordable for the tires and the cost of labor (almost half of what another shop quoted me). I got in and out under an hour and a half. I definitely will be going here again if any other issues arise in the future.

Absolutely fantastic job! I have 24 inch wheels with 295/35/R24 Tires. Everyone I spoke with was quick to to turn me down or wanted to charge me $40-$125 just to program TPMS sensors! I just wanted to check my balancing of my tires and program my new OEM Sensors. I went on my lunch break on a Friday! I I called ahead, made an appointment, pulled up at the agreed time, and was Fixed up, riding smoothly with my TPMS SENSORS working for literally a 3rd of the cost, and my Tundra feels like it’s riding on a Sheet of glass! After my last experience with a local tire shop off 5822 Chapman Hwy, who took my money, gouged my wheels and tried to cover up gashes with a Black marker! Do not make the same mistake as I did! Go to C & D TIRE first! The staff was courteous, punctual, Efficient, and Impressive on the work they produced on such a short notice! Was there just this past week.Their team was extremely friendly and got me fixed up in a very timely manner. My family has been going to them for years at their original location, so I was delighted when I found out they had a Knoxville location and I could stop going elsewhere. Sorry Fisher, theyre just plain better.

My son had his oil changed here. Three months later the engine began knocking. We looked under the hood and noticed the oil cap had been left off (still sitting on the frame) and the hood insulation was saturated (it never smoked or leaked onto the driveway). We immediately had it towed to a reputable dealership who told us it needed a new engine, and we should contact C&D since it was their fault. I spoke with the manager, Tony, who was very nice. He took full responsibility, saying it was on them and would be taken care of. Ten minutes later I received a call saying the supervisor, Cliff Rose, said there was nothing they were willing to do. I am a respected doctor in the Knoxville community, and would never treat my patients this way. It is sad that a local business is not willing to own up to their mistake, and do what is right. I would not recommend this company, who obviously does not stand by their work and has so little disregard for their Knoxville clientele.

Great friendly shop. Leveled my truck perfectly and had the best prices for both the leveling and tires in Knoxville. Their prices include everything you need when purchasing a tire. Not like the so called tire discount stores that charge for a bunch of extras on top of their tire price.

I took my car here to get the gear shift repaired on a Monday. Went to pick my car up the same day after the repairs were completed. On a positive note my gear shifter was repaired. When they put the parts back on my car there is a piece missing around my gear shifter. I took a picture of the missing piece and called back at 5pm. They were closed and no one answered. They did call back a few minutes later and I stated what my issue was and to look around for the missing piece. They said they would and give me a call the next day. They did not call back so I called again. That is when I was told that the mechanic did not have the missing piece and that he said it was never there to begin with. After back and forth and me stating clearly this piece was left off when they put the parts back on my car. I was told it was my word against mechanic and there was nothing they could do. You can see from the picture this piece is missing and would only be missing if someone performed work on my car. I am not a mechanic so it would not have been me. I do not recommend this company as they do not stand by their work.

Was on our way from Ohio to Florida with our 3 children. Tire was going flat due to a screw that was picked up along the way. Stopped in at C&D Tire. I just discovered I had a nail in one of my tires and C&D was close so I decided to stop by and see if they could fix it. They got me in extremely quickly and fixed my flat and got me on my way. They were extremely helpful and friendly with great prices and no pressure to try and upsell which seems to be very popular these days. Was traveling south from New York to Louisiana had a vibration start in the mountains at night so stopped and waited till day light at the ta travel center .I had a loaded trailer behind a 2015 Chevy Duramax hd . I didnt want to break down at night on highway with loaded trailer . So next morning the ta travel center guy suggested this shop next door and brought my truck to them to check it out . I thought it was ujoint going out. So they did a inspection and they said ujoint were a ok . They suggested that the tires be rotated and balanced they even went with me for a ride around the area to see if I could duplicate the problem but I couldnt without having the loaded trailer so I agreed to get the rotated and balanced and while they were doing that I managed to get them to pull the drive shaft anyway and nothing was wrong with the ujoints . They really liked helping me feel sure that it wasnt going to break down on the road with the trailer because of the shaft or ujoints . They didnt b,s me gave me what I wanted and went out there way ! Anyways thanks guys for understanding and taking your time with me this is a great shop for repairs !! Also Im back in Louisiana and no break down !! Also they gave me great prices !! So I feel definitely obligated to get on here today and leave a great review for the great services that I received from them !! THANKS Roberto

Horrible customer service, damaged the rims on my brand new car and now refuses to repair them .Not trust worthy or professional. They sent someone out to repair my rims after I contacted them and provided pictures of the damage, but when they found out it was going to be an expensive repair they are denying they damaged them. Got some type of oil substance all over my car while they were in process of installing the new tires that were purchased . I would give them less than 1Star if it would let me .

I went to Toyota and was told I have a coolant leak that was severe and needed attention. They told me my car would overheat at some point in the near future and quoted me $937 to get it fixed. I went to C and D tire and they checked it twice finding nothing wrong. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I can not express enough how much it meant that they were honest with me and did not try to take advantage of me like Toyota did.

Had a wheel stud break off. Bought the part myself and took it in to get put on. Had it done super quick and super cheap. Will be going back here for future repair work.
