The staff is amazing - very knowledgeable. The showroom is beautiful, clean, neat, and organized. Safety protocols are in place, with shield guards at their desks, and wearing required masks. Im glad they offer designer services for the kitchen and bath. They have new light fixtures in that are breathtaking and so my style! I will definitely be back.

My husband and I are building a farmhouse in Elizabethton, TN. We need EVERYTHING (cabinets, lighting, kitchen and bath fixtures.....EVERYTHING. We drove 2 hours to Knoxville, because we wanted “higher end” fixtures for our home. We were there for about 20 minutes.....no one came to assist us. Then....another couple walked in and received immediate attention. After about 30 minutes of wandering around, we started toward the door. THEN, the sales guy asked if we needed anything. We politely said “no” and walked out. (My husband said he wouldn’t buy from there if it was the last place on earth) LOST SALE......too bad. We had checkbook in hand.

My wife and I drove down from Morristown and was finally met at door, lady said can you set in car for about thirty minutes, I said 100K remodel Goodbye

When the old management left went downhill sales are terrible but ok product and way overpriced

Terrible customer service! The salesman promised an expedited 2 day delivery and the delivery took 5 days and delayed our whole remodel project by a week. When confronted, the salesman was extremely rude and unhelpful.

It sucks one entire hour for what used to take 15minutes.
