After searching all over Knoxville for a bonnet nut for my tub faucet, I was led to Ferguson Plumbing. Not only did they find my part in literally seconds, they gave to me for free!! Outstanding.

This store is the best. I havent plumbed in about 10 years so I didnt really know what to do when my outdoor faucet broke. In less than 10 minutes the guy behind the counter walked me around and showed me everything I needed. I was ready to spend a lot of time cutting copper and soldering, but he told me not to bother and to use pex instead. It saved me tons of time and money.

Ferguson Plumbing Supply in Knoxville gave me a reference for a plumber named Robert Bob Adams and said that he does great work without issues on April 1st. Robert has since scammed me to the tune of $540 as he took a check for parts for $540 on April 16th and said the parts would be in by April 30th. He has stopped returning calls and texts as of May 1st and I am still without the parts. Please, for the sake of others in challenging financial times, do not refer/vouch for this plumber to anyone else.

Outstanding Service!

Went in with some relatives and order some fixtures and we had a good experience. I’m not sure the difference between this and the one that is just a showroom. I believe one part is for contractors and one is for regular custimers. Overall a good experience. My sister and her husband enjoyed the experience

As a contractor coming in and sometimes being in a hurry if theres more than 1-2 customers in the counter section go ahead and be prepared to wait. I had a terrible time with a special order heater that was supposed to be there multiple times but never showed up and was re ordered but was wrong upon arrival. It may not have been completely there fault as it was done through a warranty company. My main issue is there is no sense of urgency to help contractors get in and out in a timely manner

I went into Fergusons the other day looking for a special piece the guys in there were more than helpful great guys great place if you need specialty Plumbing this is the place to go

Called multiple times. Each time I was out on hold for 5 minutes. The last time they hung up on me while on hold. Poor customer service for a so called high end store!
