Very beautiful clean store, the best Kitchrn bathroom display in Knoxville, expensive, but, if u are willing to pay their price, well worth it top quantity

We had a very good experience shopping for our new bathroom here. The woman that assisted us with our every question made us feel like she truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We cannot wait to start on our kitchen!!!

This is the first time leaving a review. Our contractor recommended this place to buy items for our bathroom remodel. Visited this location and requested a sales associate for assistance, waited 30 minutes without help so we finally left. Disappointing!

Hadnt been here for awhile and decided to check it out. The store looks really run down, inside and out. Selections were average. Service is poor. I was disappointed and wouldnt recommend.

My wife and I purchased over $40,000 of kitchen appliances from this store around May 2020. The appliances are fantastic, top of the line however this is where the good news stops. Customer service is horrible from getting the wrong refrigerator side panels to not receiving knobs for our wolf stove. From finding out the Wolf knobs, you know the ones that turn the stove on, we’re not included. They sent the wrong parts for the refrigerator so they ordered a new one and that one came dented. We have heard nothing from this store and don’t plan to either. They have a installation tech named Justin and he is the best thing I can say about this store. He goes above and beyond to help you, explain to you and get your appliances installed. To bad Ferguson doesn’t care about their customers like their installers do.

We are building a home and have to deal with Ferguson directly to select the lighting. The experience in store was fine however the follow up was done horribly. Not only they delivered contradictory news via email versus over phone, but the emails were short and rude, and not helpful. I tried to call the store and connect with the specialist, and it always went to voicemail so I had to engage in the email back and forth.I do not recommend Ferguson for large purchases.

We have just left Ferguson Company after purchasing a beautiful sink and faucet set. We worked with an amazing staff person named Jeremy. Unfortunately, I did not get his last name but he was patient and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what we had several questions about and did not rush us to make a decision. We think you have rare excellent staff person here that could be entrusted in leadership. Both my husband and I are medical professionals and appreciate great staff when we see it. We will be back as we are building new construction and were just updating our existing house to sell. If Jeremy is available, we will probably use your company for many of our custom construction needs. Thank you!

Everything is a bit disorganized. However, the staff is present but not annoying or oppressive. There are lovely products with their own style and feel, and great customization ideas for shower heads, faucets and drains.

Terrible customer service. I visited the showroom on a Monday around 10:30. I asked the receptionist for some help with kitchen appliances. She told me to go back to that area and wait for someone to help me. After ten minutes of waiting, I went back to her. She said she would have someone right there. Another ten minutes went by and no one showed up. The entire time I was there, I never saw a sales person. I dont know how you expect to sell appliances if no one will wait on customers.

The prices are WAY TO HIGH they had a fixture that you can get at Home Depot but theirs cost three times as much.The people that work here never spoke to me or asked if I needed help, they sat at a table and talked. You should only go here if you want to brag about how much you paid for your remodel.
