Eurotech is a class business. If they tell you you car needs specific attention, it does. They never take advantage of customers. Their technicians are first class and knowledgeable. In the last 10 years I have not had any other service center touch my Porsche, except when out of state. They are the best.

I took a Porsche Macan S in for an inspection for any oil leaks. I was quoted $136. My bill was over $160. Didnt think much of it until I got home and looked at the bill and there was a shop charge of a little over $10. Called in and was told that an 8% charge is added to all bills and that fee is capped at $39.99. Personally, I thought the inspection report I received was a poor effort but I was willing to live with it. The Shop fee did rub me the wrong way and I professionally expressed my concern. I do feel that a local company that is doing business in a small town should be a little more open about charges. Hospitals and Doctors tend to slip additional charges on bills. I am not use to mechanics doing that. This raised a red flag with me and I will probably not use them again. Pretty disappointed. They might be a great mechanic shop(I honestly can not say) but I would rather take my car somewhere where I feel like things will be thorough and fair.

I absolutely love this place. I purchased my 2007 Audi A4 from them I could not be more happy with my purchase. They went above and beyond to help me and they continue to service the car for me. I purchased my first convertible, a 2008 BMW Z4 3.0si. I love the vehicle, but even love more how my car buying experience was. Janis and her husband were fantastic from first contact, fair (good deal), honest, and followed-through on every element of the transaction. They even drove my Z4 to Raleigh from Knoxville (they had an appointment in NC, but wow, who does this these days?) — they let me know about the couple of small cosmetic flaws in advance which were minor things, but I appreciated that. And they were the nicest people in the car business Ive ever come upon through decades of different vehicle purchases and ownership. Truly a class act and Id buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I stopped by to have Rick check out my front suspension as it was making a noise. Another person thought it might be a wheel bearing. After Rick and one of his special Tech’s examined the car, it was determined to be a broken strut. Rick provided a good quote, doing exactly what needed to be done. Very professional. I had them diagnose a bad vibration in my BMW and they determined it was a driveshaft guibo and center support bearing. Within the week, they had replaced both parts which I had authorized them to do so and now the car drives like new again. The price may seem steep but you get what you pay for in the automotive industry! Skilled labor isn’t cheap, cheap labor isn’t skilled! Would absolutely bring my BMWs back to them for future services. Highly recommend.

Great place! Drove my Mini from California and it didnt enjoy the 3000 mile ride. Got settled out here in Knoxville and had a check engine light. Found these guys and I am very impressed at the quality of this shop.Customer service is great here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I got an upfront cost estimate for the work to be done, as well as some very honest feedback and advice from their mechanic. I brought my son’s mini in for them to change the serpentine belt and there was an oil leak that kept causing the belt to come off. I paid $1600 and the problem is not fixed. Took it back and they said it was another issue and was going to charge another $700 to “fix the real issue”. Not sure why they didn’t find the problem the first time, but needles to say I just threw $1600 out the window.

Even though were social distancing during the pandemic, the team here was able to complete my car service with no contact. I had left an email message from their website on Sunday, needing to hear back from them ASAP to fix my GTI. I was very surprised to have woken up with a voicemail from them Monday morning! They got back to me very quickly and scheduled me for the following day which was perfect. Within 45 min of being here they already fixed the major issue and did an oil service after that. Very friendly staff, very straight forward and honest, very impressed!

Do yourself a favor and find another place, I have dealt with these folks and they are not Professional whatsoever. They just give you a lip service and an attitude on top of it by the person who answers the phone. I am taking my car to another state to have it serviced.

Not thrilled. I realize Audis are expensive cars and expensive to repair, however being charged for an hour ($120) to diagnose a dashboard light which took 20 minutes and is still on seems ridiculous considering I called the Audi dealership while sitting in their waiting room and was quoted $70 to diagnose the same dash light (which is not engine related). I stood at the counter for quite awhile after the car was returned with no explanation as to what was going on (they were quoting the repair which (had they asked) I wouldve told them to not bother). Plus there is a sign in the office telling people to leave them a good review and they will get 10% off their next visit.

Rick and Janis (and Cliff) helped rescue me this past weekend when I was stuck mid-journey in Tennessee with a charging problem in my 1988 Porsche 911. Out of respect for their privacy I wont detail what all they did but they went WAY above and beyond to help me out. High prices

Eurotech is now the only place I will take my 98 Boxster. They know Porsche better than any other import repair service in Knoxville. I had previously taken my car to 2 other import repair shops for various issues, but none have been as efficient and cost effective as Eurotech. I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else!

My husband and I regularly bring our Audis to Rick at Eurotech. He is honest, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what our vehicles need. Rick and all his staff have always taken care of us. We live in Maryville now but will continue bringing our vehicles to him at Eurotech.

I challenge any European car enthusiast to find a better shop in the greater Knoxville area. I have price checked other highly rated shops (since price is a big driver for most customers) and always found Eurotech to be a lower price than the competitors (and of course the dealership). That isnt to say the price is cheap -- we dont drive cheap cars, and many things require several hours of expensive labor -- but I have always felt the price is fair.Cliff has always been great about communicating what is going on, what they have found that needs fixing, what the cost is, and when the car is ready. Ive never walked in not knowing what Im going to pay -- none of the well, we told you it was going to be $250, but it turns out its going to be $400 and we didnt bother to call you. That doesnt happen.Its refreshing to feel comfortable dropping your car off with a crew you can trust, knowing the cost, and not feeling ripped off. Ive been taking my 2003 Audi A4 Avant to them since approximately late 2012/early 2013.
