They did not hold me hostage and try to upsell me. They were absolutely amazing!! Quick and cost effective. Other places quoted almost double what was charged. Came in due to my brake light coming on. I went to 3 different people who all where just saying its my front breaks. I just didnt believe it was my brakes because they never made any noises or anything. I then came to Budget Brakes and he actually diagnosing the problem which turned out to be my hydraulics. Got it fixed within the hour!!! He was so fast and professional! I definitely recommend Budget Brakes!! The cost was also VERY affordable! Ill definitely come back for any brake needs!

I called and they had me bring my car on in to check. They checked front and back breaks for me and took care of the ones needing replaced. They had to order the parts and they got them super quickly and had us out before my 3 year old got too bored and whiny. I was very pleased with the service received.

My wifes brake pedal started sinking to the floor. We brought it to Budget because the system was too complex for me to diagnose. After an evaluation, we were presented with three printouts representing three levels of repair. We were able to pick a repair that fit our budget. After another half hour, we were out the door with a repaired mini van. Ill never use anyone else for brakes.

1.) I was asked how much money I had.2.) they were trying to upsell me the ceramic brakes and said they didn’t have the cheaper pads for my truck. It was pretty ironic when I mentioned Ill go elsewhere, they magically had the cheaper brakes.3.) they over exaggerated the condition of components on my vehicle to up sell me things I didn’t need4.) there were a few people in there with me that said they only wanted the $89.99 brake job and ended up driving away paying $200+5.) I’ll never go back or ever give them a penny.To me it seems they are advertised as “budget” and are stationed in a more poor area of the city to attract people that don’t have much money, which in turn, wouldn’t be aware of the true state of their vehicle or know any better. I found my experience there to be very dishonest, disrespectful, and a waste of my time.

Took my vehicle in because a week earlier I was told brake pads were low, did not have any noise, the guy checked it out comes back with 400 plus dollars needed done, I said no just brake pads, put pads on front and back next day noticed noise like something rubbing each time the wheel turn, took it back guy claimed he didnt hear anything, put car on the rack he said he checked it out, and adjusted dust cover which I did not see him do anything but talk on his phone the other guy went around and spun each tire came told back and guy take my car down, someone called that evening said he would check to see what happen and would get back with me never heard from him again.

DO NOT GO THERE!! There is no 89 brake job. Plan on paying at least 250 for the front or rear. I was there over 2 hours, just needed pads on front, $250. They dont show you the pads to show you they need replacing. I was there 2 hours and the prices I heard the customers paying were $600, $470, $280, and $250 and $800. The 600 did need a rotor.109 for the pads and getting them installed50 for wheel seals10 repack wheel bearings40 to clean and adjust brakes.21 for shop suppliesWill not go back there!Clean and adjust is part of brake job. Came in today for a brake warning light going on and off while driving. Going on a trip tomorrow with my wife for our anniversary, and was nervous about the car. Budget Brakes have given me fantastic customer service and I highly recommend them. Due to no fault of their own, they were sent the wrong part three times!! They ended up having to work on the car a lot longer and purchase a more expensive part from the dealership to ensure a good repair, which they did not charge me extra for. They stayed open late to try to get the job finished for me. I give them a 10/10 for their efforts.

Have used this shop several times, always with good service and choices I chose how expensive and which level of parts were used. Although price has varied over the years, the selection of parts has always been mine, and on several occasions minor adjustments, cleaning and checking were free or minimal cost.

I went in here to got my back brakes replaced. However there was squeaking on the front brakes. I emailed them and they jumped at the opportunity to resolve the issue. However me being as busy as I am. I never made it back to get them looked at. But for the exceptional customer service I have experienced with them, I will definitely go back!

False advertising. They quote a starting price and wait till your car is on the racksto give you the real price 3 to 4 times the original quote. Then you feel pressured to just let them do the job. I wont be back. I like honestly in business. That is not how they operate. 👎

Horrible experience. Got new brakes and on my way home had awful rattling noise. Had to pull over and get it checked. They had messed up harmonic balancer. Paperwork showed there was not an issue with it when I got there.A huge mess. I wouldnt not recommend this location. Corporate office was no help. Avoid at all costs unless you want further damage to vehicle.

We were travelling from out of town and stopped. They said they would be right with us. We waited for an hour while they seen and helped other customers and didnt look at or ask about our vehicle. We tried to get their attention multiple times but we eventually left after an hour and a half of waiting and being ignored.

Awesome! Went in a little before 2:00PM and had my front breaks done before 3:00PM, and that included turning the rotors and diagnosing some front end suspension issues. They gave me written quotes for the breaks and suspension work. No pressure at all. Its not a fancy place, but I wasnt there to be entertained, and the price was right!

Bri Lee -- you visited Budget Brakes and purchased the $89.99 special - replaced your front brake pads and resurfaced rotors. There is absolutely NO connection in ANY vehicle between the brake system and engine crankshaft. The harmonic balancer is a component on the engine crankshaft.For all of those reading the reviews, Bri Lee is accusing Budget Brakes of causing damage to her engine. Budget Brakes does not perform engine work, especially to the extent of crankshaft harmonic balancer work.If you hire a cable guy to install a new cable box for you, you cannot blame him for your air conditioner going out (HINT: COINCIDENCE). If you go to get an oil change, you cannot blame the shop for your starter going out (COINCIDENCE). This is the equivalent of what Bri Lee is accusing Budget Brakes for.

They are able to turn your rotats for you.They dont advertising it, but I got two front rotors turned for $35.

Their prices are to high. They dont listen to what you want.
