Went with a friend so she could buy a new Odyssey as her husband was not able to be there and she wanted some help for the negotiation process. Our salesman Jeff was excellent throughout the entire process. The van itself had a defect in the rear glass that probably should have been caught during either the PDI or when being detailed prior to delivery. The biggest concern we had was that the detail department completely botched their job. Bug splatter all over the front, blue stains all over the door jambs everywhere, scuffs on the interior everywhere and some of the tape that goes between the tail lamp and the body was not removed. Someone needs to go back to school and learn how to clean a vehicle, especially when its a $50,000+ brand new vehicle, or choose a different profession. If not for the complete lack of care shown by the detail department and the rear glass defects that probably should have been caught beforehand, we would have easily given them 5 stars. So, if you choose to purchase a vehicle from them, just do your due diligence when checking it for cleanliness because its very obvious their detail people wont give it the attention it should receive.

They are so nice here. And very fast never had to get the kids out of the car to get a oil change. Love it.

Unprententious garage and servicemen (mechanics). Friendly. Competent. Low overhead. Joe (owner) was my student a long time ago. Gives me great deals on parts and labor. Im happy hes in town👍

The business owner stop what he was doing to help me replace a part that I didnt even by there and was very fair and let me talk him down from the labor hourly rate I really appreciate it it is very kind and I represent a satisfied customer.

Every time I come in they seem to remember me. Friendly. Only fix what is broken. Very reasonable prices. If can figure a less expensive way to repair, they do. Often can fix same day. Also good place for a usable used car. Bravo!
