Very pleased they did a good job during my visit im happy with my purchase and they have great customer service and awesome frames.

Dr Mazlin was awesome. Nice guy and was on time, quick and proficient. Then when I went to talk about what my insurance covered it went downhill. I was told by one of the ladies I had a discount plan, and to put lenses in my frame I own it would be almost $300. I called my insurance and found out $250 is covered and then anything extra is discounted. I am glad I left and called my insurance. I wont be visiting this location again. Just wasted my day and do not have the glasses I need.

Called to get some information on frames. Spoke to Amber on the phone.... long story short seems to me she could not be bothered and told me if I wanted to stop by I could even though they were in the middle of lunch. Not very customer friendly therefore decided to go elsewhere. My opinion, bad service before I even walked in the door.

I just left the most amazing eye dr and wonderful staff I have ever dealt with. For 7 months I was getting worse and worse but I had no money..no income. Finally a friend took me in and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with 2 different types of eye drops. The first night I used the drops my head had so much pressure and the room was spinning with a migraine.. I went to sleep and woke up and I could see!! I looked in the mirror and couldnt believe the gunk coming out of my eyes. I was amazed. I was only charged $50. I had an in 1 week and I was treated so nicely and in and out for only$25!! Prior to this I had better than 20/20 vision. So I honestly was freaking out. Thinking I was going to lose my eye sight. But thanks to The most amazing Dr that I have ever seen I will not be losing my sight. At least for awhile. They also Make glasses there. But this Dr also took metal out of a friend of mine eyes twice. I gave the Dr a hug for helping me. I am out of the depression that I was in because of my eyes and I can also leave my apartment without my cane and by myself!! Its been 7 months since I could do that. Thank you Dr from the bottom of My heart. Also would like to thank the amazing staff for being courteous and well nice. They take eyes serious and I never did until I couldnt see. Thank you for squeezing me in the same day my friend called. I am forever grateful. And will never take my eyes for granted again. Absoltely wonderful the entire clinic is!!

They have the worst staff in there, But of course there are not a lot of options for people who have Medicaid, just called to ask for my daughter’s PD and the lady told me that they don’t disclose that info, when I asked why she told me that it’s because with that info I can purchase glasses online, then my sister called them and the other lady told her that they don’t have that info because the doctors don’t measure that, this place it’s a joke, never going back.

WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY DONT EXPLAIN CHARGES UNTIL THEY PERFORM THEM AND THEN THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY AND IF YOU REFUSE THEY FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR INSURANCE SAYING THAT YOU REFUSED TO PAY SERVICES... THEN SCREWED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOUR INSURANCE HAS THAT CLAIM...SO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDNT WANT OR GET...CALLED INSURANCE AND THEY JUST SAID HE PERFORMED SERVICES AND THATS WHY HE CHARDED THEM..NO HELP WHATS SO EVER..DONT GO THERE. NOT EVEN 1 STAR IS WORTHY

Ive been going to this place for about 5 years now because the service is actually decent but on wednesday the 29th around 3 pm in the afternoon I had the worst service Ive ever had. I had a situation where I needed new lenses before the 10th of January 2017 but getting new lenses would take about 2 weeks so I went to see what options I had for getting new lenses but the lady that was working that day was not giving me any options at all because I wasnt getting my insurance until January 1st. So I just left and went to lens crafters. Not only did they help me out with the insurance problem, the service was 10/10. I got my glasses back the same day with the right prescription.

Im very picky with frames, this is the only place that accepts the frame I bring. Friendly staff too.

Rude!! is all I have to say bad customer service they need training

The staff is so rude and unprofessional, the receptionist is super rude, like if she doesn’t like the job at all, she don’t know how to treat people at all.
