I purchased a used car and took it here for an inspection. They recommended front brakes and a belt replacement. They never installed the belt. For the brakes they slapped on new pads on an old rotor and PUT THE PADS ON UPSIDE DOWN. They never even flushed the brake fluid. When you do disc brakes you absolutely have to turn the rotors and the condition of the brake fluid needs to at least be checked. They dropped the ball on this. I took the vehicle to the dealership where over $3000 of service was recommended; many many things that the shop had missed. I paid the dealership for the brakes to be done again instead of taking it back to this shop. If you value competence, professionalism, trustworthiness, and your car do not take it to the shop.

Arrived at 10:30 this morning for an oil change, 4 new tires and a rotation. I was told that it would be about 3 hours because they were short handed. I understood and waited. 7 hours later they returned my vehicle to me with oil spilling the bottom of it. While I was there another customer got his car back after having 2 new tires put on, after leaving with his vehicle this same customer came back ON FOOT because a mile down the road his tire fell off in the middle of driving. If you want trustworthy service, don’t come here. This was horrible.

Tire kingdom was great with getting my oil changed, tired rotated, and filters changed.A mistake was made on their part when getting my oil changed, and they asked me to bring the car back. They figured out what went wrong on their part, and helped me out. Chris was awesome in helping me out, explaining and taking responsibility and being empathetic. I really appreciate everything they did for me!

I had a 8:00 am appointment for tire rotation and balance. I even noticed on the tv screen, 8:00 was listed as my appointment time - being the first appointment at 8:00; by the way I was there at 7:55. 9:00 came and went, although I noticed other customers were getting their vehicles done and they left. 10:15 came and went, so by this time I was concerned so I asked if they were close to completing my car. When I walked around back, the young man told me he was working on my car and another car. I stated whats the use in having a 8:00 appointment if I am waiting for them to work on two cars at the same time. Long story short, they did nothing to my car because you could see the front tires were clearly still up front. They left my car on the lift the whole time. No balance, no rotation; not trustworthy. I got my car and left with no service.

Went to have a nail hole plugged in my rear tire. They weren’t able to do it because Of where it was placed on the edge of the sidewall. Understandable, so I purchased 2 new tires. Problem #1 - they put the 2 new tires on the rears in a FRONT wheel drive vehicle. The lack of common sense in that decision astounds even me. #2 - they put a CHRYSLER center cap back on the wheel if my JEEP. When I noticed it and called, they took my info and advised they would look into it with ZERO follow up. Save yourself the headache and find someone who uses at least some common sense and attention to detail. This store is not it.

Paid $1,800 dollars because my tire was shaking and when I drove home the problem was not fixed. Would recommend going somewhere else!

Store Manager Jesus Ramos was by far the friendliest and fastest experience Ive had at any auto store. I was shown excellent customer service even though I was just a morning walk in client, my tires were rotated quickly and for a great price. Mr. Ramos was very patient when explaining all the services available and which would be best for my vehicle. Will definitely be stopping by in the future !

They took care of my of my Flat tire. Just wish my tire size was kept in stock. But no worries that got it in set up appointment and it was a done deal.

Car sat 3 hours to get a simple oil change. Offer a complimentary tire rotation which did not get done.Make me wonder pehat they really do when you take it in for service.You can simply check tire rotation by just remove 1 valve stem cap and see if in same spot when you pick it up. That was what I did so sure no tire rotation.

They fixed my tire that had a nail. Friendly service. But after the repair they left me sitting 10+ minutes after the car was done. I would definitely come back.

I went for an alignment, was told it was like an hour, so I went to a nearby cafeteria. One hour later I came back...the car was in exactly the same place I left it...maybe a coincidence I thought, when I went inside they told me that they have done the job and presented me with the bill, but mysteriously they could not produce the Printout, where they show you where the tires were and the corrections they performed. I asked for it and they rushed the car to the shop and corrected the alignment in front of me, but refused to give me the Printout, I paid and decided to never come back to such DISHONEST place.I was an inconvenience for them according to their general attitude towards me, the customer, and I kept my cool, always remained polite.

I dont have enough strent in mybhands and arms and I did was asked for a favor. Bever happened till todays date still the same was left out. I cannot put these things back. Sorry this manager was very unfriendly. Nerver offered me a second tire or do the rotation. Lost my business.

Walk in. guy is on the phone for 5-10 minutes i’m waiting . i ask if he can do two tires .after seeing employees out in their cars or talking only two cars abe nobody else doing something he says that he can’t help today .

People are very nice. Had appointment at 9, was 20 min early. It took four hours to put on four tires. Why have an appointment and ask when you want to pick up(and you say ASAP ) if you take four hours to do a hour job. And no cars in front of you. People five stars.... length of time...zero stars. Pick up the pace people.

Very bad experience. Just to get a tire patch sat for an hour they had only two cars in the Bay and they kept on telling me I was next, very poor communication no respect for your time. Now I have to go pick up my three-year-old child with a nail still in my tire when they could’ve told me to go someplace else it was gonna take too long.

The initial staff member I spoke with had a surly attitude, and when I asked for a printout of the alignment I went for he told me the same line they have for the last 4 trips: Our printer is down. The car was serviced suspiciously quickly and showed no difference in handling afterwards, without the print it was impossible to tell if it had been adjusted at all.

Went today 9/23 with my F150 to change oil. Two hours until now and not yet finished.Also I asked to buy one tire for the bad one I have. The employee told me he tried to add one tire to the ticket but was unable to. He can only add buy 3 get one . I told him I need one only. He told he can not add the ticket !!!!

I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for over a decade now and there is a reason for that. They have always treated me fairly and I know that when I come to them for my tire needs theyre going to help me get the best deal I can. Ive been client from this store for the last 6 years,i remember when i took only half an a hour to change oil but the last times i came take more than 2 hours even if is empty o with appointments like today 4/9/2020 crazy,appointment was for 11:30 and they took my car at 11:05 with just 1 car inside and is 12:55 and still waiting,definitely this will be my last time here prefer to buy the stuff and doing by myself

Went here for an oil change and they did a brief inspection on my vehicle. the guys here are honest and take the time to explain things until you understand them fully. All my questions were answered thoroughly! They were patient with me and all my questions. Giving me the best answer and fix for my problems. I even mentioned a small issue my car had and one of the techs solved it there without me even noticing until a day later.

To the man with spiky hair in his mid 30s who watched over the counter around 10:00-10:30 am on 3/14/18 i thank you. I was told by another location it would be hours before i would have a simple tire patch done and he did it quickly. Taking the initiative, showing technique and customer first. I cant thank you enough. Give this man some paid time off, a vacation or something rewarding. He deserves it.

Took car in on 11/16 for alignment and customer service was 5 star. The problem was when I got on Turnpike and car started shaking!! When I looked at receipt said tires checked. I doubt they were cause the low pressure light was on. When I took car in and explained manager said the alignment was done but the problems were the tires??? Also said tire pressure was 8 lbs short on each tire. So the paper that said tires were checked was just a lie? Or did the tech release 8lbs of pressure on each tire?I have taken my other vehicles in the past without a problem, however this was not a great experience not only did I have to cancel my trip to bring car back I feel I paid for a alignment I did not need. Next time I will get it all done at The dealer.

Sat in this place for 4 hours waiting for a tire change and alignment!! Their customer bill of rights states that you have the right to a timely service and you are kept up to date on the progress of your vehicle. I was notified once and told that it was going to be a few more minutes which turned into another hour!! Will definitely not bring my vehicle here again!!

Despite what some people say, Ive been here several times. They are professionals and work as quickly as they can. They are always busy especially on weekends. They let you know how long it could take. Bring a cell, laptop or book to entertain your self as they have a nice lounge area with coffee, tables and comfortable sofas with a tv.

*BEWARE* Avoid at all costs! We bought tires from Tire Rack and had them installed here and so my wife went there and they said OH yours Brakes need replacing, my wife politely declined and advised she would have me change them instead. So when she got home I ordered new brakes from Napa upon dis-assembly the brakes were still almost brand new. The Rotors were in perfect condition. I even had them independently inspected by a friend / mechanic and he advised there is no way these need changing....(pictures are available...of both new and old brake pads.....

I had gotten a flat tire at my hotel. Had the spare put on and went to tire kingdom. They were able to patch my tire and get my daughter and I back out the door in less than 45 min. I don’t live around here but they were all so nice a friendly, if I did I would bring my car there for any future needs.

I asked the person, sorry dont remember his name however, I asked him a specific quest.about my tires. He looks at my tires and begins to sell me on buying a full set of tires. Thing is I may have bought a full set today but the guy never answered my question, when I tried to tell him I knew he would say that he just kept with his dry sales pitch while ignoring the customer. Aft he finished I asked him for a quote for 2 tires, he gave me a quote for 2 then asked me to wait a min, I waited he gave me a quote for 4. Again, I may have bought 4 tires today and I definitely will buy 2 in a few minutes. But I will never and I advise everyone to not do business with Tire Kingdom. No customer service skills, horrible piss poor sales skills. Oh and finally when I asked for a listing of tires they had available he said oh, we dont have anything thats is online, ....... idiot! this punk of a salesman just lost a sale. Oh well.

DANGEROUS. I just had a tire blowout after having my tires rotated here. Thats not the bad part. The really bad part is that THEY ONLY PUT TWO LUG NUTS BACK ON EACH WHEEL. Thank god AAA discovered this, who knows what could have happened. I would never, ever bring my car to these irresponsible criminals.

Negative 10 if I could give this place. Bathroom is disgusting and I would doubt that they are recording you as you are using since it has missing ceiling tiles and it needs to be cleaned. You want your car to be taking for a joy ride at 60 miles just to see if your new tires will fall off then this is the place to go.

I went to change the break pads they gave me a quote that I agreed on. After the work is done they added an additional $35.00 shop fee. I asked what is the 35.00 shop fee for? He said that is for the shop. Run people dont go there, nothing but a bunch of rip off!!!

I went in last week for an oil change, engine valve change and to update my spark plugs. First, I didn’t want to update my spark plugs cause it’s something my father could do for me and was more budget friendly for me. The guy told me he would not charge me labor since they were already working on the engine and it would only be $20 extra (wrong it was definitely more). When I walked out and checked my bill, I somehow ended up with a $300 bill. Fine, I accepted the $300 and didn’t argue it because at the end of the day my car needed it. I was fine UNTIL I almost died when my car turned off crossing the middle of a busy street, seconds away from being hit but luckily the car hit the breaks and my car kept rolling to the median. So my dad had to go back and fix my car only to find out they left a hose that connects directly to the engine unplugged. I literally almost lost my life because of these overpriced people who couldn’t double check their work. I should’ve just let dad fix it from the beginning.

If you want to pay money for nothing and get robbed, go to Tire Kingdom. We bring our vehicle in to get serviced for an oil leak. They check it out and claim they repaired the issue. It still leaks, so we take it back and they want to charge us over 600 dollars more because they assumed something wasnt leaking. They told us to take it somewhere to clean the engine to find the oil leak because they dont do that. Their mechanics are incompetent and apparently are only collecting a paycheck without doing the work.

Not bad service went for oil change. Timely manner.

The person, Will, who took care of us was very nice and welcoming. Another employee, Carlos, was also very nice and we had a good conversation. The service was very fast and very good for its price, and they also had a couple of discounts which was also nice. The same prices as Walmart, but for a fraction of the time and the quality surpasses Walmart. I would 100% recommend; I had another car in the shop at Walmart before I set up an appointment for Tire Kingdom for the same problem, but Im currently writing this review at the Walmart parking lot while I wait for the other car. Also the waiting room had a good Keurig and was very quaint.
