We stopped into this ampm on our very long drive home to fill up our suburban and let my 8 year old daughter go to the bathroom. Upon going in I was rudely informed that they had NO bathroom and we would have to go to a Taco Bell. I then went out side and around back, hoping for maybe a honey bucket for my daughter, and found a Bathroom (one that the attendant gives you a key for etc.), I went back in and asked again, had the same answer. No you can’t use it.If I could, I would have drained the $100 Worth of gas I just put into my suburban and took off immediately, as to not support this business in any manner. Good luck with no customer service or compassion.

AMPM usually has pretty decent deals. I had to give a shout out here though, because I used the restroom and it was one of the cleanest and freshest bathrooms Ive used at a gas station.

This gas station stays true to its name; ampm. Always open, always giving me good service. Syed is always there late at night giving the best costumer service one can get behind the counter! Thanks for always being open and kind. Prefer this over other 24 hour stations just for the service.

Open 24/7. There are usually good deals going on, if you know where to look. Huge selection and squeaky clean. The owners are some of the most adorably sweet people Ive ever met. Keep it up!: )5/5

The people are super friendly and helpful. Syed is really friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful and kind.The elderly asian lady that works there is very mean and the only negative of the whole place. She is so mean and rude and wears way too much perfume. She yells and is just nasty to deal with...it is a shame because the owners and the other workers are super nice. Why do the owners allow her to treat customers like this?

Elder Asian lady that works there is most likely racist. I was asking my roommate if the card reader for paying is ever down when he is there. He said no. I was said that is strange because its down a lot for me. So, 15 minutes ago I walked in there to make a small purchase and I am told by the elder Asian lady the carder reader is down. Mind you no other employee has ever said this to me there. I said that seems weird. So rather than leave I step out of view but I dont leave. The next three people buy things on card. One guy even bought just a single coke, small purchase. I noted this because I thought she just didnt want a charge for the single item but nope he got to buy a single item. I walk back up and say I thought you said it was down. She looked startled. Then proceeds to tell me yeah it comes up and down and its down again so youll have to wait. I was like I know exactly what you are doing. I went outside and waited for the next two people to walk in and back out I asked if they used card or cash. They used card. I go back in one more time and said all those people said they used their card. She proceeds to say its down again as if that is some kind of believable story. I am super irritated right now. Im a mixed person and Ill give you one guess to which people got to use their cards just fine.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. The lady working inside is absolutely the meanest lady in the world. I asked if there was a bathroom, knowing there was and I could see the key for it sitting by the door and she told me there wasn’t and that I had too go to Taco Bell. She is like this every single time I’m in there. She also hid the bathroom key when my dad went in there to complain. Fire her.

Worst retail experience I’ve had in years. I walked in, the cashier (an elderly Asian woman) was watching TV on her phone, and seemed annoyed that I was there. Having worked in retail I always try to be as nice as I can knowing how generally poorly people in retail are treated, however without any hostility or cause this woman, after the transaction left the merchandise on her side of the counter and flipped the receipt at me without a word and went back to her phone. First time I’ve visited and I’ll never return.

Ive top up using my card at the pomp the printer was short on paper. I went inside ask for receipt and she tought I want to top up and I said again I just want to receive the receipt and she was mad at me.I will not come back again here, thats not an attitude to deal with the customerFor the owner. Save me from your automated reply message! Its the same for every 1 or 2* review. You see that you have a issue with the same lady, fix it!

Clean gas station at busy intersection. Lots of rooms between pumps! Store is big with lots of food and drink options. Customer service is Great.

The old Asian lady is absolutely awful. She is one of the rudest people Ive ever met. And its not like shes just having a bad day, shes like that every time Ive gone there over the past year and a half.I was just in there on my lunch break and watched her toss the receipt across the counter at the guy in front of me in line. She didnt apologize or try to pick it up and hand it to him, she just looked the other way with the most hateful look on her face.I usually stop in there because its conveniently close to my job, which is why quite a few people I know go there, but Ill be making it a point to take my business elsewhere, where its appreciated.I think shes somehow affiliated with the owner of the franchise, so it unfortunately doesnt appear that this problem with be resolved anytime soon.

Large food mart with a wide variety of snack and beverages. Plenty of gas pumps outside, and located on the corner with access from both sides of the main intersection. Location is great, being right next to the public transit stop!

The old Asian lady is a thief. She overcharges customers. Last night she added a $10 pre-paid amount to my transaction. I did not notice as I had purchased quite a lot of stuff and was in a hurry. Once I did notice I went back but she was gone. The clerk that was there basically to me to foff there was nothing they would do. Avoid this location.

I have gone to this store several times and the old Asian lady who works there has been rude as heck everytime. The last time I went there she yelled at me because I didnt notice that I needed to press the accept button to approve the amount for the credit card. I will never return to this store I would advise anyone else to drive the extra quarter mile up the road to the other gas station.

I once committed the unpardonable sin of looking at a newspaper in this store when I got reamed out by that older Asian lady very rudely. She could have told me to not read the newspaper politely. I therefore seldom come to this gas station.

So this Chinese woman named Angela called me stupid after my card was denied and I told her let me go get my other card I live 5 min away she didnt say anything then I opened the door and she yelled stupid at me . Im telling you Ive been here for 2 months and no one said anything but this Chinese lady needs to be fired right away please
